This position performs functions to insure long-term sales growth and increased market share of Deublin products through whole seller and reseller within a given geographical area.

Responsibilities
1. Ability to develop and implement territory sales plans resulting in consistent revenue growth for the territory 2. Develop and maintain contact with key user and O.E.M. accounts as agreed with Deublin Management. 3. Identify potential user and O.E.M. accounts that presently use competitive products. 4. Establish and communicate expectations and market priorities to whole seller and reseller. 5. Evaluate overall performance of industrial whole seller and reseller. 6. Recommend to Deublin Management change in policy and procedure that affect whole seller and reseller network. 7. Assess distributors/representatives' needs with regards to sales and product training. Design training programs and lead implementation. 8. Make joint sales calls with whole seller and reseller sales personnel. 9. Actively participate in the search and selection of new whole seller and reseller. 10. Actively participate in cancellation of existing whole seller and reseller. 11. Submit weekly itinerary, call reports and expense report. 12. Travel as required 13. Possess the ability to interact with Purchasing Agent, Maintenance Managers, Pipe Fitters, Engineers and production personnel. 14. Promptly complete quotation procedure to customers. 15. Register Order sheet on ER program with customer's Purchase Order. 16. Delivery directly to customer as required. 17. Check collection of money as required. 18. Demonstrate excellent letter writing and presentation skills. 19. Other related functions as requested by Deublin Korea or District sales manager.
Skills/Abilities
1. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to top management, groups of managers, and customers. 2. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situation. 3. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Education and/ or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-years College or university in Engineering or technically related field; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
Able to drive for 4~5hours a day as travel.
