1. Ultraviolet Rays.

As the result of many clinical demonstrations, 30 SPF is the best factor. 1 SPF uv-cream protects your skin during about 15minute from developing symptoms of erythema. 2. Eye Disease.

3. Air-conditioningitis.
If our body heat frequently change by using air-conditioning, regulation of body temperature system also change. Then it is easy to be sick with air-conditioningitis. As symptoms, your foot is benumbed and sick. You feel like you have a digestive upset. The lower half of your body is very cold. You feel too languid and sleepy. If you continually suffer from slight diarrhea, Drink water with sugar(2 tea spoons) and salt(half of tea spoon). Orange Juice is also helpful for lack of water and an electrolyte.
