Until I traveled southern France two years ago, I rarely had a chance to have French food. During a group tour, tried snail dishes and several French dishes.
After that, a few days ago I and my husband went for French food on our wedding anniversary.
French food still unfamiliar to us but there wasn't need to order any dishes.
The restaurant had already set the course menu for that night. There were six tables and the same dish for each table sequentially.
All we had to do was choice of two main dishes and choose wine pairing or not. Just had to taste it out of curiosity. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly. Every time the food comes out,explained what were the ingredients for the dish and how was it cooked. Although each dish was pretty and small in shape and various high quality materials were used. Plenty of swept truffle mushrooms on the food.
The taste was varied,yet gorgeous. In a word, it's not enough to describe how delicious it was. The food and wine were all great.
Our wedding anniversary was sweet. Dinner that night was caring by my younger daughter.
A few days have passed today I post those dishes that I don't even remember the name of.
