천성경 (증) - 264. 인류 미래를 위한 비전

19 우리는 미래에 바다를 점령해야 됩니다. 바다에 있는 모든 금은보화를 앞으로 개발할 것입니다. 그런 것을 생각하다 보니, 땅굴을 많이 파야 한다는 결론이 났기 때문에 지금 국제평화고속도로 계획도 나온 것입니다. 바다 밑에 길을 뚫고 거기에 문을 만들어 놓는다면 그 문을 열고 나와 고기도 잡을 수 있으니 얼마나 재미있겠습니까? 바다에 있는 기름도 파이프로 배에 직접 공급하면 얼마나 멋지겠습니까? 바다 밑에 석유가 얼마나 많은지 모릅니다. 그저 버튼만 누르면 파이프가 쓱 나와서 기름이 나온다면 얼마나 멋지겠느냐는 것입니다.

20 인간은 어디든지 자유입니다. 국경도 없이 자유로이 바다에 가려면 바다에 가고, 산에 가려면 산에 가고, 수중에서도 사는 것입니다. 잠수정을 만들어 바다 가운데서 심도를 조정하면 얼마든지 살 수 있는 시대가 됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 인류는 살 데가 없습니다. 탱크에 물을 넣어 가라앉게 만들면 가라앉는 것입니다. 버튼으로 조작해서 물을 채우고 빼면 가라앉고 뜨기 때문에 물 가운데서 살 수 있습니다. 10미터 이하는 천지에 그렇게 좋은 데가 없습니다. 30미터 아래로 내려가게 되면 아주 고요한 세계가 나옵니다. 해저 왕국입니다. 공중에 올라가면 바람도 많고 변화가 많기 때문에 야단이 벌어집니다. 기류가 다르고, 공기가 다르고, 비가 오고 야단입니다. 그러니까 바다에 가서 사는 것이 이상의 생활이라고 생각하는 것입니다.

21 앞으로는 바닷속에 들어가서 살 수도 있습니다. 그래서 5인 잠수정에 대한 연구를 시키고 있습니다. 바람이 안 불 때는 고요한 바다물결은 뭐라고 할까, 거기에서는 백만장자의 주인이 될 수 있는 것입니다. 얼마나 신비스럽고 기분 좋은지 모릅니다. 바람이 안 불 때, 유리알 같은 바다에서 대양에 꿈을 실은 부부가 앉아서 옛날, 혹은 미래의 꿈을 얘기하면서 사랑의 보금자리를 꾸며 나간다고 생각해 보라는 것입니다. 그것도 문제없습니다. 만일 태풍이 분다면 바다 30미터 밑으로 들어가면 됩니다. 수중에서 마음대로 살 수 있는 때가 옵니다. 그러니까 대한민국 땅이 좁다고 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다.

22 앞으로 육지에는 먹을 것이 없어지게 됩니다. 식량이 부족하게 됩니다. 그러니 바다에 가서 살게 됩니다. 거기서 육지의 고기 대신 물고기를 잡아먹고, 야채 대신 해초류를 먹으면 됩니다. 지도자라면 여러분이 미래에 그렇게 바닷속에서 살게끔 계획해야 될 것 아닙니까? 물속에 산소가 얼마나 많습니까? 그러니 물속에서 산소를 만들어 자동적으로 공급하는 것입니다. 바닷물 가운데 산소 비율이 얼마입니까? 그것을 어떻게 다 써먹습니까? 바다세계를 점령할 수 있는 시대가 불원한 장래에 올 것입니다.

23 선생님은 미래세계를 준비합니다. 바다에 나가기를 좋아해서 그러는 것이 아닙니다. 바다에 있는 것이 힘들다는 것입니다. 맨 처음에는 일주일 갔다 오면 오금이 쑤셨습니다. 그래도 속으로는 ‘할 일이 많으니 나이 타령하지 말고 가야 돼!’라고 생각했습니다. 그래서 쉴 수 없었습니다. 한 열흘이 지나니까 새벽같이 나가 밤 12시에 들어와도 끄떡없었습니다. 그러나 같이 갔던 사람들이 고단하다고 낚싯대를 붙들고 조는 것입니다. 그렇지만 사령관이 되어 명령을 내리는 입장에서 먼저 고기를 잡아야 한다는 생각을 하지 않을 수 없습니다. 그래서 어떤 때에는 고기가 와서 무는 것이 느껴졌습니다. 그렇게 정신이 무서운 것입니다.

19　未来において、人類は海を占領しなければなりません。海にあるすべての金銀財宝をこれから開発するのです。そのようなことを考えていたとき、トンネ ルをたくさん掘らなければならないという結論が出たので、今、国際平和高速道路の計画も出てきたのです。
 海底にトンネルを掘って道を造り、そこに門を造っておけば、その門から出ていって魚を獲ることもできるので、どれほどおもしろいでしょうか。海にある油 も、船にパイプで直接供給すれば、どれほど紫晴らしいでしょうか。海底に石油が、どれほど多くあるか分かりません。ボタンを一つ押すと、パイプが現れて油 が出てくれば、どれほど素晴らしいかというのです。


20　人間は、どこでも自由です。国境もなく自由に、海に行こうと思えば海に行き、山に行こうと思えば山に行き、水中でも暮らすのです。潜水艇を造って海 の中で深度を調節すれば、いくらでも暮らせる時代になります。そのようにしなければ、人類の生きる場所がありません。タンクに水を入れ、沈ませれば沈むの です。ボタンで操作し、水を入れたり抜いたりすれば、沈んだり浮いたりするので、水中で暮らせるのです。
 十メートル以下に行けば、天地にそれほど良い場所がありません。三十メートル下に降りていけば、非常に静かな世界が現れるのです。海底王国です。空中に上 がれば風も強く、変化が多いので大騒ぎになります。気流が変わり、空気が変わり、雨が降って大変です。ですから、海に出て暮らすのが、理想的な生活だと考 えるのです。


21　今後は、海の中に入って暮らすこともできます。それで、五人乗りの潜水艇について研究させています。風が吹かないときの穏やかな波がある所では、億 万長者の主人になれるのです。どれほど神秘的で、気分が良いか分かりません。風が吹かないとき、ガラス玉のような海で、大海原に夢を託した夫婦が座り、皆 のことや未来の夢を語り合いながら、愛の家庭をつくっていくと考えてみてください。それも問題ありません。もし台風が吹いても、三十メートル下に潜ればい いのです。水中で思いのままに暮らせる時が来ます。ですから、大韓民国の地が狭いといって心配しなくてもいいのです。


22　これから、陸地には食べる物がなくなります。食糧が不足します。ですから、海に行って暮らすようになるのです。そこで、陸地の肉の代わりに魚を取っ て食べ、野菜の代わりに海藻類を食べればよいのです。指導者であれば、皆さんが未来において、そのように海の中で暮らせるように計画すべきではないでしょ うか。水の中に酸素がどれほど多くありますか。ですから、水の中で酸素をつくり、自動で供給するのです。海水の中の酸素の割合はどれくらいですか。それ を、どのようにしてすべて使いきりますか。海の世界を占領できる時代が、遠くない将来に訪れるでしょう。


23　先生は、未来の世界に対して準備します。海に出掛けるのが好きで、そうしているわけではありません。海にいるのは大変です。最初は一週間行ってくれ ば、膝の裏がずきずき痛みます。しかし、心の中では、「すべきことが多いのだから、年のせいにせずに行かなければならない！」と考えました。ですから、休 むことができません。十日ほどたつと、早朝に出て、夜の十二時に帰ってきてもびくともしなくなりました。しかし、一緒に行った人たちは、「疲れた」と言っ て釣り竿をつかみながら眠るのです。それでも、司令官となり、命令を下す立場では、まず魚を釣らなければならないという思いをもたざるを得ないのです。す るとあるときは、魚が来て食いつくのが感じられるのです。精神は、そのように驚くべきものなのです。

19 We need to conquer the oceans in the future. By myself alone I will recover all the gold, silver and treasures in the sea. After thinking about it, I concluded that we have to dig many tunnels. For this reason I came up with the International Peace Highway project. If I could drill a tunnel under the sea and construct a road, then create a door, wouldn't it be fun to open that door and catch a fish? How wonderful it would be if we could directly supply ships with oil from under the seabed using a pipeline? There is an unlimited supply of oil under the ocean. 20 Human beings should be free to go anywhere. If they want to go to the ocean or mountains, they should be free to do so without any national boundaries. They should be able to live beneath the water as well. The age will come when, through scientific advances, we can build a submarine and live freely underwater. Otherwise humanity will have no place to live. A submarine sinks by letting water into its tank until it becomes heavy enough to sink. With the push of a button you can control the inflow and outflow of water and accordingly dive or rise in the water. Therefore we can live in the water. There is no better place in heaven and earth than that which lies deeper than ten meters. If you go down thirty meters it is very calm. A truly serene world emerges, an underwater kingdom. If you go up in the air, however, you can encounter trouble with lots of wind and constant change. The air currents and atmosphere are capricious and it can suddenly storm. 21 In the future we will be able to live beneath the ocean. That's why I have initiated research on a five-person submarine. When the wind is not blowing, the calm sea lets you feel like a billionaire, a master of the ocean. You don't know how mystical and awe-inspiring this is. Think what it would be like if a husband and wife could look over the great ocean on the crystal-clear surface of the sea when the winds are calm, dreaming about their love nest while talking about their future together. That would not be a problem. If a storm should descend, they could dive in their submarine thirty meters below to safety, A time will come when we will be able to live freely under the water. 22 In the future there will be a shortage of food on land, so we will live in the ocean. In the ocean we will eat fish instead of meat, and we will eat seaweed instead of vegetables. If you were a leader, wouldn't you have such a plan so we could live in the ocean in the future? Isn't there enough oxygen in the water? We can supply oxygen by extracting it from the water. What is the percentage of oxygen in ocean water? We could never consume it all. In the near future, the time will come when we will conquer the ocean.( 116-327,19820102)

23 I am preparing for the future world. I am not doing this because I love the ocean. It is difficult being at sea. My entire body was sore after one week of this. Still I pushed myself, telling myself "there is so much to do; do not use your age as an excuse" I could not rest. After about ten days, even if I went out early in the morning and stayed out until midnight, I had no physical problem whatsoever. Nonetheless, those people who fished with me were dozing while holding their fishing rods. Since I was the commander, in a position to give orders, I always thought I had to catch the first fish.
