I pre-ordered as an international customer and I never received a formal cancellation e-mail notice from Music n Drama. Today, I received a refund via PayPal. Total amount was refunded but there is a transaction fee so the refund amount was not the same as I paid in 2024.
What a messy situation.
I messaged music n drama for an explanation.
anyone else experience this?
첫댓글 Me too. I was charged $21 ㅠㅠ
21 USD??????!???!??
I bought 2 pcs
Me too, if they give us problem like this, they should at least compensate us. They should refund the total amount paid and bear those charges
I am also an international customer but I have not received any email nor the refund.
I received my refund via PayPal 2 days ago and was charged the fee usd$11 The fee was charged by PayPal not Music and Drama.
I hope that in the future, when the Blu-ray is officially released, we can be offered coupons. After all, we did not voluntarily request a refund and waited until the very end.
I bought another bluray thru Music and Drama and also using PayPal, when they canceled they refunded full amount. PayPal didn't deduct any fee. But maybe for this case because it's been too long?
@마이강아지 Probably! I didn’t write to ask an explanation.and I don’t think they will return the fee upon request. How about letting Studio Dragon compensate us?😏
@is98wayi It is PayPal charging the fee. I contacted Music n Drama to clarify. I did not ask if it was due to extended period of time since the order. I suspect so because the window for return using the original invoice may have elapsed so MnD “refunded” buyers as if it’s a new transaction.
PSA to any international buyers refunded via PayPal will see a transactional fee. Mine and my friend’s calculated to be ~ 4.48% deducted from the total amount (product + shipping cost
Let’s all hope for positive news and production will continue. I will purchase it again when it does release!
I'm in the same boat where I got dinged the Paypal ~$23 service charge for 2 blu-rays 😡
I wish I could just pay directly with a credit card to avoid these stupid transactional fees when refunds are issued. It's like being stung twice: 1st the cancelation and then you don't even get all of your money back.
