Summary:
Paul turns to the practical outworking of life in the Spirit. He begins by saying that the person who receives instruction in the word should actively share good things with the one who teaches.
From there he warns the community not to deceive themselves: God is not mocked, and life works according to a moral harvest—whatever a person “sows,” that is what they will “reap.” If someone invests themselves in the impulses of the flesh, the outcome will be decay and ruin; but if someone invests themselves in the Spirit, the harvest will be everlasting life.
Because this harvest is not always immediate, Paul urges them not to grow weary or lose heart in doing what is good, since there is a proper time when the reward will come if they do not give up. So, while they have opportunity, they are to keep practicing good toward all people - giving particular care and priority to those who belong to the household of faith.
Teaching:
A church worker should be able to build close relationships with the church members -adults, children, deaconesses, and new believers. In particular, this Word must be received well and put into practice.
God says that we reap what we sow. So the one who sows for their own flesh will reap corruption from the flesh. Do not become a person of the flesh; become a person of the Holy Spirit - someone who lives by their own thoughts rather than by the Word.
On the other hand, a person of the Holy Spirit devotes themselves to learning the Word and strives to live according to it. They do not insert their own ideas into the Word, but like a little child, they try to do exactly what the Word says.
