Dear James:

This letter is intended to clarify and state, without any ambiguity whatsoever, Saddleback International's position on the matter of Dr. Park's statement made during our meeting here at AAA on 3/4/11.

Dr. Park from BTS, when answering questions about the video (of punching operation of Al foil) that he had sent, commented, "...Well, no one has died yet (he is still alive) from punching Al foils..."  Dr. Park was referring to either doing the punching operation in his own lab or at a local company called Mechatronic.  

To us at AAA, this comment made by Dr. Park is alarming enough to warrant further questioning or even an investigation.  We are taking his comment very seriously for its callous and complete disregard for operator safety.  Having heard this comment, we would like to recommend that this matter be brought to the proper legal experts at your company for proper disposition. 

Whether to continue to sell Al foils to BTS is strictly at your company's discretion; however, since such statement has been uttered during an official meeting, we feel strongly that legal due diligence be performed in this case.  

Recapping, it is AAA's position that, since we have been made aware of this potentially egregious safety violation, we want to advise that you seek legal advice before proceeding any further with the sale.
