KDU School of Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary Arts has once again proved that they can cook up a storm wherever they are! Students from the Bachelor of Culinary Management (Hons) programme won 1 Silver and 1 Bronze awards at the International Culinary Challenge 2019 in conjunction with the 15th edition of the Hotel Asia Exhibition, Maldives. The students completed their individual “Live Hot Cooking Challenge 2”, outdoing experienced cooks and professional chefs from 5 -star luxury resorts and fine dining establishments from all over the Maldives.
Special acknowledgment to Chef Works Malaysia for sponsoring the uniforms that allowed the team to compete confidently and at ease.
