담당하시게 될 직책은 고객 코디네이터로서, 회사와 고객 간의 원활한 소통을 담당하게 됩니다. 이 역할은 탁월한 의사소통 능력, 문제 해결 능력, 그리고 고객 중심의 마인드를 가진 분에게 적합합니다.
주요 업무로는 고객 문의에 대한 신속한 응대, 정확한 정보 제공, 내부 팀과 협력하여 고객 문제 해결 등이 포함됩니다.
필수 조건으로는 관련 업무 경험, 의사소통 능력(고객 문의에 대해 영어로 소통 가능한 정도, 회화 중급), 멀티태스킹 및 우선순위 설정 능력, 고객 서비스에 대한 열정이 요구됩니다.
근무 조건은 재택근무이며, 월 급여는 USD $2000+alpha, 월~금 Denver time 9am-6pm (벤쿠버:8am~5pm), 유급 휴가 5일 및 병가 3일이 제공됩니다.

Job Summary:
As a Customer Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and assistance between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customers via phone, email, or chat courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to better assist customers.
- Uphold a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with customers.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
