천성경 (증) - 292. 영계를 알고 거기에 맞춰 살아야

39 하나님을 알아야 되고, 그다음에는 영계를 알아야 됩니다. 그리고 하나님의 혈통으로 지금까지 사탄 혈통의 모든 것을 부정해야 됩니다. 완전히 뒤집어 놓아야 됩니다. 다른 세계라는 것입니다. 밤과 낮이 상충된 것과 마찬가지로 사탄세계의 혈통이 밤이라면 하나님의 혈통은 낮이라는 것을 확실히 확정지어서 이해한 삶을 살라는 것입니다. 하나님을 몰라도 안 되고, 영계를 몰라도 안 됩니다. 하나님의 아들딸로서 핏줄이 하나된 하나의 나무요, 일체임을 이해하고 살라는 것입니다. 이것은 중요합니다. 그렇기 때문에 영계의 사실을 훤히 알아야 됩니다. 그 가운데 나는 영계의 어디 간다고 딱 정해 놓아야 됩니다. 상층 영계면 상층 영계, 거기에 대한 전문적 지식을 가져야 됩니다. 거기에 박자를 맞출 수 있게끔 생활을 맞추어 나가라는 것입니다.

40 우리는 앞으로 모두 영계에 가게 됩니다. 땅 위에 사는 것은 잠깐이지만 영계는 영원한 세계요 불변의 세계입니다. 그러기에 그 불변하는 세계에 가게 되면 변하는 모습으로는 자랑할 수 없습니다. 오늘날 통일교회가 어찌하여 부모의 심정을 중심삼고 인간 전체의 내정을 생각하게 되었느냐? 형제애나 동포애 같은 것은 외적인 환경이 변함에 따라 변할 수 있기 때문입니다. 부모의 심정만은 변치 않습니다. 그래서 변치 않는 부모의 심정이야말로 저나라, 즉 영원한 세계에 가서 박자를 맞출 수 있는 상대적 심정으로 남아집니다. 또 그러한 심정을 통해서 사랑하던 자연환경이 있으면 그 자연환경도 역시 변하지 않는 심정의 상대로 남아집니다. 여러분의 일생에 있어서 잊지 못할 것은 명승지 자체가 아니라 심정적으로 인연이 맺어진, 잊으려야 잊을 수 없는 하나의 사연이 담긴 곳일 것입니다. 우리는 그곳을 일생을 통하여 그리워하게 되고 일생을 통하여 회상하게 됩니다. 변치 않는 진정한 사랑의 심정이 거기에 인연되어 있기 때문에 그렇습니다.

41 여러분이 영계를 모르면 안 됩니다. 영계를 알아야 험한 세상을 헤엄쳐서 살아남을 수 있습니다. 흥진 군은 모든 통일가 또 지상·천상천국의 맏형님과 같은 입장에 있습니다. 흥진 군이 지금까지 영계에 있어서 중간 입장에서 부모님을 통해서 영계 육계에 베풀어 준 모든 결과는 흥진 군과 부모님에 의해서 이루어진 것이기 때문에, 여러분이 부모님과 흥진 군의 말을 절대 생활의 표준으로 삼고 살아야만 천상·지상세계 해방의 주인이 되어 천일국의 주인이 될 수 있습니다. 이것을 불신하면 저나라의 사실이 완연히 나타난 것을 믿지 못했다는 것임을 벗을 길이 없습니다. 아들이 영계에 희생해 가서 책임적 내용을 갖춰서 해방된 지상천국의 천일국을 완성하기 위해 총동원하는데, 여러분이 흥진 군을 오빠로 모시고 부모 대신, 왕 대신, 하나님 대신 따라가야 됩니다. 이것을 앎으로 말미암아 영계의 조직을 알게 됩니다. 믿지 못하면 문제가 큽니다.

42 영계가 고향입니다. 고향에 돌아가서 영원히 살 수 있는 기준을 지상에서 맞추고 가야 됩니다. 지상생활에서 자기 마음대로, 지금까지 세상의 아무것도 모르는 사람들처럼 생활할 수 없습니다. 영계를 알고 거기에 맞춰서 삶으로써 이 세상을 떠나게 될 때 하나님 앞에 가서 천국과 관계를 맺을 수 있지, 그렇지 않으면 불가능합니다. 그렇기 때문에 영계에 대한 사실을 확실히 알아야 됩니다.

43 나의 생애에 뭘 할 것이냐? 사랑의 무덤을 남기고 가자는 것입니다. 이것이 결론입니다. 사랑의 무덤 가운데에서 살면 한이 없습니다. 무덤 같은 데서 아무리 지긋지긋하게 살더라도 사랑 가운데에서 살면 한이 없다는 것입니다. 우리가 살면서 ‘사랑의 무덤을 남기고 가자!’라고 하면 인생살이는 영원을 두고 성공하는 것입니다. 그렇게 여러분이 살다가 죽을 때는 하나님이 축복해 줄 것이고, 영계에서는 하나님이 아들딸을 데리고 환영 나올 것입니다. 그때에는 가락지를 못 낀 손이라면 하늘나라의 다이아몬드 반지를 끼워 줄 것이고, 옷을 못 입었다면 하늘나라의 황족들이 입는 최고의 옷을 입혀 줄 것입니다.

44 영인체와 육체가 수정같이 맑게 살고 가야 나중에 영계에 가서 문제가 없습니다. 거기에 어떤 흠집이 있으면 천국에 못 들어갑니다. 지상에서의 삶이 중요합니다. 살던 그냥 그대로 영계에 가는 것입니다. 여기에는 누구도 예외가 없습니다. 자기 자신이 투명하게 다 드러나 보이는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 지상생활을 참 잘해야 됩니다. 정성 들이며 하루에도 몇 십번 원리 기준을 중심삼고 반성하면서 아침 점심 저녁, 24시간 천상법에 걸리지 않게끔 살아야 합니다.

45 영계는 하나님을 위하고 온 피조세계를 위하는 사람들이 가는 곳입니다. 그곳이 바로 천국입니다. 그 세계의 이단자는 자기를 생각하는 사람입니다. 자기를 생각하는 사람에게는 미래가 없습니다. 세상에서도 마찬가지입니다. 오늘의 자기를 생각하는 사람이 내일의 행복한 길을 차지할 수 있습니까? 성공하려면 오늘 이 시간의 고통을 극복하고 내일을 위해서 준비해야 됩니다. 내일을 위해서 오늘 실천하고 모든 훈련을 하는 사람만이 내일을 갖는 것이지, 오늘 만족하고 오늘이 좋다고 하는 사람은 그것으로서 끝나는 것입니다. 내일의 입장에서 전체를 보게 될 때, 내일이 환영할 수 있는 사람은 오늘 여기에서 좋다고 하는 사람이 아닙니다. 오늘 여기에서 희생하는 사람입니다.

46 영계는 참사랑을 중심삼고 다른 사람을 위해 사는 곳입니다. 자기를 위해서 사는 것이 아니라 전체를 위해 사는 곳입니다. 그러나 자기 이익만을 취하게 될 때는 전부 원수가 되는 것입니다. 영계에 가도 마찬가지입니다. 보다 큰 것을 위해 살겠다고 할 때는 자연적으로 통과됩니다. 보다 큰 것을 위하게 되면 자연히 통하는 것입니다. 그러니까 세계를 위해 사는 사람은 미국을 위해서 살지 않아도 됩니다. 세계 가운데에 미국이 포함됩니다. 한국도 마찬가지입니다. 모든 나라가 다 포함되는 것입니다. 그러면 가는 데 있어서 가정도 그냥 지나가고 모두가 환영할 수 있는 방향의 내용이 뭐냐? 그것은 위하여 가는 사랑의 길밖에 없습니다. 이 두 가지는 지상 사탄세계에서도 막지 못합니다. 이 두 가지는 사탄세계도 절대 순응해야 됩니다.

47 여러분은 왜 결혼해야 되느냐? 부모의 사랑, 부부의 사랑, 자녀의 사랑을 체험하기 위해서입니다. 왜 그것이 필요하냐? 그러한 사랑의 동기가 충만한 것이 영계입니다. 영계에 박자를 맞추기 위해서, 그러한 훈련을 하기 위해서 결혼을 하고 가정을 가져야 된다는 것입니다. 내가 갖고 있는 것은 내 것이 아닙니다. 하나님의 것입니다. 아들딸도 하나님의 아들딸이요, 우주의 아들딸이라고 생각하고 길러야 됩니다. ‘나’라는 것은, 부부라는 것은 자기 둘만이 아닙니다. 하늘땅을 대표한 부부입니다. 내가 가는 데는 아들딸도 가고, 만물도 가고, 하나님도 어디나 따라온다는 것입니다. ‘나는 인간으로서 이 우주 앞에 부끄럽지 않은 승리자가 되었느니라!’ 할 때, 하나님이 ‘오냐, 그렇다! 네가 승리했기 때문에 내 사랑을 선물로 주노라.’ 라고 한다는 것입니다.

48 천국은 어떻게 가느냐? 하나님의 사랑에 미쳐서 살아야 합니다. 아담과 해와 이상으로 하나님을 사랑해야 되고, 베드로·야곱·요한 이상으로 예수님을 사랑해야 됩니다. 그러지 않고는 하나님이 나를 사랑해 줄 수 있는 참사랑의 상대권을 복귀할 수 없습니다. 이것만 복귀하면 만사가 형통입니다. 돈이 없다고 걱정하지 말고, 아들딸이 없다고 염려하지 말고, 10년 20년 그 길을 계속 가라는 것입니다. 가다 보면 태산준령도 오르게 됩니다. 나는 점점 내려가면서 고생만 하는 것 같지만 점점 높아지는 것입니다. 통일교회는 맞으면서 큽니다. 한 집안에서 열 사람이 산다면, 공적 목적을 위해서 열 사람의 반대를 받으면서도 참고 참는 사람이 그 가정의 주인이 됩니다. 곧 하늘나라의 주인이 되는 것입니다.

49 오늘날 세상에 나가 보면 할아버지 할머니, 어머니 아버지, 형제들 같은 사람이 사방에 널려 있는데, 그 세계인들을 자기 집에서 사랑하던 것처럼 사랑하고 살아야 됩니다. 그들은 남이 아닙니다. 배고프면 먹여 줄 줄 알고, 어려우면 도와줄 줄 알고, 내가 그럴 수 있는 사람이 되어야 합니다. 이 땅 위에 태어나 저세계의 사랑의 박자에 맞게끔 준비하는 생활을 하는 것이 육신생활입니다.

50 천국이란 인간이 타락하지 않고 이 땅 위에서 하나님의 사랑의 품에서 성혼을 해 가지고 하나님이 좋아하는 아들딸, 하나님이 기뻐할 수 있는 손자손녀들을 맞아 하나님의 사랑을 받다가 그 가정이 모두 함께 들어가는 곳입니다. 자식이 못 들어가도 자신만 들어가는 천국이 아닙니다. 그러나 낙원은 아무리 정다운 부부나 부모 자식이라도 헤어져서 들어가는 곳입니다. 가정과는 아무런 상관이 없습니다. 그러한 곳이 천국입니까? 부모를 모시고 온 가족 모두가 들어가 하나님을 중심삼고 주고받을 수 있는 그 세계가 천국입니다. 아들은 지옥에서 죽겠다고 야단하고 있는데 부모는 천국에서 잘살면 되겠습니까? 그런 곳이 천국입니까? 통일교회가 제시하는 것은 그런 것이 아닙니다. 지옥을 해방시킬 수 있는 길을 제시하는 것입니다.

51 하나님의 섭리가 살아서 지상 역사와 더불어 움직이는 것은 영원한 길을 닦기 위한 것이라고 생각하면 신앙화하기 쉽습니다. 그렇지 않으면 착륙시킬 수 있는, 지상 기반에서 신앙화할 수 있는 기반이 애매해집니다. 이 시대적 한계성을 확실히 가르쳐 줌으로써 지상에 착륙할 수 있는 신앙 기반이 확정됩니다. 하나님이 이렇게 일하시는 것을 내가 지상에서 협조하기 때문에, 하나님의 뜻이 이루어진 저 영계가 우리 실제생활과 관계를 갖게 되어서 하나님과 더불어 영생할 수 있다는 개념을 취할 수 있습니다. 그렇기 때문에 지상생활은 영생할 준비를 하는 생활입니다. 직결되는 것입니다. 그것이 연결 안 되고는 신앙생활을 할 수 없습니다.

52 천국에 들어갈 수 있는 사람은 어떤 사람이냐? 먼저 하나님의 마음에 맞는 사람이어야 됩니다. 하나님이 영원한 목적을 중심삼고 영원한 이상을 그려 나가는 분이시라면 영원을 두고 마음이 맞아야 됩니다. 한 10년쯤 맞다가 안 맞으면 안 됩니다. 영원하신 하나님과 영원히 마음을 맞추어야 됩니다. 그러려면 어떻게 해야 되느냐? 영원히 좋아할 수 있는 아들딸이 되어야 됩니다. 그런 아들딸이 되려면 슬픔의 대상으로 나타나서는 안 됩니다. 그다음에는 하나님의 몸에 맞아야 됩니다. 여기에서 몸이라 하면 방향성을 말합니다. 생각은 사방의 중심점을 대신하지만 몸은 방향성으로 나타나는 것입니다.

53 우리는 천국을 소망하기 전에 하나님의 심정을 바라야 되겠고, 또 하나님의 심정을 바라기 전에 나 자신이 어떻게 살아 나가야 될 것인지를 생각해야 됩니다. 자신이 먼저 모시는 심정을 갖지 않으면 안 됩니다. 높고 귀한 것을 대하여는 머리를 숙이고 그리워하는 것이 인간의 본성입니다. 우리 인간은 타락했을망정, 높고 귀한 하늘의 심정을 대하여 모시고 싶어하는 것이 지음 받은 인간 본연의 심정입니다. 심정을 통할 수 있는 모심의 생활을 해보지 못한 사람은 천국과 하등의 인연이 없다는 것입니다. 모시기 위해서는 모실 수 있는 준비가 필요합니다. 그 준비 과정을 거친 후에는 모시는 생활이 필요합니다. 모시기 위한 준비 과정을 거치고 모심의 생활을 거친 후에 가는 곳이 천국입니다. 심정으로 모시는 사람이 가는 곳이 천국입니다. 모실 수 있는 준비와 모시는 생활을 찬양하며 높이 드러내는 세계가 천국입니다. 우리는 이러한 목적의 세계를 향하여 가야 할 운명에 놓여 있습니다.

天聖経 (增) - 292. 霊界を知ってそこに合わせて生きなければならない

39 神様を知らなければならず、その次には霊界を知らなければなりません。そして、神様の血統によって、今までのサタンの血統のすべてのものを否定しなければ なりません。完全にひっくり返しておかなければなりません。異なる世界だというのです。夜と昼が相反しているのと同じように、サタン世界の血統が夜であれ ば、神様の血統は昼だということをはっきりと確定して、理解した人生を生きなさいというのです。
 神様を知らなくても駄目であり、霊界を知らなくても駄目です。神様の息子、娘として、血統が一つになった一つの木であり、一体であることを理解して生きな さいというのです。これは重要です。ですから、霊界の事実をはっきりと知らなければなりません。その中で、「私」は霊界のどこに行くと、はっきり決めてお かなければなりません。上層霊界なら上層霊界、そこに対する専門的知識をもたなければなりません。そこに拍子を合わせることができるように、生活を合わせ て生きなさいというのです。


40　今後私たちは、みな霊界に行くようになります。地上で生きるのはつかの間ですが、霊界は永遠の世界であり、不変の世界です。それで、その不変の世界 に行けば、変わる姿をもっては誇ることができません。今日、統一教会がどうして父母の心情を中心として人間の内情を考えるようになったのでしょうか。兄弟 愛や同胞愛のようなものは、外的な環境が変わることによって変わり得るからです。父母の心情だけは変わりません。変わらない父母の心情こそ、天の国、すな わち永遠の世界に行って拍子を合わせられる相対的心情として残されます。
また、そのような心情を通して愛した自然環境があれば、その自然環境もやはり変わらない心情の相対として残されます。皆さんの一生において忘れられないも のは、名勝地自体ではなく、心情的に関係が結ばれた、忘れようとしても忘れられない一つの事情がこもっているところでしょう。私たちはそこを、一生を通じ て慕うようになり、一生を通じて回想するようになります。変わらない真の愛の心情がそこと関係を結んでいるからです。


41　皆さんは霊界を知らなければなりません。霊界を知ってこそ、険しい世の中を巧みに立ち回って生き残ることができます。興進君は、全統一家、また地上 天国と天上天国の長兄のような立場にいます。興進君が今まで霊界において中間の立場で霊界と肉界に与えたすべての結果は、興進君と真の父母様によって成し 遂げられたものなので、皆さんが真の父母様と興進君の言葉を生活の絶対標準として生きてこそ、天上・地上世界の解放の主人となり、天一国の主人になること ができます。これを不信すれば、天の国の事実がはっきりと現れたにもかかわらず、それを信じることができなかったという事実を免れる道がありません。
 興進君が犠牲になって霊界に行き、解放された地上天国の天一国を完成するために責任をもって総動員しているので、皆さんが興進君を兄として侍り、父母の代 わりとして、王の代わりとして、神様の代わりとして従っていかなければなりません。これを知ることによって霊界の組職を知るようになります。信じることが できなければ問題が大きいのです。


42　霊界が故郷です。故郷に帰って永遠に生きられる基準を、地上で合わせていかなければなりません。地上生活で、今までの世の中の何も知らない人々のよ うに自分勝手に生活することはできません。霊界を知って、そこに合わせて生きることによって、この世の中を離れるときに、神様のみ前に行って天国と関係を 結ぶことができるのであって、そうでなければ不可能です。ですから、霊界に対する事実をはっきりと知らなければなりません。


43　自分の生涯で何をするのでしょうか。愛の墓を残していこうというのです。これが結論です。愛の墓の中で生きれば恨がありません。墓のような、いくら うんざりするような所で生きても、愛の中で生きれば恨がないのです。「愛の墓を残していこう！」と考えれば、人生は永遠に成功するのです。そのように生き て死ぬことができれば、神様が祝福してくれるはずであり、霊界では神様が息子、娘を連れて歓迎するために出てくるでしょう。その時には、指輪をはめること ができなかった手だとすれば、天国のダイヤモンドをはめてくださるはずであり、服を着られなかったとすれば、天国の皇族たちが着る最高の服を着せてくださ るでしょう。


44　水晶のように霊人体と肉体で清く生きてこそ、のちに霊界に行って問題がありません。そこに何かの傷があれば、天国に入っていくことができません。地 上での生活が重要です。生きたとおりに霊界に行くのです。ここには誰も例外がありません。自分自身が透明のように、すべて表に現れて見えるのです。ですか ら、地上生活を本当に正しく生きなければなりません。精誠を尽くして、一日に何十回も原理基準を中心として反省しながら、朝、昼、夜、二十四時間、天上の 法に引っ掛からないように生きなければなりません。


45　霊界は、神様のために生き、全被造世界のために生きる人々が行くところです。そこが正に天国です。その世界の異端者は、自分だけを考える人です。自 分を考える人には未来がありません。世の中でも同じです。
きょうの自分を考える人があすの幸福な道を歩むことができますか。成功しようとすれば、きょうこの時間の苦痛を克服し、あすのために準備しなければなりま せん。あすのためにきょう実践して、すべての訓練をする人だけがあすをもつのであって、きょう満足して、きょうが良ければよいという人はそれで終わるので す。
あすの立場から全体を見るとき、あすが歓迎できる人は、きょうここで喜ぼうとする人ではありません。きょうここで犠牲になる人です。


46　霊界は、真の愛を中心として人のために生きるところです。自分のために生きるのではなく、全体のために生きるところです。自分の利益ばかりに酔いし れるようになるときは、すべて怨讐になるのです。霊界に行っても同じです。より大きなもののために生きようとするときは、自動的に通過します。より大きな もののために生きれば、自動的に通じるのです。
ですから、世界のために生きる人は、アメリカのために生きなくてもかまいません。世界の中にアメリカが含まれます。韓国も同じです。すべての国が含まれる のです。それでは、歩んでいくときに、家庭もそのまま通り過ぎ、皆が歓迎できる方向の内容とは何でしょうか。それは、ために生きる愛の道しかありません。 この二つは、地上のサタン世界でも阻むことができません。この二つは、サタン世界も絶対従順しなければならないのです。


47　なぜ結婚しなければならないのでしょうか。父母の愛、夫婦の愛、子女の愛を体験するためです。なぜそれが必要なのでしょうか。そのような愛の動機が 満ちあふれているのが霊界です。霊界に拍子を合わせるために、そのような訓練をするために、結婚して家庭をもたなければならないのです。
 「私」がもっているものは「私」のものではありません。神様のものです。息子、娘も神様の息子、娘であり、宇宙の息子、娘であると思って育てなければなり ません。夫婦というのは、自分たち二人だけではありません。天と地を代表した夫婦です。「私」が行くところには息子、娘も行き、万物も行き、神様もどこへ でも従っていくというのです。「私は人間として、この宇宙の前に恥ずかしくない勝利者になりました！」と言うとき、神様が「おお、そうか！お前が勝利した ので、私の愛を贈り物として与えよう」とおっしゃるのです。


48 どのようにして天国に行くのですか。神様の愛に狂って生きなければなりません。アダムとエバ以上に神様を愛さなければならず、ペテロ、ヤコブ、ヨハネ以上 にイエス様を愛さなければなりません。そうでなければ、神様が「私」を愛する真の愛の相対圏を復帰できません。これさえ復帰すれば、万事思いどおりになり ます。
お金がないと心配せず、息子、娘がいないと憂慮せずに、十年、二十年その道を続けていきなさいというのです。行ってみれば、大きな山や険しい峰にも登れる ようになります。自分には、だんだん下っていき、苦労ばかりするように感じられるのですが、だんだん高くなります。統一教会は、打たれながら大きくなるの です。一つの家の中で、十人が暮らしているとすれば、公的目的のために九人の反対を受けながらも耐え忍ぶ人が、その家庭の主人になります。すぐ天国の主人 になるのです。


49　今日、世の中に出てみれば、祖父、祖母、父と母、兄弟たちのような人が四方にあまねくいますが、その世界の人たちを、自分の家で愛したように愛して 生きなければなりません。彼らは他人ではありません。おなかがすいていれば食べさせてあげ、困難なことがあれば助けてあげる、そのようにできる人にならな ければなりません。この地上に生まれ、あの世界の愛の拍子に合うように準備の生活をするのが肉身生活です。


50　天国とは、人間が堕落せずに、この地上で神様の愛の懐で聖婚し、神様の喜ぶ息子、娘、神様の喜ぶ孫と孫娘を得て神様の愛を受け、その家庭がみな一緒 に入っていくところです。子女は入っていけず、自分だけが入っていく天国ではありません。しかし、楽園というのは、いくら仲の良い夫婦や親子でも、別れて 入っていくところです。家庭とは何の関係もありません。そのようなところが天国でしょうか。両親と共に家族全員が入っていって、神様を中心として与え合う ことのできる、その世界が天国です。息子、娘は地獄で死にそうだとあがいているのに、親が天国でいい暮らしをすることができるでしょうか。そのようなとこ ろが天国ですか。統一教会が提示するのは、そのようなものではありません。地獄を解放する道を提示するのです。


51　神様の摂理、地上の歴史とともに生きて動くのは、永遠の道を築くためだと考えれば、信仰を確立させやすいのです。そうでなければ、着陸させることが でき、信仰化させることができる地上の基盤が曖味になります。この時代的限界性をはっきりと教えてあげることによって、地上に着陸できる信仰基盤が確定さ れます。神様がこのように働かれるのに対して「私」が地上で協助するので、神様のみ旨が成就され、霊界が、私たちの実際の生活と関係をもつようになり、神 様と共に永生できるという信仰観をもつことができます。ですから、地上生活は永生する準備の生活です。直結するのです。それが連結しなければ信仰生活をす ることはできません。


52　天国に入っていける人とは、どのような人ですか。まず神様の心に合う人でなければなりません。神様が永遠の目的を中心として永遠の理想を描いていく 方なら、永遠を中心として心が合わなければなりません。十年ぐらい合わせて途中で合わなくなるのではいけません。永遠であられる神様に、永遠に心を合わせ なければなりません。
そのようにしようとすれば、どのようにしなければなりませんか。永遠に喜べる息子、娘にならなければなりません。そのような息子、娘になろうとすれば、悲 しみの対象として現れてはいけないのです。その次には、神様の体に合わなければなりません。ここで体というのは、方向性を意味します。心は四方の中心点に 代わるものですが、体は方向性で現れるのです。


53　私たちは、天国を望む前に、神様の心情を願うべきであり、また神様の心情を願う前に、「私」自身がどのように生きていくべきかを考えなければなりま せん。「私」自身が、まず侍る心情をもたなければなりません。高く貴いものについては、頭を下げて慕わしく思うのが、人間の本性です。堕落したとしても、 高く貴い天の心情に対して侍りたいと思うのが、私たち、造られた人間の本然の心情です。心情に通じることができる、侍る生活をしてみることができなかった 人は、天国と何の関係もないのです。
 侍るためには、侍ることのできる準備が必要です。その準備の過程を経てから、侍る生活をする必要があります。侍るための準備の過程を経て、侍義の生活を経 て初めて行くところが天国です。侍ることのできる準備と、侍る生活を称賛し、高く掲げる世界が天国です。私たちは、このような目的の世界に向かうべき運命 に置かれています。

39 We need to know about God, and next we need to know about the spirit world. Through the lineage of God we have to negate everything of Satan’s lineage that has lasted until now. We need to completely overturn it and create a different world. We need to live our lives with a clear understanding that, just as night and day are opposites, if the lineage of Satan’s world is night, then the lineage of God is day. It is important that we are not ignorant of God and the spirit world. We need to understand that, as sons and daughters of God, we are all one, all part of one tree with one lineage. This is important. That is why we need to clearly know all the facts about the spirit world. We need to decide to which part of the spirit world we will go. If it is the higher part of the spirit world, we need to have expert knowledge about that part. Then we need to live our lives accordingly, matching the rhythm of that place. (338-182, 2000.10.29)
 
40 We will all go to the spirit world in the future. Though life on earth lasts for only an instant, the spirit world is eternal and unchanging. Therefore, when you go to that unchanging world, you will not be proud of yourself if you are changeable. Why is it that the Unification Church today teaches about the internal condition of all people from the viewpoint of a parental heart? It is because brotherly love or compatriots’ love can change when the situation changes. Only the heart of a parent is unchanging. That is why the unchanging heart of a parent can remain as the heart of the object partner when you go to the next world, and can match the rhythm of that eternal world. Moreover, if there is a natural environment that you have loved with such a heart, then that environment will also remain as an unchanging object of heart. If there were a place you could never forget in your life, it would not be a scenic spot, but rather a place that is connected to you in heart, with an unforgettable story behind it. You would miss that place all your life, and you would remember it all your life. This is because the unchanging heart of genuine love is connected to that place. (23-204, 1969.05.25)
 
41 You must not be ignorant of the spirit world. Only when you know about the spirit world can you swim through the troubled waters of this world and survive. Heung-jin is in the position of elder brother to all members of the Unification Church, as well as to everyone in heaven and on earth. Everything Heung-jin has given to the spirit world and the physical world as the mediator was made possible by Heung-jin and True Parents. Only when you adopt the words of True Parents and Heung-jin as the absolute standard by which to lead your lives can you become participants in the liberation of the heavenly world and the earthly world and thus become owners of Cheon II Guk. If you do not believe the facts about the next world even after they have all been laid out before you, you have no excuse. Heung Jin sacrificed himself and went to the spirit world to take responsibility for fully mobilizing it to complete Cheon II Guk In the liberated kingdom of heaven on earth. Therefore you should attend him as your elder brother and follow him in place of the parents, the king and even God. Thus you can come to know about the organization of the spirit world. If you do not believe it, you will encounter serious problems. (398-183, 2002.12.14)
 
42 The spirit world is our homeland. While on earth, you need to live in accordance with the standard by which you can return to the homeland and live eternally. You cannot live your lives on earth as you please, the way people have done until now, in ignorance of the spirit world. By knowing about the spirit world and living accordingly, when you leave this world you can stand before God and connect to the kingdom of heaven. Otherwise it will be impossible to do so. That is why you need to clearly know all the facts about the spirit world. (295-122, 1998.03.05)
 
43 What will you do in your life? You should leave a legacy of love behind when you go. This is the conclusion. Even if you lived in the center of a tomb of love, you would have no regrets. No matter how dreary your life in that tomb, you would have no regrets if you had lived in love. If we say, “Let us leave a legacy of love behind when we go!” our way of life will remain for eternity. If you die having lived this way, God will bless you, and in the spirit world God will bring His sons and daughters to welcome you. At that time, if there are no rings on your hand, God will put a diamond ring of the heavenly kingdom on your finger and if you are not well dressed, God will dress you in the richest apparel worn by the royal family of the heavenly kingdom. 44 If you live with your spirit self and physical self as clear as crystal, you will have no problems when you go to the spirit world. You cannot enter heaven if there is any kind of flaw. Therefore your life on earth is important. When you go to the spirit world you will be just as you were when you lived on this earth. There are no exceptions. Your entire being will be transparent. That is why you have to do well during your earthly life. You should offer devotions and engage in self-reflection many times a day, according to a principled standard, living twenty-four hours a day, from morning to evening, in accordance with heavenly law. 45 The higher spirit world is a place where the people who have lived for the sake of God and the entire world can go. That place is the kingdom of heaven. The heretics of spirit world are people who think only about themselves. For such people there is no future. This is also true in this world. If you think only about yourself today, can you find happiness tomorrow? To be successful, you need to overcome the pain in this hour of this day and prepare for tomorrow. Only those who practice and go through preparatory training today can seize tomorrow. Those who are satisfied with living only for today have no future. From the perspective of the future, it is clear that those who will be honored tomorrow are not the ones who are merely enjoying themselves today. They are those who give of themselves here and now. 46 The heavenly realms are where one lives in love for the sake of others; where one lives not selfishly, but for the greater good. One who pursues only personal gains regards everyone else as an enemy; this is true even in the spirit world. One who lives for a greater cause, for the sake of the greater good, can naturally go anywhere. One who lives for the sake of the world does not need to live for America. America is included in the world, as is Korea. All nations are included. On our path, what direction can families go to be welcomed by everyone? It can only be the way of love walked for the sake of others. Our way cannot be blocked even in Satan’s world on earth; even that world has to accommodate us along the way. (215-175, 1991.02.17)
 
47 Why do we need to marry? It is to experience the love of a parent, the love of a couple, and the love of children. Why is this important? The spirit world is a place abundant with such types of love. You need to marry and form a family in order to train yourselves to be in sync with the spirit world. What you have is not yours. It belongs to God. You need to raise your children thinking of them as the children of God and the children of the universe. A husband and wife do not exist only as two selves. They represent heaven and earth. In that state, wherever you go, your sons and daughters will follow you, all things will follow you, and even God follows you. When you can say, “I have become a victorious person with nothing to be ashamed of before this universe,” God will reply, “Yes! Since you have triumphed, I will give you the gift of My love.” (92-182, 1977.04.03)
 
48 How can we go to heaven? We need to live immersed in the love of God. We need to love Him more than Adam and Eve did, and we need to love Jesus more than Peter, James and John did. Otherwise we cannot restore the object realm of true love in which God can love us. Only when this is restored will all go well. Do not worry about not having money, and do not concern yourself about not having sons and daughters. Just continue to follow this path for ten or twenty years. On the way, you will scale high and steep mountains. You may feel that you are gradually descending, going through nothing but hardships, but actually you are gradually ascending. The Unification Church grows by receiving blows. If there are ten people living in a household, the one who endures again and again despite opposition from the others, and who lives for the sake of the public purpose, becomes the master of that family. In other words, that person will soon become the master of the heavenly nation. (142-289, 1986.03.13)
 
49 When you go out into today’s world, you will find people who are like your grandfather and grandmother, your father and mother, and your brothers and sisters. So love all the people of the world with the same love you have for your own family. They are not strangers. Become people who can feed others when they are hungry and help them when they face difficulties. You are born into this world, and you need to prepare to live in accordance with the rhythm of love in the next world. (132-273, 1984.06.20)
 
50 Heaven is the place where unfallen people who have received the Blessing on earth in God’s bosom of love, had sons and daughters that God is fond of and grandchildren in whom God can rejoice, and have received His love, enter all together as a family. The kingdom of heaven is not a place you can enter without your children. Paradise, on the other hand, is a place where everyone enters separately, regardless of the affection they shared as a couple or even if they are parents and children. Paradise has nothing to do with the family. Would such a place be heaven? Heaven is the place where the family attends the parents and where all interaction is centered on God. Could parents live happily in heaven if their children were making an uproar in hell and screaming that they were about to die? Is such a place the kingdom of heaven? This is not what the Unification Church teaches. It teaches the way to liberate hell. (19-105, 1967.12.31)
 
51 Your life of faith will be easier if you understand that God’s providence is alive, moving along with the history of the earth to pave the path to eternity. Otherwise it is not easy to bring the providence down to earth and make a foundation of faith in our lives. By clearly understanding the limits of our time, we can bring down and settle our foundation of faith on earth. Since I am cooperating with God in this work on earth, the spirit world, where God’s Will awaits fulfillment, can interact with us today, enabling us to grasp the concept of living eternally with God. In our earthly lives we are preparing for our eternal lives. They are directly connected. Unless they are connected, you cannot maintain your life of faith. (198-008, 1990.01.20)
 
52 What kind of people are those who can enter the kingdom of heaven? First of all, we should be people whose hearts are aligned with God’s heart. If God yearns for the eternal ideal centered on His eternal purpose, our hearts must be one with His for eternity. It is not enough if our hearts are aligned with Him for ten years but then lose that alignment. Our hearts must be eternally aligned with the eternal God. To achieve that, what must we do? We must become children God can be fond of for all eternity. As such children, we should not appear as objects of sadness. Next we must be in accord with God’s body. Here, body means the direction we are heading. While our thoughts represent the central point of the four directions, our body is the expression‎‎ of the direction we are heading. 53 Before desiring heaven, we should desire God’s heart, and before desiring God’s heart, we should think about how we should conduct our lives. We first need a heart of attendance. Our original nature reveres and yearns for the sublime and the precious. Even though we are fallen human beings, we were created with the original heart to attend the sublime and precious heart of God. If we have not led a life of attendance based on heart, we have nothing to do with heaven. To live a life of attendance we need to make preparations. After passing through a process of preparation, we need to practice a life of attendance. The place we go, after preparing for and practicing a life of attendance, is the kingdom of heaven. The destination of people who have attended God in their hearts is the kingdom of heaven. Heaven is where one’s life of attendance is praised and highly esteemed. It is our destiny to go there.
