RMC 2021 CONTINUING EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The Regina Multicultural Council is proud to recognize the achievements of our member’s youth by offering three (3) RMC 2021 Continuing Education Scholarships in the amounts of $750.00, $500.00 and $250.00, respectively.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2021 Regina Multicultural Council’s Continuing Education Scholarships.

To be eligible for one of the Regina Multicultural Council’s Continuing Education Scholarships, the applicant must meet ALL the following criteria:

• Be a Grade 12 graduate who is registered as a full-time student in a recognized post- secondary institution in Canada.

• Be associated with a Regina Multicultural Council cultural member organization.

• Be affiliated with Regina: either as a resident, have attended high school in Regina, OR have been actively involved in your cultural member organization.

• Submit a completed application and all supporting documents on or before noon,

4. BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH:

• Include a half page telling us about yourself including how you spend your time outside of school (in hours per week such as work, recreation, clubs, community work, etc.).

A description of your involvement in your cultural community, listing specific examples of your involvement.

List and describe any special academic accomplishments attained in high school, as well as extracurricular student involvement (e.g. Student Council, etc.).

ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

A letter of recommendation from the President or Program Director of your cultural organization.

A letter of recommendation from a person in a leadership role in any activity listed within the above biographical sketch.
