계약용어 (5), AIA Document

AIA Documents란, 미국건축가협회(American Institute of Architects)가 작성 한 계약조건(엄밀하게 이야기 하면 계약에 사용될 수 있는 양식)들을 의미하며, 여러 유형의 건설계약에 적용 될 수 있도록 다수의 유형별 계약서와 계약조건들 그리고 양식들로 구성되어 있습니다. AIA Documents는 용도에 따라 A 시리즈부터 G 시리즈까지로 구성(F는 미래에 사용할 목적으로 사용을 유보하고 있습니다)되며 2014년 4월 현재 사용되고 있는 Documents를 요약하면 아래와 같습니다. AIA Documents는 지속적으로 개정되고 있으며 Documents에 개정연도가 표기되도록 함으로써 이전판과 쉽게 구분 할 수 있도록 하고 있습니다. AIA Web Site를 통해 최신 개정판을 확인할 수 있습니다.

	A Series:	발주자와 시공자간 또는 발주자와 사업 관리자간 또는 발주자와 Design-Builder간 또는 시공자와 하청자간에 적용 될 수 있는 여러 유형의 계약서 양식들과 계약조건들 그리고 각종 보증서 양식과 사전자격심사를 위한 양식들, 그리고 입찰지시서 양식 등으로 구성되어 있으며 아래와 같습니다.
