Personally, I think the government should invest both in teachers' well-fare and technical gadgets for a quality education. I believe improving teachers' working environments and holidays is urgent. Compared to about three decades ago when teachers' dignity and authority was incredibly high, teachers today are put under a lot of pressure and stress To help them teach well, the government should care about their wellbeing. For instance, after a full recovery from a lond paid holidays, teachers are able to focus on their teaching better. Plus, they are more likely to research and develop their teaching skills in a refreshing and private faculty office. Additionally, there comes the lack of learning gadgets. In 21st century education field, academic devices need to be prepared well in schools. but in reality, these are often not prepared well in schools. theis is the government's responsibility. For better learning infrastrucure, we should't put the onus on teachers to purchase. To sum up, I think the government should invest in teachers' well-fare and technical gadgets because they are motto of a quality education.
