3. ELIGIBILITY / 자격 3.1 보 트에 대한 참가 자격에 대하여 다음 제한이 적용된다. 참가신청을 한 보트의 참가 결정은 최 종적으로 조직위원회에서 한다.

(a) A boat shall; / 참가 보트는- for ORC classes, be self righting mono hull of at least 8.52 meters (28 feet) in overall length(LOA) with ballast keel and have APH value under 620.0 on valid ORC certificate. In addition to RRS 77, the sail number on boat shall be identical to the certificate. / ORC 클래스의 보트는 LOA(전장) 28피트(8.52미터) 이상의 밸러스트 킬을 장착한 자체복원 력이 있는 모노헐로서 유효한 ORC 증명서에 명시된 APH 값이 620.0 미만 이어야 한다.

RRS 77에 추가하여, 보트의 세일넘버는 ORC 증서에 명시된 세일넘버와 같아야 한다.

- for J/24 class, be registered in Korea J/24 Class Federation and have no more than two crew members who are or were registered as professional athletes in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. / J/24 보트는 한국 J/24 클래스협회에 등록되어 있어야 하며, 대한체 육회 등록 전문선수 경력이 있는 자는 2명 이하여야 한다.- have crews that satisfy the requirements of NoR 3.4. / NoR 3.4의 요구조건을 충족하는 선원으로 구성되어야 한다.- comply with WS Offshore Special Regulations for corresponding categories. / 해당하는 WS OSR 카테고리에 부합하여야 한다. (b) The boat without any downwind sails (spinnaker, asymmetrical spinnaker, gennaker, code0) and any propulsion system (normally operating motor and propeller) shall not be entered. / 풍하용 세일 (스피니커, 제네커, 코드제로 등)과 정상적으로 작동하는 추진시스템 (엔진 또는 모터와 프로펠러)이 없는 보트는 참가할 수 없다.

3.2 ORC certificate / ORC 인증서 In ORC class a boat shall have a valid ORC club or ORC international certificate issued in - 2 2025 and shall comply with all the provisions of the ORC Rating Systems Rule except those specifically modified or deleted by NoR or SI. / 대회에 참가하는 ORC 클래스 보트는 2025년 발행되어진 유효한 ORC Club 또는 ORC International 증명서를 갖추고 있어야 하며, NoR 또는 SI에서 특별히 변경되거나 삭제한 것을 제외하고, ORC 레이팅 시스템규칙의 모든 조항에 적합하여야 한다.

(RRS 78.1참고). 3.3 Safety Inspection / 안전검사 The person in charge (owner or skipper) of each boat shall complete ‘Safety Inspection Card’ and submit it with 'Entry Form'. Boats shall be safety checked at the venue in accordance with the corresponding OSR categories and the boats that achieve 'suitable' judgement by the safety inspector are allowed to race. / 참가 보트의 책임자(소유주 또는 스키퍼)는 ’안전검사확인서’를 작성하여 참가신청서와 함께 제출하여야 한다.

(NoR 4.1 참고) 경기에 참가하는 모든 보트는 대회장소에서 각 보트에 해당하는 OSR 카테고리에 상응하는 규 정에 따른 안전검사를 받아야 하며, 안전 검사관에 의해 ‘적합’ 판정을 받아야 경기에 참가할 수 있다.

3.4 Eligibility of Crews / 선수자격 (a) For ORC classes the minimum number of crews including skipper on a boat is 4. / ORC 클래스의 경우, 경기하는 보트의 최소 승정원의 수는 4명이다. (b) For ORC classes at least two members of the crews on a boat shall have completed a Category 4 race or higher, or an equivalent passage. / 승선한 승정원 중 2명 이상은 카테 고리 4 또는 그 이상의 대회 또는 그에 준하는 세일링 경험이 있어야 한다. (c) All Korean crews shall be valid registered competitor to Korea Sailing Federation. / 한국 인 승정원은 대한요트협회 선수로 유효하게 등록되어 있어야 한다. (선수등록은 매년 갱신하 여야 함) (d) If OA determines that there are safety problems or other problems, such as unsportsman-like conduct, with a boat or its competitors, the Organizing Committee may refuse or cancel their entry. See RRS 76. / 요트의 안전성에 대한 문제와 비신사적 행동 등을 포함하는 기타의 문제로 조직위원회가 적절하지 않다고 판정한 보트 및 선수에 대해서 는 대회의 참가를 거부 또는 취소할 수 있다. RRS 76을 참고할 것.

4. ENTRY / 참가신청

4.1 Eligible boats may enter by completing the entry form and sending it, together with the following documents by 22rd October 2025, Korea local Time (UTC +9). / 요건을 갖춘 보 트는 첨부된 참가신청서를 작성하여 아래 제출서류와 함께 10월 22일 24시까지 제출하여 등 록한다. 일자와 시간은 한국표준시 (UTC+9) 기준이다.

(a) Completed and signed Entry Form / 서명된 참가신청서 (b) Signed Safety Inspection Card / 서명된 안점검사 확인서 (c) Skipper's (or boat owner's) copy of ID card and copy of bank passbook / 스키퍼(또는 선 주)의 신분증 및 통장사본 (d) Signed Release and Waiver of Responsibility and Liability / 서명된 책임서약서 (e) ORC Certificate issued in 2025 / 2025년 발급 ORC 증명서 (f) Proof of Entry fee payment / 참가비 납부증명서 (g) According to NoR 22, photocopy of insurance policy / 대회공고 22항에 따라 유효하게 가 입한 보험증서 사본 (h) A copy of Leisure Watercraft Safety Inspection Certificate for the boat. / 수상레저기구 안 전검사증 사본- 3 (i) A copy of water leisure equipment registration certificate / 수상레저기구등록증 4.2 Entry is only completed when full payment has been made. / 참가신청은 참가비를 완납하 여야 완료된다.

4.3 OA can limit the number of entries even before the entry closing day by the reason of the reasonable boats numbers and effective progress of race. / 원활한 대회 운영을 위한 출전 보트의 수를 감안하여 신청기간 이전이라도 참가신청이 마감될 수 있다. 4.4 Entries after the deadline may be accepted at the discretion of the OA. / 마감시간 이후의 참가신청은 OA의 결정으로 허락될 수 있다.

5. CLASSES / 경기 종목

5.1 The race classes will be divided into 4 as ORC I, ORC II, J/24 and J/70 / 경기종목은 ORC I, ORC II, J/24, J/70의 4개의 클래스로 나눈다.

5.2 ORC classes distinction is distinguished by the ORC APH value, and ORC I class with the smaller value of APH. The class-separating APH value determines the number of boats in each class to be equal. However, in the event that the number of boats of classes participation is not divided by the same number, it shall be decided that the number of boats of ORC II class is one more. / 클래스의 구분은 ORC APH 값에 의하여 구분하며, 작 은 값의 APH를 가진 출전보트가 ORC I 클래스에 해당한다. 클래스를 구분하는 APH값은 각 클래스에 해당되는 출전보트의 수가 동수가 되도록 결정한다. 다만, 각 클래스 출전보트의 수 가 동수로 나뉘지 않는 경우에는 ORC II 클래스 출전보트의 수가 1척 많도록 결정한다.

5.3 The class division of the participating boats will be confirmed by the entry closing day. After this point there will be no changes in the division, even though there may be changes in their handicap ratings (APH) after measurement / 참가 보트의 클래스는 참가신 청 마감일에 확정되며, 이후 계측에 의해 핸디캡 레이팅이 변경되더라도 출전 클래스는 변경 되지 않는다.

6. ENTRY FEE / 참가비 The entry fee per boat shall be paid by bank transfer. Total amount is the sum of fee per boat and fee for crews including a skipper. Entry fee is non-refundable. / 참가 보트 당 참 가비를 아래 계좌로 참가신청 기간 내에 입금하여야 한다. 참가비 총액은 보트 당 참가비와 선수 (스키퍼, 크루)당 참가비의 합계이다. 참가비 송금 시에는 참가 보트명으로 입금하여야 한 다. 참가비는 환불되지 않는다. 7. ON-SITE REGISTRATION / 현장등록 Boat completed entry shall register on site at race office by 18:00 6th November 2025. / 참가신청을 완료한 보트는 2025년 11월 6일 18시까지 경기장의 대회본부에 출전등록을 하여 야한다.
