1) Scheduling for the GM: - daily update of agenda book / outlook calendar - daily print-out of schedule / appointments - prepare PR gifts well in advance
2) Translation for the GM (Speeches, articles, documents, meetings, interviews, etc.) - includes translation of any general e-mails that warrant GM’s attention
3) Travel arrangements for the GM (and family) - anticipate dates and travel times warn of peak travel periods/holidays
4) Scheduling and making arrangements for VIP visitors from NY and others countries - prepare preliminary schedule on own initiative - make all hotel, gift, convenience arrangements on own initiative
5) Correspondence with NY and other affiliates
6) Handle expense reports for the GM
7) Organize Management Committee meetings/weekly counters meetings and take minutes - develop understanding of issues discussed - take initiatives to set the monthly/weekly date and remind GM about agenda at least one week in advance of meeting
8) Organize quarterly “roadtrip” to visit stores outside of Seoul (2 days/1 night) with GM-1 - prepare store visit agenda on own initiative - make all arrangements on own initiative
9) Organize all brand meetings/functional meetings on a bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly basis according to the task list.
10) Distribution of documents, e-mail, articles on newspapers and magazines as needed.
11) Handle various requests from NY and Regional office (Regional director-Fabrice Weber) |
