<p>Parts of the South and the Midwest are bracing for another round of heavy rains and flash flooding this Saturday. </p><p>Meteorologist Frank Pereira with the National Weather Service said heavy rain fall would continue affecting parts of Alkansas and  westeern Tennessee and move into Mississippi.</p><p>These areas will experience some relief during the overnight hours of Saturday as storms move towards the southeastern parts of the U.S.</p><p>Pereira says these areas would not experiience the same magnitude of heavy rainfall.</p><p>He wants to remind residentd to remain alert, especially since, he says, it could take days or weeks for many rivers to recede.</p><p>I'm Marcela Sanchez.</p><p> </p>
