Year 4 have been working cooperatively on their 'Do you live around here?' Exit Point. The children were tasked to become city planners and organise a new residential neighbourhood on the reclaimed land near Gurney Drive.

The children utilised their recently acquired IPC and science knowledge about being environmentally friendly. They had to consider the position of their residential estates and their green spaces. They also had to select a form of energy production, ranging... from wind farms, solar panels to coal power plants.

The children were asked to comply with building regulations and they were pleased to have so much previous knowledge of city building. Over the last few weeks, Year 4 have learnt how to build a city using this creative city-building website https://lo-th.github.io/3d.city/
