※ 시야제한석 추가 오픈 안내 ※

2024 CRAVITY FAN-CON 〈BEYOND YOUR MEMORIES〉에 보내주신 성원에 감사드리며, 공연장 무대 구조 및 연출상에 따른 시야 제한으로 판매가 보류되었던 일부 좌석을 추가 오픈하고자 합니다.

해당 좌석은 ‘시야제한석’으로 무대의 일부, 스크린, 아티스트 등이 가려져 보일 수 있으며, 시야 제한의 정도는 좌석의 위치 및 개인의 관람 기준에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

공연 당일 시야 제한으로 인한 티켓의 환불 및 취소, 변경은 어떠한 사유로도 절대 불가하니 이점 유의하여 신중히 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.

[ 시야제한석 티켓 오픈 일정 ]

- 티켓 오픈: 2024년 9월 13일 (금) 8PM (KST)

- 예매 오픈 구역: 1층 G, H구역 일부, 2층 A2, E2 구역 일부 (모든 회차 동일)

- 매수 제한: 회차별 1인 2매 (기존 구매 티켓 포함)

- 예매처: 멜론티켓 (https://bit.ly/3ATUFW2)

* 시야제한석 추가 오픈 작업으로 인해 9월 13일 (금) 4PM부터 7:59PM까지 티켓 판매 시스템이 일시 중단됩니다.

* 티켓 예매 시 예매 페이지에 기재된 공연 안내사항에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. 공연 관람에 지장이나 불이익을 받지 않도록 관람 전 반드시 공연 안내사항을 확인 부탁드립니다.

※ Announcement on Additional Ticket Opening of Obstructed View Seats ※

Thank you for your support for 2024 CRAVITY FAN-CON 〈BEYOND YOUR MEMORIES〉

We would like to open additional seats, which were on hold due to limited visibility due to the stage structure of the venue and production.

Please note that these seats are ‘obstructed view seats,’ where parts of the stage, screens, or artist may be partially hidden. The degree of obstruction may vary depending on the seat location and individual viewing preferences.

Cancellations, changes, or refunds due to obstructed visibility on the day of the show are not allowed for any reason after purchasing the seats with obstructed view.

[ Ticket Opening Schedule for Obstructed View Seats ]

- Ticket Open: September 13, 2024 (Fri) 8PM (KST)

- Reservation Open Area: Part of G, H area on the 1st floor, Part of A2, E2 area on the 2nd floor (same for all shows)

- Purchase limit: 2 ticket per person per show (including previously purchased tickets)

* The ticket sales system will be temporarily suspended from 4PM to 7:59PM on September 13, 2024 (Fri) due to the opening of additional seats with obstructed views.

* Please note that by reserving tickets, you agree to the show guidelines provided on the reservation page. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please make sure to review the show guidelines before attending the show.

※ 視野制限席の追加オープンのご案内 ※

2024 CRAVITY FAN-CON 〈BEYOND YOUR MEMORIES〉へのご声援に誠に感謝し、

会場の舞台装置等による視野制限で販売が保留されていた一部座席を追加オープンしたいと思います。

この座席は「視界制限席」であり、ステージの一部やスクリーン、アーティストなどが見えにくい場合があります。視界の制限度合いは座席の位置や個々の観覧基準によって異なる場合があることをご了承ください。

当該視野制限席の予約後、公演当日に視野制限によるキャンセル、変更、払い戻しはいかなる理由でもできませんので、この点に留意して慎重なご予約をお願い致します。

[ 視野制限席のチケットオープン日程 ]

- チケットオープン: 2024年9月13日(金) 8PM (KST)

- 予約オープンエリア: 1階 G, H エリアの一部、2階 A2, E2エリアの一部 (全回同じ)

- 枚数制限: 各回別1人2枚 (既存の購入チケットを含む)

* 視野制限席の追加オープン作業のため、9月13日(金) 4PMから7:59PMまでチケット販売システムが一時的に中断されます。

* チケットを予約した場合、予約ページに記載された公演案内事項に同意したものとみなされます。公演観覧に支障をきたさないよう、観覧前に必ず公演ガイドラインをご確認ください。
