요나단이 다윗에게 이르되 평안히 가라

요나단이 다윗에게 이르되 평안히 가라                                                                                 (삼상20:19~42)  삼상20:19   너를 사흘을 있다가 빨리 내려가서 그 일이 있던 날에 숨었던 곳에 이르러 에셀 바위 곁에 있으라1Sa20:19   And when thou hast stayed three days, then thou shalt go down quickly, and come to the place where thou didst hide thyself when the business was in hand, and shalt remain by the stone Ezel. 삼상20:20   내가 과녁을 쏘려 함 같이 살 셋을 그 곁에 쏘고1Sa20:20   And I will shoot three arrows on the side thereof, as though I shot at a mark. 삼상20:21   아이를 보내어 가서 살을 찾으라 하며 내가 짐짓 아이에게 이리기를 보라 살이 네 이편에 있으니 가져오라 하거든 너는 돌아올찌니 여호와께서 사시거니와 네가 평안 무사할 것이요1Sa20:21   And, behold, I will send a lad, saying, Go, find out the arrows. If I expressly say unto the lad, Behold, the arrows are on this side of thee, take them then come thou: for there is peace to thee, and no hurt; as the LORD liveth. 삼상20:22   만일 아이에게 이르기를 보라 살이 네 앞편에 있다 하거든 네 길을 가라 여호와께서 너를 보내셨음이니라1Sa20:22   But if I say thus unto the young man, Behold, the arrows are beyound thee; go thy way: for the LORD hath sent thee away. 삼상20:23   너와 내가 말한 일에 대하여는 여호와께서 너와 나 사이에 영영토록 계시느니라1Sa20:23   And as touching the matter which thou and I have spoken of, behold, the LORD be between thee and me for ever. 삼상20:24   다윗이 들에 숨으니라 월삭이 되매 왕이 앉아 음식을 먹을 때에1Sa20:24   So David hid himself in the field: and when the new moon was come, the king sat him down to eat meat. 삼상20:25   왕은 평시와 같이 벽 같 자기 자리에 앉았고 요나단은 섰고 아브넬은 사울의 곁에 앉았고 다윗의 자리는 비었으나1Sa20:25   And the king sat upon his seat, as at other times, even upon a seat by the wall: and Jonathan arose, and Abner sat by Saul's side, and David's place was empty. 삼상20:26   그러나 그 날에는 사울이 아무 말도 아니하였으니 이느니 생각하기를 그에게 무슨 사고가 있어서 부정한가보다 정녕히 부정한가보다 하였음이더니1Sa20:26   Nevertheless Saul spake not any thing that day: for he thought, Something hath befallen him, he is not clean; surely he is not clean. 삼상20:27   이튿날 곧 달의 제 이일에도 다윗의 자리가 오히려 비었으므로 사울이 그 아들 요나단에게 묻되 이새의 아들이 어찌하여 어제와 오늘 식사에 나오지 아니하느뇨1Sa20:27   And it came to pass on the morrow, which was the second day of the month, that David's place was empty: and Saul said unto Jonathan his son, Wherefore cometh not the son of Jesse to meat, neither yesterday, nor to day?삼상20:28   요나단이 사울에게 대답하되 다윗이 내게 베들레헴으로 가기를 간창하며1Sa20:28   And Jonathan answered Saul, David earnestly asked leave of me to go to Bethlehem:삼상20:29   가로되 청컨대 나로 가게 하라 우리 가족이 그 성에서 제사할 일이 있으므로 나의 형이 내게 오기를 명하였으니 내가 네게 사랑을 받거든 나로 가서 내 형들을 보게 하라 하였으므로 그가 왕의 식사 자리에 오지 아니하였나이다1Sa20:29   And he said, Let me go, I pray thee; for our family hath a sacrifice in the city; and my brother, he hath commanded me to be there: and now, if I have found favour in thine eyes, let me get away, I pray thee, and see my brethren. Therefore he cometh not unto the king's table. 삼상20:30   사울이 요나단에게 노를 발하고 그에게 이르되 패역부도의 계집의 소생아 네가 이새의 아들을 택한 것이 네 수치와 네 어미의 벌거벗은 수치 됨을 내가 어찌 알지 못하랴1Sa20:30   Then Saul's anger was kindled against Jonathan, and he said unto him, thou son of the perverse revellious woman, do not I know that thou hast chosen the son of Jesse to thine own confusion, and unto the confusion of thy mother's nakedness?삼상20:31   이새의 아들이 땅에 사는 동안은 너와 네 나라가 든든히 서지 못하리라 그런즉 이제 보내어 그를 내게로 끌어오라 그는 죽어랴 할 자니라1Sa20:31   For as long as the son of Jesse liveth upon the ground, thou shalt not be established, nor thy kingdom. Wherefore now send and fetch him unto me, for he shall surely die. 삼상20:32   요나단이 그 부친 사울에게 대답하여 가로되 그가 죽을 일이 무엇이니이까 무엇을 행하였나이까1Sa20:32   And Jonathan answered Saul his father, and said unto him, wherefore shall he be slain? what hath he done?삼상20:33   사울이 요나단에게 단창을 던져 치려 한지라 요나단이 그 부친이 다윗을 죽이기로 결심한줄 알고1Sa20:33   And Saul cast a javelin at him to smite him: whereby Jonathan knew that it was determined of his father to slay David. 삼상20:34   심히 노하여 식사 자리에서 떠나고 달의 제 이일에는 먹지 아니하였으니 이는 그 부친이 다윗을 욕되게 하였으므로 다윗을 위하여 슬퍼함이었더라1Sa20:34   So Jonathan arose from the table in fierce anger, and did eat no meat the second day of the month: for he was grieved for David, because his father had done him shame. 삼상20:35   아침에 요나단이 작은 아이를 데리고 다윗과 정한 시간에 들로 나가서1Sa20:35   And it came to pass in the morning, that Jonathan went out into the field at the time appointed with David, and a little lad with him. 삼상20:36   아이에게 이르되 달려가서 나의 쏘는 살을 찾으라 하고 아이가 달려갈 때에 요나단이 살을 그의 위로 지나치게 쏘니라1Sa20:36   And he said unto his lad, Run, find out now the arrows which I shoot. And as the lad ran, he shot an arrow beyond him. 삼상20:37   아이가 요나단의 쏜 살 있는 곳에 이를 즈음에 요나단이 아이 뒤에서 외쳐 가로되 살이 네 앞편에 잊지 아니하냐 하고1Sa20:37   And when the lad was come to the place of the arrow which Jonathan had shot, Jonathan cried after the lad, and said, Is not the arrow beyond thee?삼상20:38   요나단이 아이 뒤에서 또 외치되 지체 말고 빨리 달음질하라 하매 요나단의 아이가 살을 주워가지고 주인에게로 돌아왔으나1Sa20:38   And Jonathan cried after the lad, Make speed, haste, stay not. And Jonathan's lad gathered up the arrows, and come to his master. 삼상20:39   그 아이는 아무런지 알지 못하고 요나단과 다윗만 그 일을 알았더라1Sa20:39   But the lad knew not any thing: only Jonathan and David knew the matter. 삼상20:40   요나단이 그 병기를 아이에게 주며 이르되 이것을 가지고 성으로 가라1Sa20:40   And Jonathan gave his artillery unto his lad, and said unto him, Go, carry them to the city. 삼상20:41   아이가 가매 다윗이 곧 바위 남편에서 일어나서 땅에 엎드려 세 번 절한 후에 피차 입맞추고 같이 울되 다윗이 더욱 심하더니1Sa20:41   And as soon as the lad was gone, David arose out of a place toward the south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times: and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, untill David exceeded. 삼상20:42   요나단이 다윗에게 이르되 평안히 가라 우리 두 사람이 여호와의 이름으로 맹세하여 이르기를 여호와께서 영원히 나와 너 사이에 계시고 내 자손과 네 자손 사이에 계시리라 하였느니라 다윗은 일어나 떠나고 요나단은 성으로 들어오니라1Sa20:42   And Jonathan said to David, Go in peace, forasmuch as we have sworn both of us in the name of the LORD, saying, The LORD be between me and thee, and between my seed and thy seed for ever, And he arose and departed: and Jonathan went into the city.      하나님께서는 그 마음에 신실한 사람을 통하여 일하심을 볼 수 있습니다. 하나님께서 받으시는 아름다운 마음이 되어지기를 간구드립니다.   We can see that God works through those whose hearts are faithful. I pray that we may become people with beaufiful heartsthat are plesing and acceptable to God.     우리의 간구는 언제나 더욱 하나님을 사랑하게 하시고 그의 마음을 닮아가고 싶습니다.   Our prayer is that we would love Cod more each day and become more like Him in heart.     우리가 살아가는 여러 가지 흔들리게 만드는 혼돈 속에 주께서 주시는 빛으로만 인도함 받기를 간구드립니다.   In the midst of the confusion and uncertainties that surround our lives, we pray that we may be led only by the light that comes from the Lord.     그래서 온전히 주님의 손 꼭 붙들어 주심에 감사하게 하소서.   Therefore, may we be thankful that You hold us firmly by the hand.     우리의 상황을 먼저 아시고 피할 길 또한 열어 주시는 하나님...   God, You know our circumstances before we do, and You faithfully provide a way out for us.     우린 때로  베드로와 같이 주님을 위하는 것처럼 보이는 것이 오히려 하나님의 뜻을 어기는 일이 되어버리는 순간의 삶속에서 온전히 주님의 뜻을 잘 분별하여 하나님의 기쁘심에 동참할 수 있도록 우리의 걸음을 도와주소서.   At times, like Peter, what seems to be done out of love and concern for the Lord can actually stand against Your will. Help us to discern Your will clearly in every moment of our lives, and guide our steps so that we may take part in what pleases You.     하나님께서 이루시고자 하시는 크신 뜻을 사울왕은 사람의 힘으로 막아보려고 부단히도 다윗의 행로를  뒤쫓는 것을 보게 됩니다.   We see king Saul relentlessly pursuing David, trying by human strength to prevent the great purpose that God had ordained from being fulfilled.         다윗만 없어지면 자신의 자리와 자신의 나라가 계속하여 사울왕에게 이어질 것이라 생각하는 하나님의 의도와는 상관없이  하나님께서 다윗을 왕으로 만들어 가시는 길을 계속하여 무너뜨리려 하여도 결국 하나님의 손은 다윗을 사랑하는 요나단의 개입으로 또 한번 사울 왕의 계획은 소리 없이 오히려 사울 왕인 자신의 뜻이 무너지는 일이 나타나게 됩니다.   Saul believed that if David were removed, his own throne and kingdom would remain secure and continue through his family. Regardless of God's purpose, he repeatedly tried to destroy the path by which God was raising David to be king. Yet in teh end, God's hand quietly prevailed once again. Through the intervention of Jonathan, who loved David, Saul's own plans were overturned, while God's purpose continued to unfold.        이러한 것을 볼 때 사울이 그렇게나 반대하며 막아섰던 일들이 하나님의 손에서 허무하게 무너지는 것을 보게 됩니다.   In light of this, we see how all that Saul so strongly opposed and tried to prevent ultimately comes to nothing before the hand of God.     결국은 보여지는 사울의 왕국은 결국 하나님의 나라인 하나님의 왕국을 무너뜨릴 수 없음을 발견케 하십니다.   In the end, we are shown that Saul's visible kingdom could never overthrow the kingdom of God.
