廣佈(광포)는 착함을 널리 퍼지게 하는 것이다.

  Gwang-po(廣佈,광포) means spreading goodness far and wide.

착한 일을 권하고 사람들에게 알리며 착한 말을 하여 남을 높이 올리며
착한 사람이 나를 따르는지 악한 사람이 나를 따르는지 알지 못해도
天性(천성)이 순진함이니 가히 그 福(복)을 받을 수 있게 된다.

  It involves encouraging good deeds, informing people of them,

  speaking wholesome words to elevate others, and― even without knowing whether good

  or evil people are following oneself― maintaining a pure innate nature(天性,천성),

   thereby making one worthy of receiving blessings.

廣佈者는 佈善廣也라 (광포자는 포선광야라)
    Gwang-po(Spreading Far and Wide) refers to spreading goodness broadly.

擧善事聞人하며 說善言하여 揚人하니 (거선사문인하며 설선언하여 양인하니)

  Proclaim good deeds to let people know, speak good words, and praise / elevate others;

不知善人之從己와 惡人之戱己나 (부지선인지종기와 악인지희기나)

  even without knowing whether good people are following oneself or evil people are mocking oneself,

天性之純也니 可領其福이니라. (천성지순야니 가령기복이니라.)

  this shows the purity of one′s innate nature, making one worthy of receiving blessings.

 [Explanation, 풀이]

善(선)을 권하고 알린다는 것은 이세상 모든 사람들이 그 본 모습인 하나님(一神,일신)이 되도록 권하는 일이다.

  To encourage and spread goodness(善,선) is to encourage all people inthis world to return

   to their true original nature, which is Hananim(一神,일신 - The Supreme One God).

이일은 엉뚱한 욕심을 가졌거나 악한 사람이라 해도 감히 그르다 말을 못하는 것이다.

  Even a person filled with misguided greed or wickedness would not dare to claim

   that  this task is wrong.

또 설혹 아는 것이 부족하고 언변이 부족하다 해도 사람들은
모두가 그가 하고 져 하는 말을 아는 것이니 그 공이 매우 큰 것이다.

  Furthermore, even if someone lacks knowledge  or eloquent speech,

  people will still understand what they are trying to convey,

   making the merit and value of this effort immense.
