Let sleeping dogs lie : Don't cause problems by doing something when it isn't necessary.

(공연히 건드려 문제를 일으키지 않는 것이 상책이라는 의미. 잠자는 아이 깨우지 않고 그대로 놓아두다.)

A : I can't stand what Joseph said.

   (요셉이 한 말을 참을 수 없어)

B : "I know that what Joseph said made you angry, but let sleeping dogs lie.
      If you say or do anything, you'll only make things worse."

   ( 요셉이 한말이 너를 화나게 만든거 알아. 그러나 그냥 내버려 둬. 뭐라고 말하거나 조치를 하면

      오히려 사태만 악화되니까)

Sometimes. We discussed about whole business of company.. At that time.. Somebody speak up another subject.. Then I ignored him..Ok.. Everybody. Let sleeping dogs lie... and change the subject..
