천성경 (증) - 394. 감동을 주는 설교

28 수십만 청중을 감동시키려면 원고를 써 가지고는 안 됩니다. 영감이 필요합니다. 그렇기 때문에 영적 지도자는 언제나 눈물이 그쳐서는 안 됩니다. 깊은 심정의 말을 하게 되면 자기도 모르게 가슴을 통해서 눈물이 폭발할 수 있어야 됩니다. 그런 심정을 잃어버리면 안 됩니다. 그것을 잃어버리면 생명을 부활시키지 못합니다. 이것은 심각한 문제입니다. 여러분 자신들이 한 생명을 살리기 위해서 얼마만큼 심각해 봤느냐는 것입니다. 여러분을 의사와 비교해 보는 것입니다. 칼을 든 의사가 수술대에 들어가게 될 때는 칼끝 하나에 생명이 왔다 갔다 하는 것입니다. 그렇게 심각한 의사의 입장과 뭇 생명을 책임진 책임자로서의 자기를 비교해 보면, 내가 한 사람의 생명을 다루는 의사보다 더 심각한 때가 온다는 것입니다. 이것은 보통 말이 아닙니다. 그렇지 않으면 사기꾼이 되는 것입니다.

29 청중에게 감동을 주겠다고 생각하지 말고 내가 설교 가운데서 먼저 감동받아야 합니다. 말하는 그 자체의 내용을 중심삼고 나 자신이 은혜가 돼야 합니다. 나에게 설교하는 것입니다. 내가 감동받을 수 있으면, 영적 기준이 높은 사람이 감동받을 수 있으면 청중은 은혜의 도가니로 들어가는 것입니다. 자기 계발입니다. 설교는 상대를 계발해 주기 위한 것이 아닙니다. 내 계발입니다. 될 수 있으면 선생님 말씀을 많이 인용하라는 것입니다. 여러분이 기도하는 것보다도 선생님 설교집을 봐야 됩니다. 은혜 되는 것을 한 번, 두 번, 세 번 읽어 골자를 중심삼고 얘기하게 되면, 그것이 여러분이 몇 주일 공부하는 것보다 낫다는 것입니다. 방대한 내용이 있습니다. 그 기도 가운데에는 여러분이 미치지 못할 높은 경지의 내용이 있습니다.

30 청중 앞에 나설 때는 먼저 어떠한 태도를 취해야 되겠다는 것을 생각하고 단에 나서야 합니다. 그다음에 5분, 10분 내에 어떻게 하든지 청중 앞에 자기 인상을 남길 수 있는 것을 준비해야 됩니다. 이 5분에서 10분 내에 청중이 자기 앞에 기울어지지 않고는 힘듭니다. 그러니 처음에 어떻게 하느냐 하는 것이 문제인데, 전체가 관심 있는 말부터 시작하고, 만약 그것이 불가능할 때는 전연 관계없고 흔치 않은 모르는 말로 시작하는 것입니다. 그리하여 그 말에 대해 무슨 말이냐 하고 끌려오게 하는 작전을 펴서 자기 작전권 내에 집어넣지 않으면 안 됩니다.

31 사람이 타협심이 있는 사람인지, 아니면 꽁생원인지 그것을 잡아내야 됩니다. 사람이 심리적으로 어떤 타입의 사람인지 잡아내 그 사람에게 맞는 말을 연구해 놓아야 합니다. ‘아, 저 사람은 내 친구 가운데 어떤 타입의 사람과 같다. 저 사람은 내가 아는 백 사람 가운데 어떤 타입의 사람이구나.’라는 것을 비교 연구해야 됩니다. 그래서 서너 타입의 사람을 골라서 시험해 보는 것입니다. 온유한 사람이냐, 교만한 사람이냐, 강렬한 사람이냐, 우물쭈물하는 사람이냐? 그래서 극적인 장면을 가지고 눈물을 흘려야 되는 자리에서는 눈물을 흘리는 입장에 서야 되고, 용서해 주는 입장에서는 용서해 주는 표정과 감정을 갖고 그 사람을 움직이는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 보이지 않는 싸움을 하는 것입니다. 그다음엔 그 사람에게 시적인 감정이 있으면 시를 읊어 나가는 것입니다. 연설해 나가는 도중에 생각해 내서 한 1분 동안 자기가 시정에 잠겨 그런 제목을 쓱 읊어 내 보는 것입니다. 문학적인 감정이 있으면 다정하게 속삭이는 감정으로 말해 보는 것입니다.

32 여러분을 어디에 갖다 세우더라도, 원리의 전편을 강의하든 후편을 강의하든 탁 트여서 막히지 않아야 합니다. 그것 자체가 하나의 공식이 되어 있어야 합니다. 그래서 이것을 모든 현상세계에 공식으로 활용할 수 있는 사람이 되면 얼마나 방대한 지식권을 갖출 수 있겠습니까? 여러분은 원리가 재미있어서 밤을 새워 가며 책을 보고, 거기에 취하여 내재적인 면에서도 발전을 가져와야 하며, 생활면에서도 발전을 가져와야 합니다. 자신이 없으면 발전이 없습니다.

33 명강사가 되려면 어떻게 해야 되느냐? 전국의 유명한 강사들이 강의한 것을 녹음해서 그것을 듣고 평가해서 좋은 것들만 빼 가지고 자기의 노트를 만들어 놓아야 합니다. 녹음한 테이프가 항상 쌓여 있어야 됩니다. 참 재치 있는 내용, 수십 명 혹은 수백 명이 재치 있게 강의한 것을 빼서, 자기가 강의할 때에 활용하는 것입니다. 그러면 명강사가 될 수 있습니다. 매일같이 여덟 시간 이상 강의해야 됩니다. 새 사람을 한 사람이라도 데려다가 해야 됩니다.

34 여러분이 청중을 감동시키기 위해서는 자신이 먼저 원리책을 붙들고 눈물을 흘려야 됩니다. 그 원리책을 붙들고 밤을 새워 읽으면서 시간이 가는 것을 아까워하고, 페이지마다 신비로움을 체휼하는 사람이 되어야 합니다. 그것을 느낀 후 청중에게 감동의 역사가 어떻게 일어나는지, 원리에 취해서 설교해 보라는 것입니다. 그러면 틀림없이 새로운 감동의 역사가 벌어집니다. 죽은 것, 곧 생명력을 잃은 것은 퇴화하고, 산 것은 반드시 발전하는 것입니다. 발전하면 새로운 것이 생겨난다는 것입니다. 원칙이 그렇습니다.

35 강의할 때는 강의 시간에 내가 무엇을 남길 것이냐? 또 말을 할 때에는 그 말을 통해서 무엇을 남길 것이냐? 손이 갈 때에는 내 손이 가서 무엇을 남길 것이냐? 내가 행동할 때에는 무엇을 남길 것이냐? 이러한 것을 다짐해야 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 힘든 길을 가면서도 무엇을 남길 것이냐를 궁리해야 됩니다. 힘들고 지치는 길을 자꾸 걸어가면서도 무엇을 남길 것이냐를 생각해야 됩니다. 흥미가 진진해야 됩니다. 지칠 수 없다는 것입니다. 어려우면 어려울수록 그런 생각에 몰려 들어가는 것입니다.

28　数十万の聴衆を感動させようとすれば、原稿を書いてはいけません。霊感が必要です。そのため、霊的指導者は、いつも涙が途絶えてはいけません。深い 心情の言葉を語れば、我知らず胸の中で涙が爆発できなければならないのです。そのような心情を失ってはいけません。それを失ってしまえば、生命を復活させ られません。これは深刻な問題です。
 皆さん自身が一つの生命を生かすために、どれほど深刻になってみたかというのです。皆さんを医者と比べてみるのです。メスをもった医者が手術台に行くとき は、メスの先一つに生命が行ったり来たりするのです。そのように深刻な医者の立場と、多くの生命に責任をもった責任者としての自分を比較してみれば、 「私」が一人の生命を扱う医者より、もっと深刻になる時が来るというのです。これは普通の言葉ではありません。そうでなければ詐欺師になるというのです。


29　聴衆に感動を与えようと考えず、自分が説教の中でまず感動しなければなりません。語るそれ自体の内容を中心として、「私」自身が恩恵を受けなければ なりません。私に説教するのです。私が感動し、霊的基準が高い人が感動できれば、聴衆は恩恵のるつぼに入っていくのです。
 自己啓発です。説教は相対を啓発してあげるためのものではありません。自分を啓発するのです。できるだけ、先生のみ言をたくさん引用しなさいというので す。皆さんが祈るよりも、先生の説教集を見なければなりません。恩恵を受けるものを一回、二回、三回読んで、骨子を中心に話をすれば、それが、皆さんが何 週間勉強するよりも良いというのです。膨大な内容があります。その祈りの中には、皆さんが及ぶこともできない高い境地の内容があるのです。


30　聴衆の前に出る時は、まずどのような態度を取らなければならないかということを考えて、壇上に立たなければなりません。その次に、五分、十分以内 に、聴衆に自分の印象を残せる準備をしなければなりません。この五分、十分以内に聴衆が自分に傾かなければ、難しいのです。ですから、最初にどのようにす るかというのが問題ですが、全体が関心のある話から始め、もしそれができないときは、全く関係なく、聞いたことがない、知らない話で始めるのです。そうし て、その話に対して「どういうことか」と引っ張られてくるように作戦を展開し、自分の作戦圏内に入れなければなりません。


31　その人が妥協する心のある人なのか、それとも融通の利かない人なのか、それを把握しなければなりません。その人が心理的にどのようなタイプの人なの かをつかんで、その人に合う話を研究しておかなければならないのです。「ああ、あの人は私の友達の中で、あのタイブの人のようだ。あの人は私が知っている 百人の中で、あのタイプの人だな」ということを比較、研究しなければなりません。
そうして、三つ、四つのタイプの人を選んで、試してみるのです。柔和な人なのか、驕慢な人なのか、強烈な人なのか、優柔不断な人なのかを見ながら、劇的な 場面を用いて、涙を流すべきところでは涙を流す立場に立たなければならず、許してあげる立場では許してあげる表情と感情をもって、その人を動かすのです。 ですから、見えない闘いをするのです。その次には、その人に詩的な感性があれば、詩を詠んでいくのです。話の途中で考え出し、自分が詩情に浸って一分くら い詠んでみるのです。文学的な感性があれば、優しくささやく感情で話してみるのです。


32　皆さんをどこに連れていって立てても、原理の前編を講義しようと、後編を講義しようと、すべて通じ、詰まることがないようにしなければなりません。 それ自体が一つの公式になっていなければなりません。そうして、これをすべての現象世界に公式として活用できる人になれば、どれほど膨大な知識圏を備えら れるでしょうか。皆さんは、原理がおもしろくて夜を徹して本を読み、そこに酔って内在的な面でも発展をもたらさなければならず、生活面でも発展をもたらさ なければなりません。自信がなければ発展がないのです。


33　名講師になろうとすれば、どのようにすべきでしょうか。全国の有名な講師が講義したものを録音し、それを聞いて評価し、良いものだけを抜き取って、 自分のノートを作っておかなければなりません。録音したテープがいつも積まれていなければなりません。本当に機知に富んだ内容、数十人、もしくは数百人が 才知にあふれて講義した内容を抜き取り、自分が講義するときに活用するのです。そうすれば名講師になれます。毎日のように、八時間以上講義しなければなり ません。新しい人を一人でも連れてきて、講義しなければならないのです。


34　皆さんが聴衆を感動させるためには、自分がまず原理の本をつかみ、涙を流さなければなりません。その原理の本をつかんで夜を徹して読みながら、時間 がたつのを惜しみ、ぺージごとに神秘を体恤する人にならなければなりません。それを感じたあと、聴衆に感動の役事がどのように起きるか、原理に酔って説教 してみなさいというのです。そうすれば間違いなく、新しい感動の役事が起こります。死んだもの、すなわち生命力を失ったものは退化し、生きたものは必ず発 展します。発展すれば、新しいものが生じるというのです。原則がそうなのです。


35　講義をするときは、講義の時間に「私」が何を残すのか、また話をするときは、その話を通して何を残すのか、手が動くときは、私の手が動いて何を残す のか、私が行動するときは何を残すのか、このようなことを確かめなければなりません。ですから、大変な道を歩みながらも、何を残すのかを思い巡らせなけれ ばなりません。困難で疲れる道をひたすら歩きながらも、何を残すのかを考えなければならないのです。興味が絶えず湧き出てこなければなりません。疲れてい てはいけないというのです。難しければ難しいほど、そのような思いに追い立てられていくのです。

28 If you want to move an audience of hundreds of thousands of people, do not write a script. As a spiritual leader, you need inspiration. That is why your tears must never cease. You should be able to speak from a deep heart, such that tears burst forth without you even realizing it. Never lose that heart. If you lose it, you cannot resurrect people. This is a serious matter. How serious have you been to save one life? Compare yourself to a doctor. When a surgeon goes to the operating table, a person's life is on the edge of his scalpel. You as a leader are responsible for many lives. You should recognize that you who are dealing with many people’s lives are in a position far more serious than the doctor who is handling just one person’s life. I am not saying this just casually. If you are not that sincere, you are nothing but a swindler.( 231-203,19920602)


29 Do not expect to move the congregation through your sermon. Rather, it is you who should be moved first. You need to be inspired by the content you are delivering. You should think that you are giving a sermon to yourself. If you, as a person of high spirituality, are moved and inspired by your own sermon, then the congregation will go wild, receiving amazing grace and inspiration. Therefore, giving the sermon serves to cultivate you, not others. It is for your own growth, not for others. Therefore, you should quote my words as much as possible. Even more than praying, you need to read the books of my sermons. Read a sermon that inspires you once, twice, three times, and then speak focused on its key points. That would be better than studying for several weeks. The books of my sermons contain an enormous amount of material. My prayers, especially, have very pro-found content that you cannot access on your own.( 198-012,19900120)


30 Before going to the podium, first think about the posture you will take when you stand before the audience. Then think of a way to impress the audience within the first five to ten minutes. If the audience does not incline toward you within the first five to ten minutes, it will be difficult to move them. That being the case, it is important to know what to start with. Begin with a topic that catches everyone's interest. Or begin with something totally irrelevant, unusual or unfamiliar. Employ a strategy to draw them to you, so that they will want to listen to what you are saying. You need a strategy to draw them in.( 065-296,19730304)


31 Study people to figure out whether they are open-minded and cooperative or narrow and inflexible. By finding out the sorts of topics intriguing to a person, you should be able to discover his or her personality type. Study by making comparisons: "Ah, that person is the same type as this friend of mine. Among the one hundred people I know, he is like so-and-so." Select three or four people of different types and test how they respond to your sermons. Choose them from different categories, for example, a humble person, an arrogant person, a passionate person and an indecisive person. Then observe them. At a certain dramatic moment you may shed tears, or when you are preaching about forgiveness, for example, your expression‎‎ should show your emotion. In this way, you should be able to move that person. You are fighting an invisible battle. For a person who has poetic sentiments, you can recite a poem. Recall a suitable poem, and during the sermon take a minute to recite the poem, losing yourself in poetic sentiment. For a person with literary sentiments, you can whisper to express intense emotion.( 054-177,19720324)


32 Wherever you are, when you lecture the Principle, whether it is Part One or Part Two, your lecture should be seamless and smooth. The Principle should become like a formula for you. If you use this formula to comprehend the whole world of phenomena, the knowledge you acquire will be so vast. You should find the Principle so interesting that you want to stay up all night reading it. If you are intoxicated by the Principle to that extent, it will bring internal growth. You will see progress in your daily life as well. Unless you study the Principle with that level of focus, you will hardly make any progress.( 029-190,19700228)


33 How can you become a great lecturer? Go listen to famous lecturers around the country. Record their lectures and eval‎‎uate them. Choose their best points and write them down in your notebook. Always have piles of the tapes you recorded. Collect the witty and useful materials from tens and hundreds of their sermons and use them whenever you give lectures. Then you can become a great lecturer. You should lecture more than eight hours every day. Lecture to even one new guest.( 068-094,19730723)


34 If you can shed tears when holding the Principle book, you can move your audience. Become a person who clings to the Principle book, staying up all night reading it, begrudging the fact that time is passing, and having amazing experiences from page to page. After you have had such experiences, try giving lectures while intoxicated with the Principle and see how spirit world moves the audience. Without fail, people will have new and moving experiences. If you are dead, things will lose their life force and atrophy, but if you are alive, things will definitely develop. When they develop, new things will come into existence. 35 When you lecture, what do you want to give to the listeners? And when you speak, what message do you want to convey through your words? When you use your hands, what impression do you want to make with your gestures? When you do anything, what impact do you want to make? You need to have answers to these questions. Even when you walk a difficult path, always think of the legacy you will leave behind. Though your path may be arduous and tiring, to leave a legacy you have to be full of spirit and fun. You cannot afford to wallow in exhaustion. The more difficulties you face, the more you need to pay attention to this matter.( 096-331,19780213)
