<사랑을 중심삼은 통일적 존재- a unified being of love>

통일교회 원리는 하나님을 무형의 절대적 주체로, 이성성상(二性性相)의 중화적 주체로 계시는 분이라고 합니다.

이성성상으로 계시는 하나님 자신의 분성적 실체(分性的實體)로 아담과 해와를 만들어 놓고, 이들이 장성하여 사랑을 중심삼고 횡적으로 연결될 때, 종적인 입장에서 중심이 되고자 하신 것입니다.

그건 무슨 말이냐 하면, 아담과 해와가 성숙하게 되면 하나님의 남성 성품은 아담의 마음 속에, 하나님의 여성 성품은 해와의 마음 속에 들어간다는 것입니다.

그렇다고 해서 하나님이 갈라지는 것은 아닙니다.

그러한 이성성상의 주체로 계신 하나님이기 때문에 아담과 해와의 마음 속에 임재할 수 있다는 것입니다. 

하나님은 이성성상의 중화적 존재라고 말하지요?

중화적 입장에서 사랑을 중심삼은 통일적 존재라는 것은 아직까지 이야기를 하지 않았습니다.

거기에 사랑을 중심삼고 통일적 존재라는 그것을 첨부해야 됩니다.

The Unification Principle teaches that God is the invisible, absolute Lord with dual characteristics in harmony.

As a being of dual characteristics, God cre­ated Adam and Eve as manifestations of His duality. He intended to be their ver­tical center when they grew up and con­nected horizontally through love.

In oth­er words, when Adam and Eve reached maturity, God’s masculine characteris­tics would have entered Adam’s mind and God’s feminine characteristics like­wise would have entered Eve’s mind. 

This does not mean that God is divided.

God can be present in Adam’s and Eve’s minds because He is the Lord with dual characteristics. 

We say that God is a being who har­monizes dual characteristics, don’t we?

But I have not yet talked about Him as a unified being of love in addition to one harmonizing the dual characteristics.

We need to add the fact that He is the unified being of love.
