Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and results-driven Client Intake Specialist (Director) with a strong focus on sales and marketing to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, is eager to grow, and excels at driving client engagement and conversions. This role plays a critical part in the sales process for our legal and immigration services, offering highly competitive incentives tied directly to sales performance.
The successful candidate will have exceptional phone skills and prior sales experience selling professional services. This position sometimes requires cold calling or finding prospective clients for the firm on your own.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to confidently attract and secure prospective clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct initial client consultations via phone, email, and online platforms to convert inquiries into active clients.
Create an engaging and professional first impression, establishing trust and enthusiasm for the firm’s services.
Following the firm’s guidelines on how to communicate with prospective new clients in the most effective manner
Effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our firm’s legal and immigration services, distinguishing us from competitors.
Identifying and describing the advantages we offer and how we charge for our services
Execute sales and marketing campaigns, such as email sequences, kakaotalk messages, and online community outreach (e.g., blogs, Naver Cafe).
Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities, including cold calling and direct outreach when needed.
Preparing an engagement letter to be approved by a lawyer and then arranging for the client’s signature
Opening the new client file in our system and communicating with our team regarding the new engagement throughout the client intake process to ensure a smooth transition to the next phase
Track and analyze sales metrics, including the number of inquiries, consultations, and conversions, to refine strategies and achieve targets.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in sales and marketing of professional services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.
Strong marketing acumen, including familiarity with tools like Canva or other design software
High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion in client interactions.
