In these days, weather is getting hot. I break out in sweat well. Especially My feet is always wet with perspiration. So I am suffered from the athlete's foot. It is not serious but it hurts my feeling. The feet hold out the 80% of weight. It is always bumped into the hard surface and then it raise(lift up) our weights about 10,000 times a day. An adult, 70kg, was standardized, his/her foot works nearly 3,000,000 steps a year. But most of people didn't think of the its importance. So in this time I'll let you know some information for your feet's health.
1. Remove the moisture after washing your feet.
-Always Clean your feet up. And wipe the moisture of the space between toes after taking shower or washing your feet and then make it dry in the air for 15 minute at least. Using hair drier is also effective.
2. Have a feet bath.
When your feet and legs are swollen, give your feet a bath by using the aroma component in lavender, juniper and peppermint. The aroma has a metabolic effect. It helps for the circulation of blood in your feet. When you take this bath, leave an interval between your feet and the bottom of a container. And then shake your feet front and rear(seesaw your feet) or stir your toes. It is more effective for the circulation of blood.
3. Person who has the smell foot and athlete's foot had better use a cold water.
If you take a feet bath by using potassium permanganate, salvia, tannin acid and rosemary, they would help you to control the secretion of sweat in case of sweat and smell foot. The aroma components of sage and rosemary take the disinfection. So those methods are very useful for the athlete's foot.
4. Give feet a massage.
The massage is good to increase the skin immunity. Lay your feet into the flowing cold water for a short time and then massage your feet with a brush until your feet become warm.
5. Put on slippers for the finger-pressure
When you use the sippers or the footing for the finger-pressure, you could obtain a good result, even though you didn't practice the finger-pressure. If you don't want to buy them, step on the doorsill and stimulate the point of the finger-pressure equally.
6. Heel → sole → toe
Most of people are apt to walk as if they have the flat foot. (The moment that the heel that touch on the ground is short and the case of the sole is long. This is the walking of the people who have the flat foot.) This walking causes your feet to be tired and your foot could be the flat foot due to the falling down of the arched part. When you walk, then walk according to this order, heel-sole-toe. Right walking reduces the fatigue and the overstrain of the joints.
7. Big footwear makes joints overstrain.
A bigger or smaller footwear than your feet could give a excess to your joints. And it forms a blister, corn and hardened skin. Because the feet moves in the shoes, then it makes your joints overstrain. So you'd better put on the comfortable footwear and the low-heeled shoes.
8. Fumble with the feet
You have ever heard about reflexology. It says that there are all of the internal organs in the foot and when the foot was stimulated, it is good for each part connected of our body. This way doesn't cause harmful effects, because it is used by only hands without the special instruments. The reflexology results that the circulating system of body is hastened and it eliminates waste matter from the system, so it prevent toxin from piling up in the liver and kidney. And it accelerates the endorphin that which decrease pain. This methode helps you to relax the tension and forms the resistance for the diseases.
Now I suggested 8 methods. I think we can't practice all of them. As I heard, we're going to spend the hotter summer in chuncheon. So I just want you keep your feet' health and your health.
