The Old Testament reading for Sunday worship service will be Psalm 119:153-160

and the New Testament reading will be 2 Thessalonians 3:1-3.

Psalm 119:153-160

153. ○나의 고난을 보시고 나를 건지소서 내가 주의 율법을 잊지 아니함이니이다

Look on my suffering and deliver me,

for I have not forgotten your law.

154. 주께서 나를 변호하시고 나를 구하사 주의 말씀대로 나를 살리소서

Defend my cause and redeem me;

preserve my life according to your promise.

155. 구원이 악인들에게서 멀어짐은 그들이 주의 율례들을 구하지 아니함이니이다

Salvation is far from the wicked,

for they do not seek out your decrees.

156. 여호와여 주의 긍휼이 많으오니 주의 규례들에 따라 나를 살리소서

Your compassion, LORD, is great;

preserve my life according to your laws.

157. 나를 핍박하는 자들과 나의 대적들이 많으나 나는 주의 증거들에서 떠나지 아니하였나이다

Many are the foes who persecute me,

but I have not turned from your statutes.

158. 주의 말씀을 지키지 아니하는 거짓된 자들을 내가 보고 슬퍼하였나이다

I look on the faithless with loathing,

for they do not obey your word.

159. 내가 주의 법도들을 사랑함을 보옵소서 여호와여 주의 인자하심을 따라 나를 살리소서

See how I love your precepts;

preserve my life, LORD, in accordance with your love.

160. 주의 말씀의 강령은 진리이오니 주의 의로운 모든 규례들은 영원하리이다

All your words are true;

all your righteous laws are eternal.

데살로니가후서 3장

2 Thessalonians 3:1-3.  

1. 끝으로 형제들아 너희는 우리를 위하여 기도하기를 주의 말씀이 너희 가운데서와 같이 퍼져 나가 영광스럽게 되고

As for other matters, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you.

2. 또한 우리를 부당하고 악한 사람들에게서 건지시옵소서 하라 믿음은 모든 사람의 것이 아니니라

And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil people, for not everyone has faith.

3. 주는 미쁘사 너희를 굳건하게 하시고 악한 자에게서 지키시리라

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.

골로새서 1장15~20

Colossians 1:15~20

15. 그는 보이지 아니하는 하나님의 형상이시요 모든 피조물보다 먼저 나신 이시니

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

16. 만물이 그에게서 창조되되 하늘과 땅에서 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 것들과 혹은 왕권들이나 주권들이나 통치자들이나 권세들이나 만물이 다 그로 말미암고 그를 위하여 창조되었고

For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

17. 또한 그가 만물보다 먼저 계시고 만물이 그 안에 함께 섰느니라

He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.

18. 그는 몸인 교회의 머리시라 그가 근본이시요 죽은 자들 가운데서 먼저 나신 이시니 이는 친히 만물의 으뜸이 되려 하심이요

And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.

19. 아버지께서는 모든 충만으로 예수 안에 거하게 하시고

For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him,

20. 그의 십자가의 피로 화평을 이루사 만물 곧 땅에 있는 것들이나 하늘에 있는 것들이 그로 말미암아 자기와 화목하게 되기를 기뻐하심이라

and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
