참사랑의 힘은 무한대
14 참사랑은 우주를 포괄하고도 남고, 우주를 통하고도 남고, 우주와 화하고도 남습니다. 그것은 생명의 원동력이요, 운동의 원동력이요, 모든 것의 원동력입니다. 그런 사랑이 있는 데서 비로소 생명의 가치가 있는 것입니다. 그런 사랑에서 이상적인 것도 나옵니다. 하하하 웃더라도 그것이 이상적입니다. 엉엉엉 울더라도 사랑 때문에 운다면 그것은 이상적 울음이라는 말이 나오게 됩니다. 그래서 사람은 슬플 때에도 눈물이 나오고 좋을 때에도 눈물이 나오는 것입니다. 그래서 지옥이라든지 어떤 곳에서도 행복을 알 수 있는 힘이 있다면 그 하나의 힘은 오직 전체를 위해서 살겠다는 힘입니다.

15 부족한 것을 보충할 수 있고, 미비한 것을 보강할 수 있고, 결여된 것을 완결시킬 수 있는 힘을 보충시키는 것이 사랑의 힘입니다. 그 사랑은 참사랑입니다. 그 사랑의 내용은 전체적인 것과 개체적인 것이 다를 수 없습니다. 결과의 세계에서 원인의 세계로 돌아오기 위해서는 보강되는 힘의 발로가 있어야 합니다. 그 힘의 발로가 결과적인 인간에게 있어서 충격적인 힘, 다시 돌려줄 수 있는 자극적인 힘입니다.

16 여러분이 창조 위업을 상속받게 되면 참사랑의 권한을 갖게 됩니다. 창조 위업의 상속으로 모든 것보다 강한 참사랑을 상속받을 수 있다는 것입니다. 이 참사랑을 가지고는 못할 것이 없고 안 될 것이 없습니다. 원수도 사랑할 수 있습니다. 참사랑의 힘은 싸우는 것이 아니고, 강제가 아니고 자연굴복시키는 것입니다. 그러니까 이 이상 강한 힘이 없다는 것입니다.

17 성경에 ‘죽고자 하는 자는 살고 살고자 하는 자는 죽는다.’라고 했습니다. 이런 역설적인 논리를 왜 지어 놨느냐? 악한 세계와 선한 세계는 방향이 다르기 때문에 불가피한 결론에 의한 논리입니다. 이것이 역설적 논리이지만 하나님 편에서 보게 될 때는 정설적 논리입니다. 이러한 역설적인 환경을 타개하고 정설적인 논리인 참사랑의 길을 찾아가기 위한 비약의 운세를 타지 않고는 우리에게 해방이 있을 수 없습니다. 비약할 수 있는 힘은 무력도 아니요, 경제력도 아니요, 정치력도 아니요, 지식의 힘도 아닙니다. 오로지 사랑의 힘밖에 없습니다. 이것만이 영원불변한 정도의 첩경입니다.

18 사랑은 생활과 역사에서 뺄 수 없는, 실제 내용을 움직이고 있는 실체입니다. 그리고 사회제도라든가 모든 것을 움직이는 내적 힘의 모체입니다. 그렇기 때문에 교육을 할 때에도 국가애를 가르칩니다. 형제애·부모애·부부애, 세계적인 박애, 전부 사랑이 들어가 있습니다. 이것은 무엇을 말하느냐? 인류의 생활권이라든가 역사과정을 거치면서 사랑을 더듬지 않고는 역사를 연결시킬 수 있는 전통의 내용을 만들 수 없다는 것입니다.

19 참사랑의 힘은 위대합니다. 아무리 굳더라도 녹여내는 것입니다. 이 주먹보다도 무섭습니다. 아무리 멀고 넓더라도 휙 순식간에 점령합니다. 강해서 안 깨지는 것이 없다는 것입니다. 참된 사랑은 원수까지도 녹여냅니다. 그래서 사랑을 중심삼은 세계의 주인이 되려고 합니다. 이것이 인간 최고의 희망봉입니다.

20 참된 사랑의 마음을 두드리면 몸은 자동으로 울리게 되어 있고, 참된 사랑으로 완성된 남자 여자가 되게 되면 하나님이 자동으로 나타나게 됩니다. 그 작용은 사랑 외에는 없습니다. 그런 작용을 나타낼 수 있는 힘이 참사랑입니다. 참사랑이 도대체 뭐냐? 참사랑은 종횡을 연결하고 상하·좌우·전후를 엮을 수 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 사랑은 위로는 하늘을 엮을 수 있고, 아래로는 땅을 엮을 수 있고, 옆으로는 오른쪽을 엮을 수 있고 왼쪽을 엮을 수 있습니다. 따라서 전후·좌우·상하를 엮을 수 있는 힘이 사랑입니다.

21 인간세계에 있어서 꿀벌이 먹는 꿀맛과 같은 맛이 무엇이냐? 진짜 사랑의 맛입니다. 그것은 타락한 세계에 살고 있는 남자 여자의 사랑이 아닙니다. 그 사랑에 접하면 모든 것이 통일됩니다. 눈도 한곳으로 통일됩니다. 모든 세포가 굳어져서 한곳으로 모여 똘똘 뭉쳐 또르륵 굴러간다는 것입니다. 사랑은 그런 힘을 갖고 있습니다. 오만 가지의 세포들이 한데 뭉쳐서 둥그레진다는 것입니다. 둥그레져서 사랑의 길로 굴러간다는 것입니다. 굴러갈 때에는 ‘나’라는 것이 있는지 없는지 모릅니다. ‘나’라는 관념이 없습니다.

22 오미자 맛은 만병통치의 근원이 될 수 있습니다. 오미자는 약재로 많이 들어갑니다. 오미자가 있어야 알락달락한 다섯 가지 맛이 합해져서 약이 됩니다. 사랑은 약 중의 약이니 쓴맛도 있고, 짠맛도 있고, 단맛도 있고, 매운맛도 있고, 시금털털한 맛도 있습니다. 사랑의 맛이 오미자 맛과 같다는 것입니다. 그래서 음식 중에 제일 맛있는 음식이 오미자를 넣어 만든 음식입니다. 그런 음식은 약이 되는 음식이요, 인류가 희망하는 음식임에 틀림없습니다.

23 양봉 철이 되면 꿀을 뜨는 기계로 꿀을 뜹니다. 벌들이 꿀을 저장하는 곳을 소비라고 하는데, 구멍이 뻥뻥 뚫려 있습니다. 벌들이 겨울을 나기 위해 저장해 놓은 꿀을 사람이 다 빼내고 설탕물을 줍니다. 설탕물을 채워 주고 겨울을 나게 합니다. 그렇게 설탕물만 먹던 벌들이 봄이 되어 꿀맛을 보게 되면 정신을 차리지 못할 만큼 미칩니다. 봄에 꽃이 피면 벌들이 꽃을 찾아다니는데, 꽃 속에 들어 있는 벌들을 보면 꿀을 먹느라고 궁둥이를 위로 쳐들고 머리를 아래로 처박고 있습니다. 그것을 핀셋으로 잡아당겨 빼도 안 나옵니다. 힘껏 잡아당겨 꽁무니가 쑥 빠질 정도가 되어도 안 나옵니다. 그 꿀맛이 얼마나 세서 그러겠습니까? 꿀맛이 그렇다면 사랑의 맛은 어떻겠습니까? 사랑의 맛과 꿀맛 중에서 어떤 것이 더 좋겠습니까? 하나님은 무슨 맛을 제일 좋아하겠습니까? 하나님이 냄새를 맡는다면 무슨 냄새를 제일 좋아하겠습니까? 듣는다면 뭘 듣기를 좋아하고, 느낀다면 뭘 느끼기를 좋아하겠습니까? 하나님이 좋아하는 것은 사랑밖에 없습니다. 하나님의 오관을 집중시킬 수 있고 기쁨을 충만하게 할 수 있는 것이 있다면 그것은 사랑밖에 없습니다.

24 사랑의 빛이 파랗습니까, 빨갛습니까? 사랑의 빛이 무슨 빛이냐? 오색가지 빛입니다. 맛도 오미자와 마찬가지로 오색가지 맛입니다. 오색가지 빛이니 얼마나 휘황찬란하겠습니까? 무지갯빛이 일곱 가지 색으로 돼 있는데, 이것들이 전부 섞어진다고 생각해 보십시오. 무슨 색깔이 되겠습니까? 일곱 가지 색을 섞어 놓으면 흰색이 됩니다. 인간이 제일 좋아하는 색깔이 어떤 색입니까? 하나님이 창조할 때 제일 좋아하는 색깔을 먼저 지어 놨겠습니까, 제일 싫어하는 색깔을 먼저 지어 놨겠습니까? 제일 좋아하는 색입니다. 이른 봄에 피는 꽃빛은 무슨 빛입니까? 보라색입니다. 보라색은 빨간색도 들어가 있고, 분홍색도 들어가 있고, 다 들어가 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 고상한 것은 다 보랏빛입니다. 영계에 가 보면 제일 좋은 빛깔이 보라색입니다.

25 남자 여자가 포옹하고 키스하는 장면은 평면적 극에서 사랑을 찾아가기 위한 충돌의 빛이 나는 장면입니다. 거기에 흰 빛이 나면 색깔을 가해서 오색찬란한 빛을 만들어야 됩니다. 그 빛이 종적인 하나님의 사랑에 의해서 섞어질 때 무지개 빛깔 같은 이상적인 찬란한 광명의 세계로 전환됩니다. 인간의 사랑의 빛은 횡적인 빛으로서 단순한 빛입니다. 본연의 인간은 혼합된 빛, 즉 남자와 여자가 사랑으로 결합된 완전한 빛을 원하는 것입니다. 그때에 종적인 사랑이 내려오는 것입니다. 무지개같이 하늘의 사랑이 이 횡적인 사랑에 내려옵니다.

真の愛の力は無限大
14 真の愛は、宇宙を包括しても余り、宇宙を通しても余り、宇宙と和合しても余ります。それは、生命の原動力であり、運動の原動力であり、すべてのものの 原動力です。そのような愛があるところで、初めて生命の価値があるのです。そのような愛から理想的なものも出てきます。「ははは」と笑っても、それが理想 的なのです。わんわん泣いても、愛のために泣くのなら、それは理想的に泣いているという言葉が出てくるのです。それで、人は悲しいときにも涙が出て、うれ しいときにも涙が出るのです。ですから、地獄でも、どこでも幸福を感じる力があるとすれば、その一つの力は、ただ全体のために生きようとする力です。

15 不足なものを補充し、不完全なものを補充し、欠如したものを完結させようと、補充するのが愛の力です。その愛は真の愛です。その愛の内容は、全体的な ものと個体的なものが異なりません。結果の世界から原因の世界に帰ってくるためには、補強される力の発露がなければなりません。その力の発露が、結果的な 人間において衝撃的な力、再び戻すことができる刺激的な力です。

16 皆さんが創造の偉業を相続すれば、真の愛の権限をもつのです。創造の偉業を相続することによって、すべてのものよりも強い真の愛を相続できるのです。 真の愛をもてば、できないことがなく、成就されないことがありません。怨讐も愛することができるのです。真の愛の力は、闘いや強制ではなく、自然屈伏させ るのです。ですから、これ以上に強い力はないというのです。

17 聖書に、「自分の命を救おうとするものは、それを失い、それを失うものは、保つのである」(ルカ17・33)とあります。このような逆説的な論理をな ぜつくったのでしょうか。悪の世界と善の世界は方向が違うので、不可避な結論による論理なのです。これは、逆説的な論理ですが、神様の側から見れば、定説 的な論理です。このような逆説的な環境を打開し、定説的な論理である真の愛の道を求めていく飛躍の運勢に乗らなければ、私たちに解放はあり得ません。飛躍 できる力は、武力でもなく、経済力でもなく、政治力でもなく、知識の力でもありません。ただ、愛の力しかありません。これだけが永遠不変な、正道の近道な のです。

18 愛は、生活と歴史から取り除くことができず、実際の内容を動かしている実体です。そして、社会制度や、すべてのものを動かす内的力の母体です。ですか ら、教育をする時にも国を愛することを教えます。兄弟愛、父母愛、夫婦愛、世界的な博愛、すべてに愛が入っています。これは、何を意味しているのでしょう か。人類の生活圏や歴史過程を経ながら、愛を求めていかなければ、歴史を連結できる伝統の内容をつくり得ないというのです。

19 真の愛の力は偉大です。どれほど堅くても溶かすのです。この拳よりも恐ろしいものです。どれほど遠く広くても、さっと瞬間的に占領します。壊れないも のはないというのです。真の愛は、怨讐までも溶かします。それで、愛を中心とした世界の主人になろうとします。これが人間の最高の希望峰です。

20 真の愛の心をたたくと、体は自動的に響くようになっていて、真の愛で完成した男性と女性になれば、神様が自動的に現れるようになります。その作用は、 愛のほかにはありません。そのような作用を現すのが真の愛です。真の愛とは、いったい何なのでしょうか。真の愛は、縦横を連結し、上下、左右、前後を結ぶ ことができます。ですから、愛は、上では天を結ぶことができ、下では地を結ぶことができ、横では右側を結び、左側を結ぶことができるのです。したがって、 前後、左右、上下を結べる力は、愛なのです。

21 人間世界において、蜜蜂が食べる蜜のような味がするものとは何でしょうか。真の愛の味です。それは、堕落した世界に生きている男性と女性の愛ではあり ません。その愛に接すれば、すべてのものが統一されます。目も一ヵ所に統囲されます。すべての細胞が固くなって一カ所に集まり、一塊になって転がっていく というのです。愛は、そのような力をもっています。無数にある細胞が、一カ所に集まって丸くなるというのです。丸くなって愛の道に転がっていくのです。転 がっていく時には、「私」というものがあるのかないのか分かりません。

22 漢方の五味子の味は、万病に効く根源になります。五味子は、薬剤としてたくさん使われています。五味子の五種類の味が合わさって薬になります。愛は、 薬の中の薬なので、苦い昧もあり、塩辛い味もあり、甘い味もあり、辛い味もあり、渋い味もあります。愛の味が五味子の味のようだというのです。それで、食 べ物の中で最もおいしい食べ物が、五味子を入れて作った食べ物なのです。そのような食べ物は、薬になる食べ物であり、人類が望む食べ物であることは間違い ありません。

23 養蜂の季節になると、蜜を取り出す機械で蜜を取り出します。蜂が蜜を貯蔵する所は穴がぼこぼこと開いています。蜂が冬を過ごすために貯蔵しておいた蜜 を、人間がすべて取り出して砂糖水を与えます。砂糖水を補ってあげて冬を過ごさせます。そのように砂糖水だけを飲んでいた蜂が、春になって蜜の味を味わう ようになると、正気を保てないほど夢中になります。春に花が咲けば、蜂は花を飛び回りますが、花の中に入っている蜜を見れば、蜜を食べようとお尻を上に押 し上げて、頭を下に突っ込んでいます。それをピンセットでつまんで引っ張っても出てきません。力いっぱい引っ張ってお尻が抜けるほどになっても、口を離し ません。その蜜の味がどれほど強いのでしょうか。 蜜の味がそうであるなら、愛の味はどうでしょうか。愛の味と蜜の味のどちらがもっと良いですか。神様は、何の味を最も好まれるでしょうか。神様が匂いを嗅 ぐなら、どのような匂いを最も好まれるでしょうか。聞くなら、何を聞くのを好まれ、感じるなら何を感じるのを好まれるでしょうか。神様が好まれるものは愛 しかありません。神様の五感を集中させることができ、喜びを充満させることができるものがあるなら、それは愛しかないのです。

24 愛の光は青いですか。赤いですか。愛の光は、どのような光でしょうか。五色の光です。味も、五味子と同じように五種類の味です。五色の光なので、どれ ほどきらびやかでしょうか。虹の光は七色になっていますが、これらがすべて混ざると考えてみてください。どのような色になりますか。七色の光を合わせると 白光色になります。人間が最も好む色とは、どのような色ですか。神様が創造する時、最も好む色を先につくっておきますか、最も嫌いな色をつくっておきます か。最も好きな色です。早春に咲く花の色は、どのような色ですか。紫色です。紫色は赤い色も入っていて、桃色も入っていて、すべて入っています。ですか ら、高尚なものは、すべて紫の光です。霊界に行ってみると、最も良い光が紫色なのです。

25 男性と女性が抱擁しキスする場面は、平面的な極から愛を求めていく衝突の光が出る場面です。そこに白い光が出れば、色を加えて五色燦然と輝く光をつく らなければなりません。その光が縦的な神様の愛によって混ざるとき、虹の光のような、理想的な燦然とした光明の世界に転換されます。人間の愛の光は、横的 な光で、単純な光です。本然の人間は、混合した光、つまり男性と女性が愛で結合した、完全な光を願うのです。そのときに、縦的な愛が降りてくるのです。虹 のように、天の愛がこの横的な愛に降りてきます。

The unlimited power of true love 
14 True love remains even after it embraces the universe; it remains even after it flows through the universe, and it remains even after it blends with the universe. It is the driving force of life, of movement and of everything. Where there is love like that, life at last has value. From that love, all that is ideal emerges. Laughing “ha ha ha!” can be ideal. We can say that crying “wah wah!” can be ideal as well, if it is cried by love. People shed tears in times of sorrow but also in times of joy. No matter where you are, even in hell, if there were one power that would allow you to know happiness, that would be the power of wanting to live for the whole. (129-315, 1983.12.01)

15 Love has the power to enhance that which is insufficient, to reinforce that which is inadequate, and to complete that which is lacking. That love is true love. The nature of love for the whole cannot differ from the nature of love for the individual. To reach the world of cause from the world of result, there should be an expenditure of surplus power. This power could be both stimulating and electrifying to human beings, who are resultant beings. (112-130, 1981.04.12)

16 When you inherit the work of creation you receive the authority of true love. The reason is that to inherit the work of creation is to inherit true love, which is the strongest power. With true love there is nothing you cannot do, nothing you cannot make. You can love even your enemy. The power of true love is not to fight, not to force, but to win over someone naturally. There is no power stronger than this. (124-095, 1983.01.30)

17 The Bible says, “Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it” (Matt 10:39) How do we explain such paradoxical logic? It is a paradox because the world of evil and the world of goodness move in different directions. It seems contradictory, but it is a widely accepted viewpoint of those on God’s side. Unless we overcome the environment that gives rise to this paradox, and unless we make a bold leap into destiny to find the way of true love with its own logic, we cannot be liberated. The power to leap comes not from military might, economic strength, political prowess or intellectual power. It is the power of nothing but love. It is the only path to the eternal, unchanging and correct way. (121-126, 1982.10.24)

18 Love is the essential force that moves reality; it is indispensable in daily life. This has been so throughout history. Love is the origin of the force that drives our social systems and everything else. This is why students are taught patriotic love for their country. Brotherly love, parental love, conjugal love and worldwide altruistic love—all are forms of love. What does this mean? It means that without reference to love, which impacts people’s daily lives and the course of history, we cannot create the thought and tradition that connect us to history. (187-046, 1989.01.06)

19 The power of true love is great. True love can melt even the hardest substance. It is more fearful than a clenched fist. Love can conquer any place in a flash, no matter how far and wide. Nothing is strong enough to withstand the power of love. True love can melt even our enemy. We want to become the owners of the world based on love. Love is the pinnacle of hope for the human race. 20 If you tap on the heart of true love, the physical body spontaneously resonates. If you become a perfect man or woman through true love, God spontaneously appears. This occurs only through love. True love is the power that leads to such events. So what is true love in reality? True love connects vertical and horizontal. It can weave together above and below, right and left, before and after. Because of that, love can weave together heaven, which is above, and earth, which is below. Going laterally, it can weave together the right side and the left side. I am saying that love is the power to intertwine everything: before and after, right and left, above and below. (181-087, 1988.08.28)

21 What is it that can give life the taste of honey? It is the taste of true love. It is not the love of man and woman living in this fallen world. Once you taste true love, everything is united. All eyes focus on one place. All the cells of the body are drawn together into a ball and begin to roll. True love has that power. All kinds of cells are drawn together into a ball and roll down the path of love. While rolling down that path, I forget my own existence. The concept of “me” is lost. (109-274, 1980.11.02)

22 The schisandra (omija) fruit is used to cure a number of illnesses. The berry has many uses in Oriental medicine. It combines five different flavors, and makes an effective medicine. Love, which is the medicine of medicines, also has five flavors. It is bitter, salty, sweet, spicy and sour. The taste of love is like the five-flavor schisandra berry. The tastiest dishes are made with this berry. This is a medicinal food. Everyone likes food that is good for the body. (195-068, 1989.11.05)

23 In the right season a beekeeper gathers his honey with equipment designed for that purpose. Honeybees store the honey in honeycombs, but there are many holes. Bees save honey to get through the winter, but the beekeeper collects all the honey and provides sugar water for the bees to live on during the winter. So the bees live on sugar water all winter. Then when spring comes and they taste real nectar, they become intoxicated. When the flowers bloom in spring, the honeybees fly from flower to flower. If you look at the bees on the flowers sucking their nectar, their abdomens are raised up and their heads are buried deep in the flower. If you were to pull at a bee’s abdomen with a pincer, it would still keep sucking, even if its abdomen separated from its body. How delicious that nectar must be! Now, how does the taste of that nectar compare with the taste of love? Which do you think is better: the taste of honey or the taste of love? What kind of taste would God like most? If God were to smell many aromas, which would He like best? If He were to choose something to listen to, what would He like to hear, and if He were to seek something to feel, what would He like to feel? There is only one thing God likes, and that is love. Nothing other than love can focus God’s five senses and fill Him with joy. (136-116, 1985.12.22)

24 Is the color of love blue or red? What is love’s color? It has five colors. Its taste is like the schisandra berry. It has five flavors. If something has five colors, won’t that be dazzling? A rainbow has seven colors. Think of all these colors mixed together. What color would that be? When you mix all wavelengths of visible light, you get white. What color do people like most? When God created all things, do you think He first created the color He likes most, or the color He likes least? He created the one He likes best. What color is the flower that blooms in early spring? It is purple. The color purple includes red and pink and all other colors. That’s why all elegant things are purple. In the spirit world, the most beautiful color is purple. (197-049, 1990.01.07)

25 A man and a woman embracing and kissing light up like two poles with opposite charges touching and sending out sparks. If that light is white, we must add heat to create five brilliant colors. When this colorful display is mixed with the vertical love of God, it is transformed into a world of ideal, brilliant hope, like the colors of the rainbow. Since human love is on a horizontal plane, it is simple. People of original love want to combine colors, to see perfectly combined colors through the love of a man and a woman. When that occurs, vertical love will come down. Like a rainbow, God’s love will descend to this horizontal love. (134-171, 1985.04.07)
