LG CNS 프로젝트 (WINDSOR, ON) 를 담당하실 IT Specialist 를 채용합니다. (경력에 따라 Hourly $50.00 +)

직무:
- Troubleshooting and resolving both inbound and outbound issues, determining root causes, and
taking necessary system actions to ensure proper product movement.
- Ensuring seamless integration of the WMS with other enterprise systems, such as ERP.
- Managing and documenting incidents related to WMS failures or errors, and implementing
corrective actions.
- Analyzing system logs and understanding Automatic Logistics and RTD
- Continuously eval‎uating the WMS for efficiency and suggesting enhancements to improve
functionality.
- Preparing and presenting reports on quality performance metrics.

세부사항:
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving inbound and outbound operational issues.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their integration with enterprise
systems like ERP.
• Ability to manage and document incidents, and implement corrective actions for WMS failures
or errors.
• Skills in eval‎uating WMS efficiency and suggesting enhancements to improve functionality.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote quality and continuous
improvement.
• Proficiency in identifying areas for operational improvement and recommending effective
solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on quality performance metrics.

지원자격 (해당되는것이 많을수록 우대):
- Related Bachelor's Degree; or minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with big data (writing DB Lookup Query)
- Ability to analyze multiple system logs.
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT industry experience.
- ERP / Material Management experience
