시편119:129

오늘날 우리는 정보의 홍수 속에서 길을 잃기 쉬운 시대에 살고 있습니다. 우리는 말씀 속에서 진리를 찾을 수 있으며, 우리의 삶에 어떤 기준을 둘 수 있습니다. 말씀을 통해 지혜를 얻고, 혼란과 고통 속에서도 말씀의 인도를 바라는 시인의 마음을 읽어 봅시다. 시인은 말씀에 놀랍니다. 그에게 말씀은 죽은 문자가 아니라 산 인격이었기 때문입니다. 그 말씀이 어두운  시인의 내면 뿐 아니라 캄캄한 이 세상을 밝게 비춰서 그 실상을 깨닫고 눈이 밝아지게 해주기 때문입니다. 

Today, we live in a time when we are prone to getting lost in a flood of information. We can find the truth in the words and set certain standards in our lives. Let's read the poet's desire to guide the words despite confusion and pain and gain wisdom through them. The words surprise the poet. For him, the words were a living person, not a dead letter. This is because the words illuminate not only the dark poet's inner side, but also the dark world, so that he realizes the reality and brightens his eyes.

그러니 그 말씀을 사모하지 않을 수 없습니다. 알면 알수록 더 알고 싶어집니다. 입을 벌리고 헐떡이며 마실 물을 찾듯이 말씀에 대한 갈증은 더 해만 갑니다. 시인은 말씀의 완전한 지배 아래 들어가고 싶어 합니다. 주님의 얼굴을 돌려 은혜를 베푸시고, 시인의 걸음걸이를 말씀에 굳게 세우시고, 시인을 구원하여 하나님 외에 다른 어떤 불의가 시인을 지배하지 못하게 해 달라고 청합니다.

So I must adore that word. The more I know, the more I want to know. Like opening your mouth and gasping for water, your thirst for words only increases. The poet wants to be fully under the command of the word. I ask you to turn the Lord's face around, establish the poet's walk firmly in the word, and save the poet so that no injustice other than God can rule the poet.

이 구원을 통해서, 심판하시는 듯한 비정하고 냉정한 얼굴이 아니라, 자비롭고 은혜로운 주님의 밝은 얼굴로 시인을 대해 주신다면, 그 주님의 말씀에 따라 평생토록 살고 싶어 합니다. 시인은 악인들 때문에 당하는 고통에만 주목한 것이 아니라 그 하나님을 모르고 주의 계명을 지키지 않는 이 죄악 세상을 보면서도 시냇물 같은 눈물을 흘립니다. 시인에게 세상에서 옳고 그름을, 참과 거짓을 말할 수 있는 유일한 기준은 하나님의 말씀 밖에 없습니다.

Through this salvation, if you treat a poet with the bright face of the Lord, who is merciful and gracious, rather than with a heartless and cold face like a judge, I want to live forever according to the Lord's words. The poet not only pays attention to the suffering caused by the wicked, but also sheds tears like a stream as he sees this sinful world that does not know God and does not obey the Lord's commandments. The only criterion for telling a poet right and wrong in the world, true and false, is the word of God.

그분이 창조 주이며 그분이 주권 자이기 때문입니다. 세상에서 힘 있는 자들이, 하나님의 원수들이 자기 맘대로 재판 장 노릇을 하고 있지만 시인은 끝까지 말씀을 고수하고 지키려는 열정이 자신을 불사른다고 고백합니다. 숱한 역사 속에서 그 말씀의 순수성은 입증되었습니다. 당장엔 하나님의 백성이자 의인 인 시인의 고난이 그 말씀의 의로움과 진실성과 모순 되는 듯 보이지만, 시인은 아직 이야기가 다 끝나지 않았으니 자신도 그 법을 잊지 않고, 다시 재난과 고통이 닥쳐도 그 계명을 기쁨으로 삼겠다고 다짐합니다. 그것이 고난 중에도 시인을 활력 있게 만드는 근거였습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 어떤 변화를 가져오며, 어떻게 그것을 실천할 수 있는가?

Because he is the Creator and he is the Sovereign. The powerful in the world confess that the enemies of God are acting as judges at will, but the poet burns himself with his passion to stick to and keep the word until the end. The purity of the word has been proven throughout much history. Right now, the hardships of the poet, who is God's people and righteous, seem to contradict the righteousness and truthfulness of the word, but the poet pledges that he will not forget the law and will make the commandment a joy even when disasters and suffering arise again. That was the basis for revitalizing the poet even during hardships. What changes does the word of God bring and how can you put it into practice?

여호와여 주는 의롭고 주의 판단은 정직하나이다. 주의 명하신 증거는 의롭고 지극히 성실하도소이다 주의 의는 영원한 의요 주의 법은 진리로소이다 그러므로 주의 증거가 기이하므로 내 영혼이 이를 지키나이다. 주의 말씀을 열어 우둔한 자에게 비취어 깨닫게 하나이다. 내가 주의 계명을 사모하므로 입을 열고 헐떡였나이다. 사랑하시는 주님, 주의 이름을 사랑하는 자에게 베풀던 대로 내게 돌이 키 사 나를 긍휼히 여기소서. 나의 행보를 주의 말씀에 굳게 세우시고 아무 죄악이 나를 주장치 못하게 하소서.

사람의 압박에서 나를 구속하소서. 주의 얼굴로 주의 종에게 비취시고 주의 율례로 나를 가르치소서. 주의 말씀이 심히 정미하므로 주의 종이 이를 사랑하나이다. 내가 미천하여 멸시를 당하나 주의 법도를 잊지 아니하겠나이다.

The LORD'S righteousness and his judgment are honest. The proof of your command is righteous and supremely sincere. The law of the LORD is true. Therefore the evidence of your LORD is worthy, and my soul keeps it. Open your word to the dim-witted. I opened my mouth and gasped because I adored your commandments. Be proud of me, O dear Lord, as you have given your name to those who love you. Be firm in your word and let no sin claim me. Behold me from man's compression. Be intoxicated with your servant with your face, and teach me with your precepts. Your servant loves you because your word is so sweet. I will be despised because I am low and despised, but I will not forget your law.
