Persons without reservations should be given them (and moved if necessary) and persons who are not using their reserved offices should be given a message on their voice mail asking if they still need the room and reminding them that there are others who are (or will be) needing it.

 예약하지 않은 사람들에게 빈자리를 주고 (필요하면 옮기고) 예약한 사무실을 사용하지 않는 사람들에게는 그 방이 아직 필요한지 물어보고 그 방이 필요한 사람들이 있다는 것을 상기시키는 음성메세지를 보낸다.
