  Level 2 : Gravity(重,중 - Weightiness / Seriousness)... Heaviness... Item 292.

重(중)은 一擧(일거)에 大善(대선)을 행하는 것이다.

  Gravity(重,중 - Weightiness) means doing great good in a single action.

남들이 행하지 못하는 것을 행하는 것은 착함의 용기이다.

  Doing what others cannot do is the courage of goodness.

남들이 미치지 못하는 것을 미치는 것은 착함의 정성이다.

  Reaching what others cannot reach is the sincerity of goodness.

착한 용기가 있고, 착한 정성이 있으면 그 福(복)을 받을 수 있다.

  If one possesses righteous courage and righteous sincerity, one can receive those blessings.

重은 一擧爲大善也라 (중은 일거위대선야라)

  Gravity(Weightiness) means doing great good in a single action.

行人之不行은 善之勇也요 (행인지불행은 선지용야요)

  Doing what others cannot do is the courage of goodness,

及人之不及은 善之誠也니 (급인지불급은 선지성야니)

  And reaching what others cannot reach is the sincerity of goodness.

有善勇하며 有善誠이면 (유선용하며 유선성이면)

  If one possesses righteous courage and righteous sincerity,

可領其福이니라. (가령기복이니라.)

  One will surely be worthy to receive its blessings.

 [Explanation. 풀이]

善(선)을 실천하는 일에가장 필요한 것은 용기와 정성이다.

  What is most needed in practicing goodness is courage and sincerity.

용기와 정성이 있다면 남이 평생 동안 노력해도 이룰 수 없는 善(선)을 단번에 이루어
하나님(一神,일신)을 감동시키고 모든 사람들에게 진정한 가르침을 베푸는 스승이 될 수 있다.

  If one possesses courage and sincerity,

  one can achieve in an instant the goodness that others cannot attain even with a lifetime

  of effort,  thereby moving the Supreme Deity(God / One Divine Spirit)

   and becoming a teacher who imparts true wisdom to all people.
