그 중에서도 제가 세 손가락 안에 꼽는, 제가 가장 좋아하고 존경하는 아티스트는

이렇게 3 사람입니다.

다음 기사 보다가 우연히 실시간 검색 순위에 프린스가 떠 있는 것을 보고,

순간 사망 기사가 아닐까 하는 예감이 스쳤는데,

어떻게 이런 일이 있을 수가 있는지,..

정말 눈물이 나네요...

50대의 아직 비교적 젊은 나이에,

갑자기 사망하였습니다. (아직 사인은 공식적으로 발표가 안 된듯 합니다.)

단언컨데,

프린스를 뛰어 넘는 팝 아티스트는 없다고 생각합니다.

이전에도 없었고 이후로도 없을,

팝계는 그런 최고의 천재를 잃어버렸습니다.

고인의 명복을 빕니다....

ps. 아마도 미발표 녹음들이 아직 엄청 많이 쌓여 있을텐데, 유작 앨범이라도 나왔으면 좋겠네요.

노래는 정말 좋은데..ㅠㅠ..

정말 안타깝습니다. 그의 음악도 좋았지만 외국에선 기타플레이어로서도 유명한가봐요. 틀에 얽매이지 않은 창조적인 기타 플레이를 많이했다고 평가를 받는것으로보면요. 사족으로 전 프린스 외양볼 때 왠지 지미 헨드릭스가 많이 연상되었는데 우연은 아닌듯. 노래 제목도 그렇고요. 여하간 RIP
