Ambrisentan 경구제(품명 : 볼리브리스정 5mg, 10mg)

아래와 같은 기준으로 투여시 요양급여를 인정하며, 허가사항 범위이지만 동 인정기준 이외에 투여한 경우에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함(고시 제2011-134호)
-   아     래   -
 가. 대상환자(①과 ②를 동시에 만족해야 함)
  ① WHO 기능분류 단계 Ⅲ에 해당하는 폐동맥고혈압(WHO Group Ⅰ) 환자 중 아래 질환으로 진단이 확인된 환자
     - Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension 또는
     - Familial pulmonary arterial hypertension 또는
     - Pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with collagen vascular disease 또는
     - Pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with HIV infection 또는
     - Pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with drug and toxins
  ② 투여시작 전과 그 이후 한달에 한번 아미노전이효소 수치(AST, ALT)를 측정하여야 하며, 임신 가능한 여성의 경우 투여시작 전 임신검사를 실시하여 음성임을 확인한 후 투여하여야 함.
     ※ 허가사항 중 경고와 금기사항도 반드시 확인토록 함.
 나. 금기환자
     - 임부 또는 임신하고 있을 가능성이 있는 여성
     - 수유부
     - 중증의 간장애 환자(간경변을 동반 혹은 비동반한 간장애)
     - 아미노전이효소(AST 와/또는 ALT) 수치가 기저치에서 정상치상한의 3배를 초과한 환자
     - 이 약의 성분에 과민반응을 보이는 환자

* 신설사유: 신규등재 예정 약제인 볼리브리스정(성분명: ambrisentan 5mg, 10mg)을 국내·외 허가사항, 교과서, 관련 학회의견, 임상진료지침 및 임상논문 등을 참조하여, 허가사항 범위 중 폐동맥고혈압(WHO Group 1) Ⅲ 단계에 해당하는 환자 중 임상시험 군을 대상으로 인정함.
