5. 충분한 경험

1) 훈련과 경험이 있어야 한다 - 1

사람의 소질이라는 것은 제한되어 있습니다. 거기에 맞는 식구, 사람이 몇이나 되겠느냐 이거예요. 거기에 맞는 사람이 몇 사람이나 돼요? 그렇기 때문에 내가 맞추는 놀음을 해야 된다구요. 맞지 않으면 맞추어야 됩니다.

이것은 반드시 경험을 통해서 되는 일이기 때문에, 여러분이 그러한 경험 과정을 거치지 않으면 참된 책임자가 될 수 없다는 것을 알아야 되겠습니다.

그리하여 여러분이 책임자가 되면 이런 경험에 의해서 틀림없는 책임자의 소관을 해 가지고 하늘의 칭찬과 여러분이 지도하는 단체면 단체의 모든 사람들 앞에 우러러 존경을 받는 영원한 새로운 전통을 남기게 될 것입니다. 

그러므로 그런 준비를 해야 됩니다. 어떠한 외적인 훈련이나 어떠한 내적인 훈련이라도 달갑게 받지 않으면 안 된다는 자각을 하는 여러분이 되어야 합니다. 그것이 싫다고 생각하지 말라구요. 나는 못 한다는 생각을 하지 말라는 거예요. (72-328)

4. 十分な経験

1) 訓練と経験が不可欠 - 1

人の素質というものは制限されているのです。そこに合う食口、人は何人くらいになるのかというのです。そこに合う人は何人くらいになりますか 。ですから、私が合わせる業をしなければならないのです。

合わないならば、合わせなければならないのです。これは必ず経験を通してできることなので、皆さんがそのような経験過程を経ないならば、真なる責任者になれないということを知らなければなりません。

そうして、皆さんが責任者になれば、このような経験によって間違いない責任者の所管を果たして天の称賛を受け、皆さんが指導する団体ならば、団体のすべての人々の前に仰がれ、尊敬を受ける永遠なる新しい伝統を残すようになるのです。

それゆえ、そのような準備をしなければなりません。どんな外的な訓練や、どんな内的な訓練でも甘んじて受けなければならないという自覚をする皆さんにならなければならないのです。それを嫌だと思うなというのです。私はできないという思いをもつなというのです。（七二―三二八）

5.  Abundant Experience

1) You Need Training and Experience - 1

A man's character is limited. The question is how many people could be in harmony with a man's character. How many people can relate to that character? For this reason, I must match them up.

If they do not match, then they have to be made to match. You have to understand that because such a task can only be done based on experience, unless you go through such experience, then you cannot become a true leader.

If you become a leader after having gone through that, then based on those experiences you can become a competent leader who will leave behind a new eternal tradition that will be praised by God and be respected by all the people of the group that you are guiding.

For this reason, you must make such preparations. You must realize that you have to willingly receive any kind of external or internal training. Do not dislike them. Do not think that you cannot do them. (72-328)
