첫댓글 500 meter safety zone이 정확히 뭔지 모르겠지만 이것을 설명하는게 allows 이하인것 같고 그 safety zone 을 넘어가는 특수 법적 권한은 사람이 거주할 수 있는 지형적 장소에만 주어진다는 얘기인것 같아요.. 문법구조로 보면
