앰브로시아는 신들이 마셨다는 신화속의 감로주라던가요~ 
1971년 미국 LA에서 결성된 암브로시아는 당시 영국을 중심으로 퍼져나가기 시작한 
프로그레시브 록을 대서양을 통해 들여와 미국화시킨 장본인들이지요

예술에 집착하는 진보적 익스페리멘탈리즘보다는 
귀에 척척 감기는 부러운 멜로디와 
아름다운 하모니로 메인스트림을 지향했으며
프로그레시브 록과 거리감이 있었던 1970년대의 올드 팬들도 
'How much I feel', 'Biggest part of me', 'Holdin' on to yesterday', 
'You're the only woman' 등의 레퍼토리는 기억하고 있으리라 생각합니다
