Transfer Agent / Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator

We are hiring talented, diligent individuals to provide administrative support and process stock-related transactions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Process securities transactions using in-house software;
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders by email and phone, including lawyers, accountants, financial institutions, corporate officers and directors;
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances and transfers and other securities transactions;
Produce and distribute physical share certificates and share statements for shareholders;
Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings; and
Other administrative duties or projects as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
Attention to detail and organized;
Team player;
Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully and timely;
Effective task prioritization;
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;
Clear and effective oral and written communication;
Excellent time management;
Able to accept feedback positively; and
1-2 years of previous office experience (preferred)

Salary: $20 - $25/hour, or $42,000 - $54,000/year, depending on experience.
