Bible Reading - 2 Timothy 3:1~9

3:1 But mark this: 하지만 이것을 기억하라.

There will be terrible times in the last days. 마지막 날에 끔찍한 시간이(때가) 있을 것이다. 

3:2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 사람들이 자신들을 사랑하는 자가 될 것이며 자랑하며 교만하며 남용하며, 부모에게 순종치 않으며, 감사치 않으며 거룩하지 않으며 

3:3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good,

사랑이 없으며 용서하지 않으며 중상모략하며 절제하지 못하며 잔인하며 선을 사랑하지 않으며 

3:4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God--

반역하며 성급하며 자만심이 강하며 하나님을 사랑하는 것보다 차라리 쾌락을 사랑하는 자가 되며

3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. 

경건의 모양은 가지고 있으나 그 경건의 능력을 부인한다. 

Have nothing to do with them. 그들과 아무 상관도 하지 말라.

3:6 They are the kind who worm their way into homes 그들은 집에 몰래 들어오는 사람들이며

and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins

그들은 죄로 가득 찬 의지가 약한 여성들을 지배하며

and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 그들은 온갖 사악한 욕망에 휘둘리며,

3:7 always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. 항상 배우지만 진리를 인정할 수 없다.

3:8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth--men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected.

얀네와 얌브레가 모세를 대적했던 것처럼, 이 사람들도 진리를 대적한다. 이들은 타락한 마음을 가진 사람들이며, 믿음에 있어서는 버림받은 사람들이다.

3:9 But they will not get very far 하지만 그들은 그리 멀리 가지 못할 것이다

because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

왜냐하면, 그 사람들의 경우와 마찬가지로, 그들의 어리석음은 모든 사람에게 분명해질 것이기 때문이다.
