In appeals of court ruled great that a grant program    for balck woman business owner is discrimitory. 

 A US Federal court of appeals panel  capital fund  against grand program suspended a venture capital fund firm's grant program  for black woman business owners.

the ruling against fieriest fearess fund  is another victory  for conservative groups who have been waging a legal battle  against corporate diversity programs that have targeted  dozens of companies.
