1 measure Gin
1/2 measure Lemon Juice
1 dash of Pernod
50g(2 oz) Honeydew melon, diced
Champagne to top up
* Place the ingredients, with some ice cubes, in an electric blender. Blend for 30 seconds, then pour into a large wine glass. Top up with Champagne and decorate with small pieces of melon.

Honeydew
1½ oz (3 Tbsp) gin
1 dash Pernod
1/3 cup diced honeydew melon
3/4 oz (1½ Tbsp) lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
1/2 oz (1 Tbsp) cream
1/2 cup crushed ice
chilled club soda
* Put all ingredients, except soda, into a blender and blend at low speed for 20 seconds. Pour into a large chilled stemmed glass or highball glass over ice cubes. Top with soda.
Variation : eliminate the cream and top off with chilled champagna instead of soda.
