<p>A historic antitrust trail is under the way for Meta, Mark Zuckerberg's company that owns on Facebook instagram and Whats app.</p><p>The case began on Monday in Washingt  and could force the tech gaint to <span style="color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;" data-ke-size="size16">sell some of those startups it bought more than a decade ago that have</span> gone on to become social media tech giants. </p><p>Zuckerberg will be testfying in the trail in federal court.</p><p>It's the first big test of President Trump's FTC and its ability challenge big tech. </p><p>The government claims the company bought Instagram and Whats app to squash competition and established an illegal monopoly in the social media market. </p><p>I'm Julie Waker.</p>
