Meet SafePaws: The App That Gives Stray Animals a Second Chance

Developed by our students from the Faculty of Engineering & Quantity Surveying, SafePaws connects shelters, vets, volunteers, and adopters in one powerful platform.

From reporting injured animals to adopting pets, donating, and even earning rewards — this app is making real impact.

Led by Kiow Yoon Ying, the project won 2nd place at INTI’s 5-Minute Innovative Speech Competition and is now eyeing real-world rollout with local NGOs.
