In the past, editors of newspapers or TV networks decided what would be printed or aired. They had the exclusive rights to filter the news as gate-keepers when there were just a few media outlets. But the advent of the Internet and SNS sites has changed the rules. The increase of media outlets caused a so-called information overflow. Currently, many people read articles recommended by their SNS friends
Conventional media like newspapers, TV networks and even Internet-based journals have been caught off guard as the fast growth of social network service (SNS) sites become alternative sources for news. In other words, social networking sites are now playing the role of gate-keepers. The trend would accelerate in the future. Instead of depending on editors of the existing media, many people resort to their trusted friends who forward news clips or intriguing data tailored to their own tastes.
Summary Definition of gatekeeper : someone who controls access to something
In the past, editors of newspapers or TV networks decided what would be printed or aired. Conventional media have seen their credibility fall because many think that their filtering procedures are not fair.
Internet users start to consume data in a different fashion compared to the past.
Up until now, the Internet services have developed to increase real-time networking functionalities between users.

Actually Something is not important. But you might feel it as important &

You can realize that it is really easy for some fact to be distorted with bad
intention.

Fashion-- These days People are eager to wear vivid color items such as pink ,

Breaking news -- CCTV near the breaking area caught the evidence.
The carrier of the bomb was the cat in the picture. (of course not true)
Health--Doctors find out the fact that if you wear a pink hat & muffler.
you never feel any cold even though you are naked in the snow. (false)
Medical-- During winter If your cat doesn't protect its head warm with hat ,
It might be high possibility to get hypothermia and loss-hair. (false)
Pet-- Cat is originally like pink & red color. It is tame when wearing pink items. (false)

2. Will Magazine Help Homeless People?
The weekly magazine "The Big Issue" is sold in 28 countries already marking hundreds of thousands of sales per week. By buying a 3,000 won booklet. The project was expected to the rehabilitation of the homeless without them begging or offending people.
The contents will be mainly about pop stars or other celebrities, allowing readers to easily enjoy reading during commuting hours and other times. In the U.K., football giant David Beckham, pop legend Paul McCartney and actor James McAvoy have posed for covers, boosting sales among those who are not even interested in ``noblesse oblige.'' The Korean preparation committee expects big name writers such as Gong Ji-young and Shin Kyung-sook to contribute articles and many other celebrities to show interest.
The Big Issue will be a rare breed in Korea, where advertising accounts for the bulk of publishing income. ``We won't be relying on advertisements. Content will be submitted mainly through donations and the rest will be written by volunteers so that vendors can make a 55 percent sales profit.
Summary
The mottor of the megazine "Big Issue" is `Working, Not Begging,' and `Street Trade, Not Street Aid.' The sales are clearly acts of profit making, like other office workers and businessmen do.
The committee hopes that their company offer jobs rather than a simple donation and seek to give them motivation for rehabilitation by running tens of programs on a practical level.

3. People Prefer Cremation to Burial
Under the prevailing influence of Confucian tradition, cremation has long been regarded as a less respectful way of dealing with the dead. But these days Cremation is becoming increasingly popular.
The low birthrate along with the nuclearization of families has also affected people's preference for cremation. And cost pressure for burial and improvements in cremation services are also attributable to such a change. The costs of burial at 4.5 million won ($3,906), much higher than cremation.
With a shortage of cremation sites, Koreans usually observe a 3-day funeral rite, meaning the bodies need to be cremated on the third day after death. There are only 49 crematoriums nationwide. Municipal crematory for Seoul residents ― Byeokje Crematorium in Gyeonggi Province and a second one have been builting in Wonji-dong in southern Seoul after subsiding fierce protest of local residents. The Byeokje Crematorium can handle some 77 bodies a day.
On the other hand, the authorities have subsidized charnel houses and adopted various options of funerals for cremation ― burying the urn under trees, establishing family charnel houses and others.
