This position reports to the GEPK CFO and is responsible for the periodic commercial plan (OP, SII, SRO, GPB), the ongoing analysis of sales volume and sales price, and the presentation of result to senior management, developing a pro-active action plan to address any pricing or volume issues identified. Immediate focus will be the leading of the GE Plastics Korea commercial finance team. -Have an initiative to come up with the periodic commercial plans such as OP, SII, SRO, GPB as well as outlook -Perform financial analysis on actual Vs forecasted sales volume and sales price -Develop strategic action plan to address volume and/or price short-fall -Provide various dashboards/reports related to Sales and Marketing to address current status and/or problem -Create customer/product profitability metrics, analyze and report results -Prepare the presentations of commercial result for senior and management -Preparation of Executive Presentations and Periodic Review Materials -Support commercial operation with analytical data and outlook development -Take part in finance closing (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) -Take lead of Korea pricing team, being involved in the Price Approval -Maintain Target System (GCP3.0) and Pricing System (GCP1.0) -Commercial Incentive calculation & validation -Communication channel toward Pacific team for the commercial related data/number & Timely response to Pacific Ad hoc
