Article 285. 제 3급......益增(익증)......풍부하게 불어남..........第288事 Class 3 : Ik-jeung(益增,익증 -  Abundant lncrease)... lncreasing abundantly... Article 288.   益增(익증)은 날(日,일)로 착함이 많고 커지며, 달(月,월)로 德(덕)이 불어나는 것이다.  Ikjeung(益增,익증- Increasing Abundance) means that goodness grows and expands day by day,  and virtue multiplies month by month. 단련을 하고 또 단련을 하면 결국은 보배로운 劒(검)을 이루게 된다.  Through continuous discipline and training, one eventually becomes a precious sword. 닦고 또 닦으면 결국은 아름다운 玉(옥)이 된다.  Through repeated polishing and refinement, one ultimately becomes a beautiful jade. 착함이 劒(검)과 같이 빛나고 德(덕)이 玉(옥)과 같이 윤택하면 가히 그 福(복)을 받을 수 있게 된다.  Whenyour goodness shines bright like a sword and your virtue becomes lustrous like jade,  you will truly become worthy of receiving its blessings.  [Original Text, 원문] 益增者는 日益善而月增德也라 (익증자는 일익선이월증덕야라)  Increasing Abundance(lkjeung) means that goodness increases day by day,  and virtue grows month by month. 鍊之又鍊이면 終成寶劒이요 (연지우련이면 종성보검이요)  Tempering and refining it over and over again will ultimately forge a precious sword. 磨之又磨면 終爲美玉이라 (마지우마면 종위미옥이라)  Polishing and grinding it over and over again will ultimately turn it into a beautiful jade. 善如劒光하고 德如玉潤이면 可領其福이니라.
