천성경 (증) - 306. 신앙생활은 하나님을 모시는 생활

16 신앙은 하나님을 모시는 생활, 모시면서 같이 사는 생활입니다. 그 길을 가지 않으면 편안하지 않습니다. 벌써 몸에 지장이 옵니다. 환경에 지장이 온다는 것입니다. 신앙생활은 하늘을 모시고 같이 사는 생활입니다. 아침에 해가 뜨고, 점심때가 되고 저녁이 되어 해가 지는 것은 변하지 않습니다. 천년만년 다르지 않습니다. 그 궤도가 틀리게 되면 모든 것이 틀어져 나갑니다. 사랑의 마음, 참사랑의 길을 찾아가야 됩니다. 참생명·참혈통을 이어받은 사람은 하나님의 권속이 되어서 언제나 하나님과 같이 산다는 것입니다. 자연과 더불어 기뻐하며 살고 자기가 오고 가는 생활을 기쁘게 하는 것이 하나님과 같이 사는 것입니다.

17 신앙생활은 단체가 하는 신앙생활도 있지만 개인의 신앙생활도 있습니다. 단체 신앙생활을 하면 평균적인 은혜는 받을 수 있지만 개개인의 은혜는 받기 힘듭니다. 개개인의 은혜를 받기 위한 생활은 하늘과 가깝게 사는 생활입니다. 깊은 기도와 자기 스스로의 생활 가운데 얼마만큼 하늘과 가깝게 사느냐에 따라 개개인의 신앙이 높아진다는 것입니다.

18 여러분이 통일교회의 일을 하기 위해서는 새로이 신앙자의 각오를 가져야 됩니다. 중심에 대한 확실한 신념을 갖지 않으면 안 됩니다. 그 중심을 세계 이상의 중심으로 알기 전에는 세계를 요리할 수 있는 신앙생활을 할 수 없습니다. 신앙의 인격을 가려낼 수 없는 것입니다. 그러므로 여러분은 신앙의 중심에 대해 확실한 신념을 가져야 합니다. 산의 정상에 올라가기를 바란다면 밤이나 낮이나 가야 합니다. 그리고 마음의 세계에서 천번 만번 가 보고 옳은 길이라고 느꼈을 때 비로소 행동할 수 있습니다. 마음속으로 그렇게 하지 않고서는 행동이 안 됩니다. 마음속으로 천번 만번 다짐하고 나서 가야 합니다. 스스로 다짐하고 나섰기 때문에 가다가 어떠어떠한 위험이 닥칠 때 그 위험을 해결하기 위해 재료를 수습하는 것이 신앙생활입니다.

19 신앙생활은 그냥 하는 것이 아닙니다. 신앙생활은 정상이면 정상을 정복하기 위하여, 상상봉이면 상상봉을 정복하기 위하여 거기에 필요한 재료를 수습하는 것과 같습니다. 그러므로 여러분은 어려운 고비가 닥치면 그 고비를 피해 돌아갈 것이 아니라 헤치고 나아가야 됩니다. 지금 당하고 있는 어려운 일보다도 더 어려운 일을 당하게 될지라도, 나는 거기서 망하지 않는다고 하는 진지한 입장에서 그 어려움을 내 것으로 소화할 수 있는 주체적인 자아를 발견하기 위해서 노력해야 됩니다.

20 악한 분야를 방지하고 선한 분야를 생애노정에 남기려고 하는 것이 인간이 믿고 나아가는 신앙생활입니다. 인간이 바라는 최고의 희망은 무엇이냐? 완전히 선한 존재가 되는 것입니다. 마태복음 5장 48절에 ‘하나님의 온전함과 같이 너희도 온전하라.’라고 했습니다. 절대적이요 선의 주체이신 하나님은 그 사랑의 대상 자리에 인간이 서기를 바랄 것입니다. 그래서 인간도 절대적인 하나님의 상대적인 선의 존재로 서는 것을 최고로 바랄 것입니다. 그 상대적인 존재가 악한 입장에 서서 신음하고 사탄 앞에 참소받을 수 있는 자리에 서 있는 것을 원치 않는 것이 선한 주체로서 소원하는 것입니다. 이것은 두말할 바 없습니다. 그렇기 때문에 완전한 선의 주체로 계시는 하나님은 인간에 대하여 완전한 대상적인 선의 실체이기를 바라십니다. 그러면 태어나면서부터 그러기를 바라느냐? 물론 그럴 것입니다. 또 태어나서 일생 동안 그렇게 살기를 바랄 것이냐? 물론 그럴 것입니다. 지금까지 그랬지만, 미래에 있어서도 선하기를 바라는 하나님이 아닐 수 없습니다.

21 신앙은 믿고 우러러 모시는 것입니다. 그 믿음의 한계가 어디입니까? 인내적인 믿음, 극복적인 믿음의 한계가 어디까지입니까? 하나님을 타고 앉는 자리까지입니다. 하나님을 모시는 것보다 하나님의 상투 끝에 올라가 춤을 추더라도 하나님이 좋아하며 어서 춤추어라 할 수 있는 자리까지입니다. 그 자리까지 올라가야 합니다. 그러므로 믿지 못할 것이 없습니다. 내용만 뒷받침된다면 믿지 못할 것이 없습니다.

22 통일교회는 생활적인 하나님을 신앙의 대상, 모심의 대상으로 삼아 가지고 하나님의 사랑에서부터 결속과 통일을 주장하고 나가자는 것입니다. 이것이 통일교회 출발의 동기입니다. 가장 이론적인 터전 위에서 출발한 종교입니다. 망상적이 아닙니다. 구체적인 내용을 제시해서 출발했다는 것입니다.

23 모심의 생활은 천년이 가도 자신을 생각해서는 안 됩니다. ‘내가 통일교회에서 수십년 동안 선생님을 모셨다.’라는 생각을 해서는 안 됩니다. 그런 사람을 선생님은 좋아하지 않습니다. 선생님은 지금까지 해온 일을 다 잊어버렸습니다. 잊어버리고 가게 될 때 더 큰 모심의 생활이 기다리고 있습니다. 하나님도 그렇습니다.

天聖経 (增) - 306. 信仰生活は神様に侍る生活

16 　信仰は神様に侍る生活、侍りながら共に暮らす生活です。その道を行かなければ安らかではありません。すぐに体に支障を来たします。環境に支障を来たすと いうのです。信仰生活は、天に侍って共に暮らす生活です。朝に日が昇り、お昼になり、夕方になって日が沈むのは変わりません。千年、万年変わらないので す。その軌道が狂うことになれば、すべてのものがずれていきます。愛の心、真の愛の道を訪ねていかなければなりません。真の生命、真の血統を受け継いだ人 は、神様の眷属になって、いつも神様と共に暮らすというのです。自然と共に喜びながら生き、自分が行き来する生活を喜んですることが、神様と共に暮らすこ となのです。

17　信仰生活には、団体の信仰生活もありますが、個人の信仰生活もあります。団体の信仰生活をすれ 平均的な恩恵は受けることができますが、個人の恩恵を受けるのは困難です。個人の恩恵を受けるための生活は、天の近くで生きる生活です。深い祈りと自分自 らの生活の中で、どれだけ天と近く生きるかによって、個人の信仰が高まるというのです。

18 皆さんが統一教会の仕事をするためには、新しく信仰者の覚悟をもたなければなりません。中心に対するはっきりとした信念をもたなければなりません。その中 心を世界の理想の中心と思うまでは、世界を収拾できる信仰生活ができません。信仰による人格を分別することができないのです。
ですから、皆 さんは、信仰の中心に対して、はっきりとした信念をもたなければなりません。山の頂上に上ることを願うならば、夜も昼も行かなければなりません。そして、 心の世界で千回、万回行ってみて、正しこだと感じたとき、初めて行動することができます。心の底からそのようにしなければ、行動ができません。心の底で 千回、万回決心してから行かなければならないのです。自ら決心して立ち上がったので、途中で様々な危険が近づくとき、その危険を解決するために、材料を収 拾するのが信仰生活なのです。

19 信仰生活は、ただするのではありません。信仰生活は、頂上なら頂上を征服するために、最高峰なら最高峰を征服するために、必要な材料を収拾するのと同じで す。ですから、皆さんは困難な峠が近づけば、その峠を避けて戻るのではなく、克服して進まなければなりません。今、ぶつかっている難しいことより、もっと 難しいことに遭遇するようになっても、「私はそこで滅びない」という真剣な立場で、その困難を自分のものとして消化できる、主体的な自我を発見するために 努力しなければならないのです。

20　悪の分野を阻止し、善の分野を生涯路程に残そうとするのが、人間が信じて進 む信仰生活です。人間が望む最高の希望とは何でしょうか。完全に善の存在になることです。マタイによる福音書第五章四十八節に、「あなたがたの天の父が完 全であられるように、あなたがたも完全な者となりなさい」とあります。
 絶対にして善の主体であられる神様は、その愛の対象の位置に人間が立つことを願うでしょう。ですから、人間も、神様の相対的絶対の善の存在として立つこと を、最高に願うのです。
その相対的な存在が悪の立場に立って呻吟し、サタンに讒訴される位置に立つことを願わないのが善の主体です。これは言うまでもありません。ですから、完全 な善の主体としていらっしゃる神様は、人間に対して、完全な対象的善の実体であることを望まれるのです。
それでは、生まれる時からそれを願ったのでしょうか。もちろんそうでしょう。また、生まれて一生の間、そのように生きることを願うのでしょうか。もちろん そうでしょう。今までもそうしましたが、未来においても、善であることを願う神様だというのです。

21 　信仰とは、信じて敬い、仕えることです。その信仰の限界とはどこでしょうか。忍耐の信仰、克服の信仰の限界がどこまでですか。神様以上の立場に上がるま でです。神様に侍ることより、神様の頭に上がって踊りを踊っても、神様が喜んで、「さあ、踊れ」と言うことができるところまでです。そこまで上がらなけれ ばなりません。ですから、信じられないことがありません。内容さえ裏づけられるならば、信じられないことはないのです。

22　統一教会は、生活の中で生きた神様を信仰の対象、侍る対象とし、神様の愛から結束と統一を主張していこうというのです。これが統一教会の出発の動機 です。最も理論的な基盤の上で出発した宗教です。妄想ではありません。具体的な内容を提示して出発したというのです。

23 　侍る生活は、千年たっても自分を考えてはいけません。「私は統一教会で数十年間、先生に侍った」と考えてはいけません。そのような人を先生は好みませ ん。先生は、今までしてきたことをみな忘れてしまいました。忘れていくようになるとき、より大きな侍る生活が待っています。神様もそうなのです。

16 Faith means living in attendance to God, living together with God and attending Him. If we do not walk such a path, we feel uneasy. We feel physically uncomfortable and we meet obstacles in our environment. A life of faith is a life of living together with God and attending Him. The sun rises in the morning, reaches its zenith at noon and sets in the evening. This is unchanging. It will not change in tens of thousands of years. If an orbit goes awry, everything goes awry. We need to go out and find the mind of love, the path of true love. The person who inherits true life and true lineage becomes part of God’s family and always lives with God. Living with God also means living happily with nature and coming and going happily in our daily lives. (277-016, 1996.03.17)
 
17 In our lives of faith, there is the communal life of faith and the individual life of faith. In the communal life of faith, it is possible to receive shared grace, but it is difficult to receive personal grace. In order to receive personal grace, we must lead a life that is close to God. Accordingly, our devout prayers and constant daily efforts to come closer to God lead to greater depth of faith. (269-070, 1995.04.07)
 
18 In order to undertake a mission in the Unification Church, you need to renew your determination as a person of faith. Before that, it is important that the center of your faith is well grounded. You will be unable to practice a life of faith that can manage the world if you do not realize that the center of your faith is even more important than the world. You will also be unable to identify the attributes of faith. If you want to climb to the top of a mountain, you have to be ready to climb despite the conditions. Similarly, you should undertake a major action only after confirm‎‎ing again and again in your mind that you are going the right way. Otherwise you should not undertake such an action, and before you take the first step you have to strengthen your resolve ten thousand times. If you do this, you will be able to resolve whatever crises you face as you go forward. That is a life of faith. (27-113, 1969.11.30)
 
19 A life of faith is not aimless. A life of faith is like gathering the equipment required to reach a mountaintop, the summit of the highest peak. Hence when faced with an obstacle we should not make a detour around it. Instead we should proceed through the obstacle. When faced with hardships, we should determine not to give up, and be ready to face even greater difficulties. With an indomitable spirit we should strive to discover the subjective self that can digest all difficulties. (27-113, 1969.11.30)
 
20 People pursue lives of faith in the belief that they will prevent evil and leave a legacy of goodness. What is humanity’s greatest hope? It is to become beings of perfect goodness. It is written in the Bible, Matthew 5:48, “Be perfect, therefore, as your Heavenly Father is perfect.” As the absolute subject partner of love, God’s greatest desire is for human beings to stand as His object partners of love. Human beings too want to be beings of goodness as object partners to God. As the subject of goodness, God does not want His object partner to be suffering in under the yoke of evil, accused by Satan. There is no doubt about this. Thus as the absolute subject of goodness, God wants people to be absolute objects of goodness. Was this God’s wish from our very birth? Of course. After our birth, does God want us to live that way throughout our lives? Yes, of course. God has always wished that we would be good and will always wish this. (057-014, 1972.05.21)
 
21 Faith means believing in and reverently attending God. Where is the endpoint of such faith? Where is the final destination of the faith that endures all, overcomes all? It is the place where we can jump on top of God and take a ride. It is the place where, more than attending God, even if we held onto His hair and danced on Him He would say with delight, “Good, keep on dancing!” That is the endpoint of our faith; we need to rise to that level. In this sense, there is nothing you cannot believe in. If you have such a foundation, there is nothing that is beyond the grasp of faith. (44-254, 1971.05.23)
 
22 In the Unification Church we attend God as the object of reverence in our daily lives, and we promote harmony and unity based on God’s love. This was my motivation for founding the Unification Church. Our religion began on the best theoretical foundation. It is not a wild fantasy. From its inception, the Unification Church presented concrete substance. (083-312, 1976.02.15)
 
23 A life of attendance means that, even after living this way for a thousand years, you still do not think about yourself. You should not think, “I have spent decades in the Unification Church attending Reverend Moon.” I don’t like that kind of person. I myself have forgotten everything I have done in attending God so far. When you continue on, forgetting everything, a greater life of attendance awaits you. God is like that too.
