천성경 (증) - 202. 사춘기의 변화와 남녀사랑

1 하나님이 아담 해와를 만물의 주인공으로 세우고 소망하시던 목표가 있었습니다. 그들에게 하나님의 사랑의 감정이 스며들고 만물을 지으신 하나님의 창조의 감정이 스며들기를 바라셨습니다. 사춘기에 접어들면 만물을 대할 때에 신비감을 느끼게 됩니다. 여러분도 정열이 최고조로 불타오를 때 시를 쓰면 놀라운 시를 쓸 수 있습니다. 마찬가지로 하나님은 대우주의 심정을 지닌 인간으로 완성하는 것을 목표로 설정하고 인간을 지으셨습니다. 그리고 인간이 그 목표대로 성숙하기를 고대하고 고대하셨습니다. 때를 기다린 것입니다. 그들이 성숙하면 할수록 남자가 여자를, 여자가 남자를 대할 때 각각 서로를 대우주 전체의 실체로 감각하기를 바라셨다는 것입니다. 그들의 감정세계에 하나님도 들어가고 만물도 들어갈 수 있는 정도까지 인간이 성숙하기를 바란 것입니다.

사춘기의 변화와 성장

2 사춘기 시절에는 천하의 왕자가 되는 기분입니다. 모든 것을 자기를 중심삼고 생각하는 시절입니다. 이렇듯 사춘기 시대는 반발하는 시대이기에 자기를 몰라주면 얼마든지 다른 길로 갈 수 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 오늘날 청소년들의 문제가 세계적인 문제가 된 것입니다. 사춘기 때는 무슨 일이든지 자기를 중심삼지 않으면 좋아하지 않습니다. 그렇지만 자기하고 관계를 맺었을 때는 그것이 아무리 미미한 것이라 해도 신납니다. 20세 전후 되는 아가씨들을 가만히 보면 괜히 웃습니다. 가을에 잎이 다 떨어진 감나무에서 홍시가 뚝 떨어지는 것을 보고도 웃습니다. 그것은 뭔지 모르게 통한다는 것입니다. 모든 것이 자기와 관계를 맺었기 때문에 최고의 감정이 유발되는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 사춘기라는 것은 모든 것에 접해 인연맺을 수 있는 전환점입니다. 하나님의 사랑을 중심삼고 남성과 여성을 백 퍼센트 하나 만들기 위한 하나님의 창조본성이 바탕이 되어 있기 때문입니다.

3 사춘기 때 처녀와 총각이 서로 만나 이야기할 때는 가슴이 뜁니다. 그리고 흥분하게 되면 심장에 변화가 옵니다. 그런데 그 마음이 하나님을 중심삼지 않고 반대의 입장에 서면 악이 됩니다. 마음은 하나님을 중심삼아야 합니다. 그 하나님을 중심삼은 마음과 심정이 하나되는 자리에 올라설 수 있도록 하는 것이 사랑입니다. 이러한 입장에서 한 생애를 지내야 할 인간이기 때문에 인간은 사랑을 중심한 이상과 희망을 갖지 않고서는 안 된다는 것입니다.

4 남자가 완성하고 여자가 완성하도록 하는 데에는 주체와 대상의 관계를 맺기 위한 사랑의 힘이 있습니다. 사랑의 힘은 남자가 완성하고 여자가 완성하여 사춘기 시대를 지내 가지고 생겨납니다. 사랑의 힘은 남자보다도 강하고, 여자보다도 강하기 때문에 통일시킬 수 있는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 남자나 여자나 서로 부부를 이루지 않으면 안 되는 것입니다. 사랑길에서는 자기 생명까지도 버리는 것입니다. 그것은 생명보다도 강한 것입니다. 남자나 여자가 다 성숙하게 되면 사춘기 시대에 반드시 입체적인 힘에 의해 상대를 그리워하는 것입니다.

5 인간에게 최고 행복한 곳은 인륜과 인정, 천륜과 천정이 하나로 일치되는 자리입니다. 하나님이 인간을 대상으로 지으셨다면, 하나님이 주체자로서 그 대상으로서의 완전한 가치를 인정하실 수 있는 때는 성숙한 때입니다. 사랑을 중심삼고 돌려받고 줄 수 있는 때입니다. 상대자가 주체자를 알아볼 수 있는 때는 성숙한 때라는 것입니다. 남자 여자가 성숙하면 사춘기로 들어가는 것입니다.

6 사춘기에는 여자들이 남자들을 생각할 때에, ‘그 남자는 세계를 대표한 남자다.‘라고 생각하려고 합니다. 그때는 전부 시인이 되든가 작가가 됩니다. 천하를 끌어 잡아다가 내 가슴에다 몰아넣고 싶고, 대해를 갖다 품고 걸어가고 싶은 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 청춘시대는 좋은 때입니다. 횡적인 입장에서 주체와 대상이 상봉함에 따라서 서로 거리가 가까워지고, 종적인 입장에서 하나님과 인간이 가까워지기 때문입니다. 남자와 여자가 성숙하여 참다운 사랑으로 묶어질 때, 하나님이 창조하실 때에 투입했던 소모적인 모든 것이 결실돼서 비로소 돌아온다는 것입니다.

7 아무리 어여쁜 아가씨도 사춘기는 단 한때밖에 없습니다. 그때는 꽃 중의 꽃이요, 일생에 가장 귀한 때입니다. 그런데도 불구하고 ‘나 혼자 살지.’라고 생각하는 여자가 있습니까? 그것은 여자가 아닙니다. 또한 남자들 중에서도 허우대가 멀쩡해 가지고 좋고 좋은 이팔청춘에 자기 혼자 살겠다고 하는 사람이 있습니까? 그런 때에는 반드시 상대를 찾게 됩니다. 누구를 닮아서 그렇겠습니까? 하나님을 닮아서 그렇다는 것입니다. 하나님이 그렇지 않은데 그런 사람이 나올 수 있습니까? 하나님이 그렇다는 것입니다. 일생의 가장 귀한 때인 이팔청춘 때 상대를 찾아 나서는 것은 남자나 여자나 마찬가지입니다.

8 여러분은 지금 사랑을 마음대로 할 수 있게 돼 있습니까, 없게 돼 있습니까? 길거리에서 남자가 휙 부른다고 해서 따라가게 안 되어 있습니다. 여러분은 때가 올 때까지 자기 몸을 잘 보호해야 됩니다. 순정을 도깨비 같은 남성에게 맡겨서는 안 된다는 것입니다. 길거리에 꺼떡꺼떡거리고 쓸데없이 돌아다니는 남자들은 전부 도깨비입니다. 자기 운명을 그런 남자에게 맡기겠습니까? 간단한 문제가 아닙니다. 일생에 한 번밖에 없기 때문에 한 발짝 잘못 딛는 날에는 자기 일생이 왔다 갔다 하는 것입니다. 이것은 남자도 그렇다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 지금까지는 여자에게 절개를 지키라고 했지만 앞으로는 남자도 절개를 지켜야 합니다. 아무리 세상이 악하고, 아무리 세상이 각박하더라도 여러분은 가야 할 정상적인 길에서 벗어나는 행동을 해서는 안 됩니다.

9 청춘시대에 순정을 잃어버렸던 아담과 해와의 한을 밟고 탕감할 수 있는 귀한 때인 사춘기에 순정을 더럽혀서는 안 됩니다. 그 순정을 깨끗하고 귀하게 보존해서 ‘천세만세 혼자 가더라도 사랑이 유린되는 일은 절대 있을 수 없다.’라는 지조와 결의를 가져야 합니다. 민족을 사랑하고 나라를 사랑하지 않고는 내가 사랑할 수 있는 사람을 만날 수 없습니다. 세계를 사랑하지 않고는 사랑하는 사람을 가질 수 없다는 것입니다. 이것이 통일교회의 전통적인 사상입니다. 그렇기 때문에 하나님을 사랑하고, 세계를 사랑하고, 민족을 사랑하고 난 후에 자기 아내를 사랑하고 남편을 사랑할 수 있습니다. 이것이 원칙입니다.

10 만물지중 유인최귀(萬物之衆 惟人最貴)라는 말이 있듯이 가장 귀하다고 하는 인간에 있어서도 봄절기가 있고 가을절기가 있을 수 있습니다. 그렇게 볼 때 결혼하기 전까지의 자라는 기간에 있는 젊은 남녀들은 봄절기라고 할 수 있습니다. 봄절기에는 추운 날씨가 점점 따뜻해져서 꽃이 피고 향기를 피우는 푸른 동산을 이루어서 무성한 여름을 맞기 위한 모든 준비를 하는 것입니다. 그렇게 여름절기를 지나 가을절기를 맞아서 수확시기를 맞는 것입니다. 인간에게 있어서 봄의 때가 어느 때냐 하면, 여러분이 한창 자라는 사춘기 시절입니다.

天聖経 (增) - 202. 思春期の変化と男女の愛

1  神様には、アダムとエバを万物の主人公として立てて願われた目標がありました。彼らに神様の愛の感情が宿り、万物を造られた神様の創造の感情が宿ること を願われたのです。思春期に差し掛かると、万物に接するときに神秘的な感覚を感じるようになります。皆さんも情熱が最高潮に燃え上がるときに詩を書けば、 驚くべき詩を書くことができます。同じように神様は、大宇宙の心情を備えた人間として完成することを目標に設定し、人間を造られました。
そして、人間がその目標どおりに成熟することを待ち望まれました。時を待ったのです。彼らが成熟すれば成熟するほど、男性が女性に、女性が男性に接すると き、それぞれ互いを大宇宙全体の実体として感じるように願われたというのです。彼らの感情世界に神様も入り、万物も入ることができる程度にまで人間が成熟 するように願ったのです。

思春期の変化と成長

2  思春期の時期には、天下の王者になった気持ちになります。自分を中心としてあらゆることを考える時期です。このように思春期の時代は反発する時代なの で、自分を分かってくれなければ、いくらでもほかの道に行きかねません。ですから、今日、青少年たちの問題が世界的な問題になったのです。
 思春期の時は、どんなことでも自分を中心にしなければ喜びません。しかし、自分と関係を結んだときは、それがいくら微小なものだとしてもうれしくなりま す。二十歳前後になる娘たちをよく見ると、訳もなく笑います。秋に葉がみな落ちた柿の木から、熟した柿がぼとりと落ちるのを見ても笑います。それは訳もな く通じるというのです。すべてのものが自分と関係を結んでいるので、最高の感情が誘発されるのです。
したがって、思春期というものは、あらゆるものに接して縁を結ぶことができる転換点です。神様の愛を中心として、男性と女性を一〇〇パーセント一つにする ための神様の創造本性が土台になっているからです。

3  思春期の時、未婚の男性と女性が互いに出会って会話を交わすときは、胸がどきどきします。そして、興奮するようになれば、心臓に変化をもたらします。し かし、その心が神様を中心とせずに反対の立場に立てば、悪になります。
 心は神様を中心にしなければなりません。その神様を中心とした心と心情が一つになる立場に上げてくれるのが愛です。このような立場において一生涯を過ごす べき人間なので、人間は愛を中心とした理想と希望をもたなければならないというのです。

4  男性を完成させ、女性を完成させるときには、主体と対象の関係を結ぶための愛の力が存在します。愛の力は、男性が完成し、女性が完成して思春期時代を過 ごして生じます。愛の力は、男性よりも強く、女性よりも強いので、統一させることができるのです。
ですから、男性も女性も、互いに夫婦にならなければならないのです。愛の道においては、自分の生命までも捨てます。それは生命よりも強いのです。男性や女 性が成熟すれば、思春期の時代に必ず立体的な力によって、相対を慕わしく思うのです。

5  人間にとって最高に幸せな所は、人倫と人情、天倫と天情が一つに一致する場所です。神様が人間を対象として造られたとすれば、神様が主体者として、その 対象としての完全な価値を認めることができる時は、成熟した時です。愛を中心として与え合える時です。相対者が主体者を見分けることができる時は、成熟し た時だというのです。男女が成熟すれば、思春期に入るのです。

6  思春期に、女性たちが男性たちを考えるとき、「その男性は世界を代表した男性だ」と考えようとします。その時は、すべて詩人になったり、作家になったり します。天下を引き込んで自分の胸に詰め込みたいと思い、大海を抱いて歩きたいと思うのです。それゆえに、青春時代は良い時代です。横的な立場で主体と対 象が相まみえるに伴って、互いに距離が近くなり、縦的な立場で神様と人間が近づくからです。男性と女性が成熟して真の愛で結ばれるとき、神様が創造される 時に、投入して消耗したあらゆるものが結実し、初めて返ってくるというのです。

7  いくらきれいな娘にも、思春期はたった一時しかありません。その時は花の中の花であり、一生で最も貴い時です。それにもかかわらず、「私一人で暮らそう か」と考える女性がいますか。それは女性ではありません。また男性たちの中でも、体格が良くて立派で、とても良い若者に、自分一人で生きよう、という人が いますか。そのような時には、必ず相対を求めるようになります。誰に似てそのようになるのでしょうか。神様に似てそのようになるというのです。神様がそう ではないのに、そのような人が出てくるでしょうか。神様がそうだというのです。一生の最も貴い時である若者の時、相対を求めていくのは男性も女性も同じで す。

8  皆さんは今、愛を思いどおりにできるようになっていますか、できないようになっていますか。街頭で男性が呼ぶからといって、ついていくようにはなってい ません。皆さんは、時が来るまで、自分の身をよく保護しなければなりません。純情を得体の知れない男性に任せてはいけないというのです。街頭で偉そうに振 る舞い、ふらふら歩き回る男性たちは、すべて得体が知れない者たちです。自分の運命をそのような男性に任せますか。簡単な問題ではありません。一生に一度 しかないので、一歩間違って踏み込んだ日には、自分の一生が左右されるのです。これは男性もそうだというのです。ですから、今までは女性に節操を守りなさ いと言いましたが、これからは男性も節操を守らなければなりません。いくら世の中が不道徳で、いくら世知辛い世の中でも、皆さんは行くべき正常な道から外 れる行動をしてはいけないのです。

9  青春時代に純情を失ってしまったアダムとエバの恨を踏み越え、蕩減できる貴い時である思春期に、純情を汚してはいけません。その純情をきれいに貴く保存 して、「千代、万代、一人で行くとしても、愛が蹂躙されることは絶対にあり得ない」という志操と決意をもたなければなりません。
 民族を愛し、国を愛さなければ、「私」が愛することができる人に出会うことはできません。世界を愛さなければ、愛する人を得ることができないというので す。これが統一教会の伝統的な思想です。ですから、神様を愛し、世界を愛し、民族を愛したあとに、自分の妻を愛し、夫を愛することができます。これが原則 なのです。

10 「万物之衆惟人最貴(マンムルチチュンユインチェキ)(万物の中で人が最も貴い)」という言葉があるように、最も貴いという人間においても、春の節気 があり、秋の節気があります。そのように見るとき、結婚する前までの成長期間にある若い男女は、春の節気だと言うことができます。春の節気では、寒い気候 がだんだんと暖かくなって、花が咲き、香りを漂わせる緑の園をつくり、生い茂る夏を迎えるためのあらゆる準備をするのです。そのように夏の節気を過ぎ、秋 の節気を迎えて収穫期を迎えるのです。人間にとって春の時がいつかというと、皆さんが成長真っ盛りの思春期の時期なのです。

Cheon Seong Gyeong Ⅱ - 202. Coming of Age and the Love between Man and Woman 

1 God placed Adam and Eve in the center of the created universe, and gave them a purpose to fulfill. During the time of adolescence, when a person explores the things of creation, he feels their mystery. God hoped that the emotions of His love would become part of Adam and Eve, and that the emotions He felt as He created the entire universe would also be shared by them. When your passion reaches its climax, you can write an amazing poem. In the same way, God created human beings with the purpose of attaining perfection and possessing the same great universal heart. God waited impatiently until the time was right for them to mature according to His goal. As Adam and Eve matured, God longed for them to relate to each other as substantial manifestations of the entire universe. When a man relates to a woman and a woman to a man, God wants them to see each other in that way. He wants people to mature to the level that allows not only God, but also all the things of the creation, to enter the world of human emotions. (9-171, 1960.05.08)

The changes during our youth 

2 The time of our youth is when we feel as though we are the princes and princesses of the world. It is a time when we think of everything with ourselves as the center. At the same time, the time of adolescence is a time of rebellion, so if others do not recognize us, it is very easy to go a different path. That is why the problems of today’s adolescents are global problems. In the time of our youth, we dislike anything that doesn’t revolve around us. However, when something is connected to us, no matter how insignificant it may be, we become elated. If you stop and watch young women in their late teens and early twenties, you will see that they sometimes laugh for no apparent reason. A young woman may laugh when she sees a ripe persimmon suddenly fall from a persimmon tree that has lost all its leaves. This is because these young women can somehow connect to what is going on around them and thus experience the deepest emotions. Our youth is the transition time when we can encounter and make a connection with all things. This is due to the fact that God gave us an original nature, which allows a man and a woman to be completely united through His love. (33-333, 1970.08.23)

3 When young men and women meet as young adults, their hearts leap. When these feelings arise, their hearts go through a change. However, if their minds are not fixed on God and they stand on the opposite side, they fall into evil. Our mind must be fixed on God. Love is what allows our mind and heart, when focused on God, to rise to the position of oneness with God’s heart. Since people have to go through their lives in that position, they absolutely must have dreams and hopes, with love as their center. (26-159, 1969.10.25)

4 In terms of perfecting a man and a woman, the power of love builds a relationship between a subject partner and an object partner. The power of love emerges after adolescence, at the time men and women attain perfection. The power of love is greater than both man and woman, so it can unite them. A man and a woman inevitably become husband and wife. On the path of love, one can even discard one’s own life. Love is stronger than life. As men and women grow into young adulthood, this powerful force makes them long for a partner. (61-332, 1972.09.03)

5 The place of greatest happiness for people is the place in which human morality and compassion conform in oneness to heavenly morality and heavenly compassion. God created human beings as His object partners. The time that God as the subject partner recognizes the perfect value of people as His object partners is when they become mature. It is the time when we can give and receive based on God’s love. I am saying that when an object partner comes to recognize his or her subject partner, that person has reached maturity. This is when a man or woman becomes a young adult. (65-025, 1972.11.13)

6 When women think about a man during their youth, they want to think of that man as someone who represents the world. During our youth, we want to pull the entire world to us and drive it into our hearts, and we want to walk with the great ocean in our embrace. This is why the time of youth is a wonderful one. It is wonderful because from a horizontal perspective it is when the subject and object partners meet and thus become closer; and from a vertical perspective it is when God and human beings become closer. When a mature man and woman are bound together through genuine love, everything that was invested by God at the time of the Creation ripens and returns back to God for the first time. At such times, everyone becomes a poet and lyrical writer. (65-026, 1972.11.13)

7 No matter how pretty a young lady may be, she will have her youth only once. It is like the blooming of the most beautiful flower, a most precious time in her life. Is there any woman who, when reaching young adulthood, would rather live alone? Such a person is not a woman. Is there any man who, possessing a fine figure and being in the middle of his energetic days of youth, wants to live by himself? At such a time, men or women always seek their partner. Who do they resemble by doing that? They resemble God. How could such a person seek partnership if God were not like that Himself? God is like that. It is the same for both men and women, in that they seek out their eternal partner during their energetic youth. That’s the most precious time of life. (32-248, 1970.07.19)

8 Are you able to love freely or not? Just because a man calls to you on the street does not mean you should follow him. You must protect your body well until the proper time. I am saying that you must not entrust your pure heart to troll-like men. Men who strut around the streets frivolously are all little devils. Would you place your destiny in the hands of such a man? This is not an issue to take lightly. Finding your spouse is something that occurs only once in your lifetime. On the day you make one misstep, you put your entire life at risk. It’s the same for men. Until now, women were told to protect their chastity, but men must also protect their chastity. No matter how evil or heartless the world may be, you must not commit an act that deviates from the proper way. (26-161, 1969.10.25)

9 Your youth is a precious time in your life when you can take the grief of Adam and Eve, who lost their purity in their adolescence, and indemnify it. So you should protect and preserve your purity during your youth. You need to have the resolve that you will preserve your purity as something clean and precious. You should say, “Even if I may have to live alone for all time, I will absolutely never allow my love to be violated.” Unless we love our people and our nation, we cannot meet the person whom we can love. Unless we love the world, we cannot have a person to love. This thought is the tradition of the Unification Church. Therefore you can love your wife and love your husband after you have loved God, loved the world and loved your people. This is a matter of principle. (37-108, 1970.12.22)

10 It is said that human beings are the most precious of all created things, and that they go through a spring season and an autumn season in their life. From this viewpoint, it can be said that young men and women who are in the growing period lasting until their marriage are in their spring season. In the spring season, the cold weather gradually warms and a green garden forms in which flowers bloom and spread their fragrance. Thus all things are prepared for welcoming the abundant summer. After passing through such a summer season, we welcome the autumn and the time for harvest. For people, the time of spring is adolescence, when we are at the height of our growth.
