창세기34장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

하나님의 사람들이 영적으로 회복되기 위해서는 올바른 성경말씀을 읽어야 하기에 창세기부터 말씀을 올립니다.

물론 이 성경 말씀들도 아직은 부족하지만 부족한대로 하나님의 성령께서 자신이 말씀하신 말씀들을 올바르게

이해시켜주시기를 성령님께 간구 드립니다. 이 말씀들을 읽으시는 동안 성령께서 인도해주시기를 바랍니다.

1. 레아가 야곱에게 낳은 딸 디나가 그 땅의 딸들을 보러 나갔는데

And Dinah the daughter of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob, went out to see the daughters of the land.

2. 히위 족속 하몰의 아들로서 그 지역의 통치자인 세겜이 그녀를 보고 데려가 그녀와 함께 눕고 그녀를 더럽히니라.

And when Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, prince of the country, saw her, he took her, and lay with her, and defiled her. 

3. 그의 혼이 야곱의 딸 디나에게 밀착되어 그가 그 소녀를 사랑하며 그 소녀에게 친절히 말하더라.

And his soul clave unto Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the damsel, and spake kindly unto the damsel. 

4. 세겜이 자기 아버지 하몰에게 말하여 이르되, 이 소녀를 내 아내로 얻어 주소서, 하더라.

And Shechem spake unto his father Hamor, saying, Get me this damsel to wife.

5. 세겜이 자기 딸 디나를 더럽혔다는 것을 야곱이 들었으나 이제 자기 아들들이 들에서 자기의 가축과 함께 있으므로

    그들이 올 때까지 야곱이 잠잠하였더라.

And Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter: now his sons were with his cattle in the field: and Jacob held his peace until they were come.

6. 세겜의 아버지 하몰이 야곱과 대화하려고 그에게 왔으나

And Hamor the father of Shechem went out unto Jacob to commune with him.

7. 야곱의 아들들은 이 소식을 듣고 들에서 돌아와 비탄에 잠겨 심히 노하였으니 이는 세겜이 야곱의 딸과 함께

    누움으로 이스라엘 가운데서 어리석은 일 곧 마땅히 하지 말아야 할 일을 행하였기 때문이더라.

And the sons of Jacob came out of the field when they heard [it]: and the men were grieved, and they were very wroth, because he had wrought folly in Israel in lying with Jacobs daughter; which thing ought not to be done.

8. 하몰이 그들과 대화하며 이르되, 내 아들 세겜의 혼이 너희 딸을 사모하니 원하건대 그녀를 세겜에게 아내로 주라.

And Hamor communed with them, saying, The soul of my son Shechem longeth for your daughter: I pray you give her him to wife.

9. 너희가 우리와 함께 결혼하여 너희 딸들을 우리에게 주고 우리 딸들을 너희가 취하며

And make ye marriages with us, [and] give your daughters unto us, and take our daughters unto you.

10. 너희가 우리와 함께 거하되 땅이 너희 앞에 있으니 너희는 그 안에서 거하고 매매하며 그 안에서 소유를 얻으라,

      하고

And ye shall dwell with us: and the land shall be before you; dwell and trade ye therein, and get you possessions therein.

11. 세겜도 그녀의 아버지와 오라비들에게 이르되, 내가 너희 눈에 은혜를 입게 하라. 너희가 내게 말하는 것을 내가

      주리니

And Shechem said unto her father and unto her brethren, Let me find grace in your eyes, and what ye shall say unto me I will give.

12. 이 소녀만 내게 아내로 달라. 아무리 많은 지참금과 선물을 요구할지라도 너희가 내게 말하는 대로 내가 주리라,

      하매

Ask me never so much dowry and gift, and I will give according as ye shall say unto me: but give me the damsel to wife.

13. 야곱의 아들들이 세겜과 그의 아버지 하몰에게 속임수로 응답하며 말하였으니 이는 세겜이 자기들의 누이 디나를

      더럽혔기 때문이더라.

And the sons of Jacob answered Shechem and Hamor his father deceitfully, and said, because he had defiled Dinah their sister:

14. 야곱의 아들들이 그들에게 이르되, 우리는 이 일을 할 수 없노라. 할례 받지 않은 사람에게 우리의 누이를 줄 수

      없나니 그 일은 우리에게 수치거리니라.

And they said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one that is uncircumcised; for that [were] a reproach unto us:

15. 그러나 이같이 하면 너희에게 동의하리라. 만일 너희 가운데 모든 남자가 할례를 받고 너희가 우리같이 되면

But in this will we consent unto you: If ye will be as we [be], that every male of you be circumcised;

16. 우리가 우리 딸들을 너희에게 주며 너희 딸들을 우리에게로 취하고 너희와 함께 거하여 우리가 한 백성이 되려니와

Then will we give our daughters unto you, and we will take your daughters to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people.

17. 너희가 만일 우리 말을 듣지 아니하고 할례를 받지 아니하면 우리는 우리 딸을 데리고 가리라, 하니라.

But if ye will not hearken unto us, to be circumcised; then will we take our daughter, and we will be gone.

18. 하몰과 그의 아들 세겜이 그들의 말을 기쁘게 여기니라.

And their words pleased Hamor, and Shechem Hamors son.

19. 그 청년이 야곱의 딸을 기뻐하였으므로 그 일 행하기를 지체하지 아니하였더라. 그는 자기 아버지의 온 집보다

      더 존귀한 자였더라.

And the young man deferred not to do the thing, because he had delight in Jacobs daughter: and he [was] more honourable than all the house of his father.

20. 하몰과 그의 아들 세겜이 자기들의 도시의 성문에 이르러 자기들의 도시 사람들과 대화하며 이르되,

And Hamor and Shechem his son came unto the gate of their city, and communed with the men of their city, saying,

21. 이 사람들이 우리와 화목할 수 있으니 그러므로 그들이 이 땅에서 거주하며 그 안에서 매매하게 하자.

      보라, 이 땅이 그들에게 충분히 넓도다. 우리가 그들의 딸들을 아내로 취하고 우리의 딸들을 그들에게 주자.

These men [are] peaceable with us; therefore let them dwell in the land, and trade therein; for the land, behold, [it is] large enough for them; let us take their daughters to us for wives, and let us give them our daughters.

22. 그러나 우리 가운데서 모든 남자는 그들이 할례를 받은 것 같이 할례를 받아야만 그 사람들이 우리에게 동의하여

      우리와 함께 거하며 한 백성이 되리라.

Only herein will the men consent unto us for to dwell with us, to be one people, if every male among us be circumcised, as they [are] circumcised.

23. 그들의 가축과 재산과 그들의 모든 짐승이 우리 것이 되지 아니하겠느냐? 다만 우리가 그들에게 동의하자.

      그리하면 그들이 우리와 함께 거하리라, 하니라.

[Shall] not their cattle and their substance and every beast of theirs [be] ours? only let us consent unto them, and they will dwell with us.

24. 그의 도시의 성문에서 나갔던 모든 자가 하몰과 그의 아들 세겜의 말에 귀를 기울이고 모든 남자 곧 그의 도시의

      성문에서 나간 모든 자가 할례를 받으니라.

And unto Hamor and unto Shechem his son hearkened all that went out of the gate of his city; and every male was circumcised, all that went out of the gate of his city.

25. 셋째 날 그들이 고통 중에 있을 때에 야곱의 두 아들 곧 디나의 오라비 시므온과 레위가 각각 자기 칼을 가지고

      담대하게 그 도시를 습격하여 모든 남자를 죽이고

And it came to pass on the third day, when they were sore, that two of the sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, Dinahs brethren, took each man his sword, and came upon the city boldly, and slew all the males.

26. 칼날로 하몰과 그의 아들 세겜을 죽이며 디나를 세겜의 집에서 데리고 나왔더라.

And they slew Hamor and Shechem his son with the edge of the sword, and took Dinah out of Shechems house, and went out. 

27. 야곱의 아들들이 죽임 당한 자들에게로 가서 그 도시를 노략하였으니 이는 그들이 자기들의 누이를 더럽혔기

      때문이더라.

The sons of Jacob came upon the slain, and spoiled the city, because they had defiled their sister.

28. 그들이 그들의 양과 소와 나귀들과 그 도시 안에 있던 것과 들에 있던 것과

They took their sheep, and their oxen, and their asses, and that which [was] in the city, and that which [was] in the field,

29. 그들의 모든 재물을 빼앗으며 그들의 어린것들과 아내들을 포로로 사로잡고 심지어 집안에 있던 것을 다 노략하매

And all their wealth, and all their little ones, and their wives took they captive, and spoiled even all that [was] in the house.

30. 야곱이 시므온과 레위에게 이르되, 너희가 나를 괴롭게 하여 나로 하여금 이 땅의 거주민 곧 가나안 족속과

      브리스 족속 가운데서 악취를 내게 하였도다. 나는 수가 적은즉 그들이 함께 모여 나를 대적하고 나를 죽이리니

      그리하면 나와 내 집이 멸망하리라, 하매

And Jacob said to Simeon and Levi, Ye have troubled me to make me to stink among the inhabitants of the land, among the Canaanites and the Perizzites: and I [being] few in number, they shall gather themselves together against me, and slay me; and I shall be destroyed, I and my house.

31. 그들이 이르되, 그가 창녀를 대하듯 우리의 누이를 대하여야 하리이까? 하더라.

And they said, Should he deal with our sister as with an harlot?
