제 9급......勉勵(면려)......힘쓰고 권장함.....第295事
 Level 9 :  Myeon-ryeo(勉勵,면려)... Striving and encouraging diligence... Item No. 295.

勉勵(면려)는 착함을 힘쓰고 착함을 권장함이다.
  Myeon-ryeo(勉勵,면려) means striving for goodness and encouraging goodness.

착함을 힘써서 부진하면 착함을 권장하고,
착함을 권장하여 다시 착함을 힘쓰게 하면  착하고 착함이니 가히 그 福(복)을 받을 수 있다.
 If one strivess for goodness and remains diligent, one encourages goodness ;
 and if encouraging goodness leads to striving for goodness once more,
 goodness compounds upon goodness ― thus making one worthy of receiving biessings.

勉勵者는 勉善而勵善也라 (면려자는 면선이려선야라)
  Myeon-ryeo(Striving and Encouragement) refers to striving for goodness and
  encourages goodness;

勉宣而不振커든 勵善하며 (면선이부진커든 려선하며)
  Striving for goodness and remaining diligent encourages goodness;


勵善而振하여 更勉善이면 (려선이진하여 갱면선이면)
  and encouraging goodness to rouse oneself further to strive for goodness again,


善哉善哉라 可領其福이니라. (선재선재라 가령기복이니라.)
 is truly good upon good, making one worthy of receiving blessings.
