건강비결(健康祕訣)

(시38:1-22)
1 A psalm of David. A petition. O LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger or discipline me in your wrath.  2 For your arrows have pierced me, and your hand has come down upon me.  3 Because of your wrath there is no health in my body; my bones have no soundness because of my sin.  4 My guilt has overwhelmed me like a burden too heavy to bear.  5 My wounds fester and are loathsome because of my sinful folly.  6 I am bowed down and brought very low; all day long I go about mourning.  7 My back is filled with searing pain; there is no health in my body.  8 I am feeble and utterly crushed; I groan in anguish of heart.  9 All my longings lie open before you, O Lord; my sighing is not hidden from you.  10 My heart pounds, my strength fails me; even the light has gone from my eyes.  11 My friends and companions avoid me because of my wounds; my neighbors stay far away.  12 Those who seek my life set their traps, those who would harm me talk of my ruin; all day long they plot deception.  13 I am like a deaf man, who cannot hear, like a mute, who cannot open his mouth;  14 I have become like a man who does not hear, whose mouth can offer no reply.  15 I wait for you, O LORD; you will answer, O Lord my God.  16 For I said, "Do not let them gloat or exalt themselves over me when my foot slips."  17 For I am about to fall, and my pain is ever with me.  18 I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin.  19 Many are those who are my vigorous enemies; those who hate me without reason are numerous.  20 Those who repay my good with evil slander me when I pursue what is good.  21 O LORD, do not forsake me; be not far from me, O my God.  22 Come quickly to help me, O Lord my Savior.  


55~140년경을 살았던 고대 로마의 시인 유베날리스(Jubenalis)
그는 그의 풍자시(Satire) 중 제10권에서
이런 말을 했다
"Mens sana in corpore sano"
이는 "건강한 몸에 건강한 정신"이 나온다는 뜻

하나님은 요삼1:2 사도 요한을 통해서 
‘영혼이 잘됨 같이 네가 범사에 잘되고 강건하기를...’이라는 기록을 남기게 함으로
건강(健康)은 영혼(靈魂)의 상태(狀態)와 비례적(比例的)임을 천명(闡明)하심으로
유베날리스와는 
반대적 개념을 말씀하고 계심을 본다

그런데 일반인(一般人)들...
대부분 건강(健康)은 운동(運動)의 결과
잘 먹어야... 
보약(補藥)을 먹어야...한다
그렇게 믿고 있는 것 같다

BC(1010~930)년경을 살았던 솔로몬은 
전무후무지혜지식(前無後無智慧知識) 유일무이향유(唯一無二享有)을 누렸던 그 결론으로 
깨닫게 된 것
그것은
“마음의 즐거움은 양약이라도 심령의 근심을 뼈를 마르게 하느니라”

BC(1010~970)년경을 살았던 다윗
오늘의 시편의 기록을 통해서 
‘Because of your wrath there is no health in my body’
‘내 육신의 건강이 없음은  하나님의 진노(震怒) 때문입니다’
라고 함으로 
육체의 건강 역시 ‘(from,by,of)God’임을 말 해 준다

그래서 고라 자손 중 어떤 사람은
시42:1에서 
“하나님이여 사슴이 시냇물을 찾기에 갈급함같이 내 영혼이 주를 찾기에 갈습하나이다”라
고백(告白)했던 것 같다
오늘의 시편 다윗의 탄원(歎願 petition)처럼

지난 2024년 한 해
하나님은 내 영혼을 윤택(潤澤)하게 하셨음을 고백한다
마치 긴 긴 어둠의 터널을 갖 빠져나온 것처럼
하나님은 내 영혼을 위로라도 해 주시듯
범사를 감사(感謝)로 채우게 하셨다

2025년의 시작
송구영신예배(送舊迎新禮拜) 역시
은혜로운 송영(送迎)이 되게 하신 하나님
기대(企待)가 된다
신망애(信望愛)로 오늘의 새벽을 맞이한다  할렐루야!
